What is eCourtDate?

eCourtDate is a cloud-based communications and data management platform purpose-built for the justice system. Courts and law enforcement agencies across the country use it daily to lower failure-to-appear rates, improve outcomes, and operate more efficiently. The system delivers multilingual reminders by text, email, phone, and push notification, which reduces staff workload and keeps people informed. Agencies can create intelligent templates that adapt over time for better timing and wording, while secure portals provide instant access to calendars, documents, and case details. Features include geolocation check-ins for pretrial and probation clients, risk assessments to flag potential non-compliance, and real-time alerts for closures and emergencies. eCourtDate sends automated payment reminders and processes payments via its integration with GovPayPlan, giving clients access to a secure portal with flexible plans and options Jury operations are streamlined through randomized selection, digital enrollment, reminders, and forms. Dashboards provide clear performance metrics, and multilingual AI chatbots supply round-the-clock support for scheduling, check-ins, and routine questions.
