    Overall I love using APS on my laptop while I'm in office.It's great for when you wanna get more organized with your day to day planning time off.

    Positive

    I like when I use the APS app on my phone while I'm on the move. The best part of it is when I login on my PC to see my employees side of things.

    Negative

    What I would like is for you guys to do is fix the mobile app version to fit the laptop version....Like the open menu screen.

    Overall, no big complaints. It works well with the tie-in to our accounting software which is the most important factor for me.

    Great at keeping information easy to access. Information is laid out well within the platform. Timecard system is also a benefit.

    Negative

    Reporting is a little tricky. Some limitations with benefits processes.

    I really like APS. I find new things daily that I didn't know it could do. WE are starting 2 more businesses and using APS for all of them.

    Quick response from Customer service with questions.
    Easy to post jobs and manage applicants.

    Negative

    Reports are not always easy to navigate.
    Adding forms was tedious (until I asked the help desk).

    Overall APS is pretty good. It is easy to use and you can email support or get someone on a chat quickly for easy questions.

    Positive

    User friendly, easy to get tasks completed.
    Customer service always seems friendly and ready to help.

    Negative

    Problem solving and getting questions answers is not the most efficient. I have a problem that has been going on for 2 months and still do not have it resolved. It is causing a lot of extra work on my part, which is frustrating. When they are working on a problem resolution sometime the communication is great.

    Summary

    This is a great product that is easy for employees and supervisors to use. The reporting is also great and I never have issues with state taxes as we are in multiple states and rely on APS to do all our quarterly and unemployment taxes.

    Positive

    The customer service is fast and knowledgeable. When I have a question, they are fast to respond with an answer and not to tell me they have to escalate the issue or get back to me. The few times they have had to get back to me on something, it usually only takes a couple hours to get the answer versus days and repeated follow up.

    There isn't a scheduling piece that allows my employees to drop a shift for someone else to pick up.
