Our solution functions flawlessly in offline mode, guaranteeing operability even without internet access, and it securely syncs data to the cloud once a connection is reestablished. It is designed to work on both Apple iPads, iPhones, and Android tablets, featuring tools such as badge printing and a Visitor Satisfaction Survey to assess guests' experiences. Moreover, it offers emergency call roll printing and accommodates multiple locations and entrances. A daily report on visitor activity is created, and guests can be required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements or other legal documents before they check in. Automatic notifications can be dispatched via email, SMS, Slack, or MS Teams whenever a visitor registers, enhancing communication. The visitor workflow is notably flexible, allowing specific fields to be activated or deactivated as necessary. For better integration, the system can connect with existing IT frameworks through API, while also permitting customized branding that incorporates your logo.
