This platform provided me with everything I needed. So, I can not complain on anything in this software!

Their mobile app and online interface is nicely done. Lots of powerful features that all arborist business needs. It is affordable, easy to view jobs and what status they are in which is always a huge advantage when it comes to keeping track of things.

They need to create a more sophisticated live online booking platform.

ArboStar is a 5/5 for me without question. The software is easy to use and organized with efficiency in mind. And the customer service team is friendly and speedy if I have any questions or issues. Very pleased with this platform.

I'm able to quickly and easily set up text and email messages and notifications to our clients with ease. There is a ton of functionality and customizability that allows me to keep our customers happy and engaged. The support tickets are populated within the app and can be answered quickly and easily without switching apps. Everything can be organized by countless filters.

So far I don't have a single bad word to say about the platform. I'll update this review if anything comes up, but it really has everything I need to do my job – a big step up from the software my team was using before.

From a boots on the ground perspective, I think this app is great. The app works right from my smartphone and allows me to do my job quicker and immediately resolve any issues that come up. I've started to see it as another essential tool in my toolkit. A couple weeks ago I forgot to charge my phone, so I had to borrow my wife's which didn't have the app installed, and it felt like I was missing a vital tool throughout the day. That just shows me how useful ArboStar has become to my daily work.

App has made my job a lot easier. I show up on site, and there's GPS-tagged pictures of the trees with descriptions of what exactly needs doing. No more second-guessing if I'm removing the wrong tree. Now I can just show up on site and do the job. It also makes it super easy to contact other team members as well as keep track of all our vehicles. Very pleased with this app.

I'm not a tech-guy at all. I'm lucky if I can get Netflix to work. So I was a little unhappy at first when we were told we had to start using this software. But honestly, it didn't take too long to learn, and now it makes my job way easier. So if you're like me and don't like fancy apps, don't worry. Everything is laid out in a way that makes sense, and I'm shocked at how easy it was to get familiar with. Now it's like second-nature to me.

Our company has been using ArboStar for the past 6 months and it works great. The platform is customizable and lets us use it the way that's comfortable for us. Their customer service did an awesome job helping us transition from the old platform we were using to this one. It was really an easy experience.

ArboStar has helped to streamline our business process and we're also able to automate a ton of tasks. Their mobile app works well and helps our fieldworkers do their jobs. I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for solid scheduling/dispatching/whatever-you-need software.

There's really nothing bad I can say about this app right now. Will update if anything comes up, but so far it's been smooth sailing.

I have been using the ArboStar system for last few months. It is very positive as it makes my job much easier. It helps you manage your day to day tasks with minimal effort. It's easy to keep track of payroll as the system notifies you daily. The transition between fieldwork and office work was quite easy as the system is pretty straight forward.

What I like most about the system is that i am able to request revisions which customize the software to our industry. As I am a regular user of this application I am highly impressed by its functionality attributes because it is very user friendly to complete the urban forestry-related activities.

I honestly liked everything and have no complaints.

The bottom line is that Arbostar has helped my business take on more clients. I have a small team and do a lot of the heavy lifting myself (in more ways than one!) but now that I have one app that can track jobs automatically, handle payroll, communicate with customers, etc. I can be much more efficient with every spare minute I have. I've toyed with the idea of using a CRM for my business before, but always thought we were too small for one. But when you're wrong, you're wrong!

I love how the app makes my team so much more effective. Just about every mundane task I do is made quicker in some way. It pins jobs to my map automatically, allowing me to quickly email or call customers based on their map location, making customer communication a breeze. This has made each day much more productive, as I can plan my jobs in the most efficient way possible by zipping between leads, jobs, and estimates in the most efficient way possible.

Really not much to complain about. There's been a couple of minor bugs here and there, but each one's been quickly fixed with an update. The support team is really responsive and helpful when anything does come up, so everything's been smooth sailing so far.
