Bigly Sales is a managed AI voice agent platform for revenue teams that need high-volume calling without hiring and supervising more agents. AI agents place outbound calls, answer inbound calls, qualify leads, book meetings and warm-transfer ready buyers to a live agent, and the results sync to your CRM. What makes it different is how much is done for you. Bigly writes call scripts with Claude, ChatGPT and other leading LLMs, A/B tests versions on live calls, and keeps the version that books the most. It provisions and registers numbers, runs more than 200 whitelisted local-presence lines, monitors spam labels, and screens every call against consent records, DNC and suppression lists, known TCPA litigants, and state and federal calling rules before dialing. Managers get a dashboard built around business outcomes: success rate per lead, cost per transfer, cost per human contact, a stage-by-stage funnel from dial to completed transfer, transfer-failure reasons, lead-source rankings by success rate and cost, and hour-by-hour performance. The Bigly Sales MCP server connects the account to Claude and ChatGPT, so a manager can add leads to a running campaign, check minutes, read call summaries or ask who wants a demo in plain language. Customers use Bigly Sales to reactivate aged lead files, follow up on new leads in seconds, set appointments and handle inbound overflow across insurance, lending, home services, legal, automotive and fundraising. It connects to HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, Close, Follow Up Boss and Keap, and larger plans add a dedicated account manager who tunes each campaign. Plans start at $99 a month, and every customer begins with a free 30-minute AI calling setup ($3,000 value) built live with the Bigly team.

Numa is the AI Customer Operations System purpose-built for dealerships that are losing revenue and customers to broken processes they've been patching for years. Numa solves this at the infrastructure level, automatically following up with customers and giving advisors, reps, and managers real-time visibility into customer satisfaction across the entire operation. Operator answers and routes every inbound call so no opportunity goes dark. Status Updates proactively contacts customers so advisors aren't drowning in callbacks. Voice AI books appointments on the spot so customers never sit waiting. LiveCSI surfaces heat cases in real time so managers can step in before a CSI score takes the hit. Opportunities reaches out on declined services, open recalls, and equity moments, recovering revenue that would otherwise sit untouched. All of it runs through one unified system: one inbox, one shared context, nothing falling through the cracks. The result: revenue recovered, advisors freed up, and a customer experience that lifts CSI and builds lasting loyalty.
