MentornityMentoring and coaching program software for organizations that need their programs to hold together and to show a result. Used by universities and alumni offices, corporate learning and development teams, startup accelerators, professional associations and NGOs across Europe, North America and Türkiye. Matching is explicit: weighted criteria set by the program, mandatory rules that exclude pairs outright, and administrator review before anything is approved. Group programs and open mentor pools are supported alongside one-to-one. Scheduling runs on mentor availability, with booking, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet sync, and automatic reminders around every session. Reporting is the part most programs lack. A health score tracks participation, meeting frequency and completion against each program's own targets and flags the programs drifting while there is still time to act on them. Surveys and forms can run at any point in the cycle, and certificates are issued automatically on completion. Free for up to 10 users, with no expiry and every feature enabled. Paid plans start at $289 per month, scale by participant count, and carry a 50% discount for universities, schools and student programs.

RouteGenieRouteGenie is NEMT software running medical transportation operations at scale: 600+ fleets, 20,000+ vehicles, 46 states and two countries, approximately 50,000 trips every day. Where operators feel it: schedules rebuild automatically with native multiload, not by hand; broker trips flow in and statuses flow back across 28 live integrations including ModivCare, MTM, Veyo, Verida, SafeRide Health, Alivi, MAS and Uber Health; Medicaid billing, CMS 1500, claim scrubbing and denial management live in the same system as dispatch. Multi-site operators run every location in one instance with role-based access and a complete audit trail on every trip change. Enterprise administration comes standard: SAML2 SSO, single-tenant deployment with per-customer data isolation, SOC 2 Type 1 attestation, HIPAA-aligned controls and BAAs, open REST API. Pricing is flat per vehicle with unlimited trips and unlimited users — cost tracks fleet size, not trip volume or headcount, so total cost does not climb as volume grows. Enterprise agreements include dedicated implementation, named support and RFP support. No fleet minimum.
What is eMada?
Universities and colleges need one system that handles the whole student journey — and eMada is built to be exactly that. It is a Student Information System delivered entirely in the cloud as SaaS, bringing admissions, course registration, billing, scholarships and sponsorships, academic records, and campus accommodation together in a single modular platform that institutions configure to their own policies.
What sets eMada apart is where and how it was built. Designed for higher education across the Middle East, South Asia, Africa, and other fast-growing markets, it works natively in both Arabic and English, including full right-to-left layouts, and carries each institution's own branding throughout. Students reach everything from any device, with Microsoft Teams access included.
Beneath the surface, eMada gives institutions the things that matter most in these regions: a single-tenant design that keeps each university's data fully isolated, hosting that stays inside the required country, embedded AI, and government integrations such as CHEDS, NAPO, and UAE Pass ready out of the box. It also connects with Moodle, Blackboard, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, and local payment gateways, with most deployments live within three to six months.
eMada is developed by Human Logic, which has built software for universities since 2003.
What is Mindcat Clinic?
Mindcat Clinic is a web-based management platform specifically designed for private dental, dermatology, and physiotherapy practices, as well as clinic groups located in Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This solution effectively merges practitioner and branch schedules with vital patient data, including visit notes, allergies, medications, prescriptions, and related documents and images, all while ensuring that staff members have role-based access. Additionally, clinic personnel can record charges based on the established pricing structure, accept payments through cash or Mada, and produce comprehensive receipts and activity reports organized by branch, practitioner, and date. A specialized patient portal allows users to request appointments, engage in messaging, access important documents, and review billing summaries; it also features an optional online self-booking capability through the unique Mindcat Bookings option. The system boasts a FHIR API and offers the choice to be hosted on-site or via dedicated servers, providing flexibility for clinics. While Arabic screens are available, the translation is not entirely thorough, which may pose challenges for some users. At present, it does not support NPHIES claims and lacks integration with systems such as NABIDH, Malaffi, or Riayati, which restricts its compatibility with various national health initiatives. Nevertheless, there are expectations for future updates aimed at bridging these integration gaps, ensuring improved functionality and expanded interoperability. As healthcare technology evolves, such enhancements will be crucial for meeting the needs of both practitioners and patients more effectively.

SAR 249 per practitioner/month
You pay per practitioner per month. A practitioner is a dentist, doctor, dermatologist or therapist with their own calendar who sees patients that month. Reception, the clinic manager, billing staff and owner logins are free. The price drops as you grow: each band’s price applies only to the practitioners inside that band.
Band: AED | SAR | USD per month
1 to 5: 249 | 249 | 67.80
6 to 15: 179 | 179 | 48.74
16 to 40: 119 | 119 | 32.40
41 and up: 89 | 89 | 24.23
Worked example. A dental group with 10 dentists across two branches pays 5 × 249 + 5 × 179 = SAR 2,140 a month (AED 2,140, USD 582.71), whatever the size of its front desk. With 5 practitioners it is SAR 1,245. With 25 it is SAR 4,225. The shared plan has a minimum of AED/SAR 890 a month (USD 242.34), which covers up to 3 practitioners.
How you run it changes the multiplier.
Shared: your clinic’s own database, set up by us on servers in Saudi Arabia or the UAE: The practitioner price above | AED/SAR 890 (USD 242.34)
Your own copy, set up and hosted by us in your country: Practitioner price × 2 | AED/SAR 4,649 (USD 1,265.90)
In your own cloud or servers, run by us: Practitioner price × 2, and you pay your cloud bill directly | AED/SAR 4,949 (USD 1,347.58)
Two ways to start. Up to 5 practitioners on the shared plan, we set you up on a fixed quick-start package, with no scoping call. From 6 practitioners, and at any size on your own copy or your own cloud, we set it up with you.
Quick start (we set it up): The shared plan, 1 to 5 practitioners | AED/SAR 2,500 (USD 680.74), fixed | Your clinic’s own database, which we set up in the Kingdom (or the UAE for a UAE clinic), your logo, branches, practitioners and opening hours, your price list and your patients imported from our CSV templates, recorded training and guides in Arabic and English, and ticket support. Patients’ details and allergies come across; old visit notes don’t. No call and no on-site morning. The go-live date is counted from the day your CSV files arrive. We send the payment link within 24 hours.
Managed: The shared plan from 6 practitioners, and every size on your own copy or your own cloud | Up to 5 (own copy or cloud): AED/SAR 7,900 (USD 2,151.12). 6 to 15: AED/SAR 9,900 (USD 2,695.71). 16 to 40: AED/SAR 19,900 (USD 5,418.65). Above 40: from AED/SAR 39,900 (USD 10,864.53), scoped in writing. | Setup to a written plan: from 6 practitioners, active patients moved from your old system or scans, a note form for your specialty (such as a dental chart or a skin consent), roles per branch, the daily receipts routine and training. From 16 practitioners it also covers several branches, more forms and the link to your e-invoicing system.
Billed at cost, outside the practitioner price. SMS or email reminder fees and your e-invoicing provider. Extra work is AED/SAR 900 an hour (USD 245.06), or 10 hours for AED/SAR 8,100. Annual prepay takes 15% off the part of the monthly bill above the minimum. Prices exclude 5% UAE VAT and 15% Saudi VAT.
Not in any plan today. A connection to NABIDH, Malaffi, Riayati or NPHIES, and insurance claims. Each is a separate project, quoted after we confirm with the regulator or the platform that it can be done.
