    Excellent! Thank you! You all are doing a great job and I am very grateful that I came across AestheticsPro.

    Positive

    The program is very intuitive. There is so much support to help. The program is cost effective and has all the features I need for my business and more! The training is in phases which helped me not to feel overwhelmed. It's a wonderful investment.

    Negative

    Some of the features are named confusingly named but it's easily to understand once you get started.

    I am looking forward to see the updates. Moving forward I hope everything will run smoothly and I can learn more of the system.

    I was treated with respect and was able to resolve issues. Each time I have had an issue it was resolved that day.

    Negative

    My system went down for 4.5 hours. I was upset that no one could tell me what was happening.

    I have used it on three different clinics for easy documentation.
    customer service is really excellent.
    Easy to work with.
    Always very professional.

    Pricing could be better.
    Presets could be set up to make it easier for Dr to insert data points.

    For what we need, it fits much better than the program we have. It's nice to look at and I'm enjoying it.

    Positive

    Love the interface and ease of use. We had an old system made specifically for our industry but was old and hadn't been updated. Really like the online booking feature. It's saved us from chasing leads to book appts.

    Negative

    Some of the marketing features aren't ready for prime time yet. May want an alternative for that. We can't make a newsletter so we're using another program. We've had issues with support but my rep has been really helpful.
