Overall, it was easy to use, decent selection and it was fun to complete even if it's just a $10 gift card to pick at a gift, it was all fun easy and exciting to complete, and I feel better as an employee knowing I am valued and I matter.

I like that I as an employee gets personally recognized, both from a Corp and manger level. I do believe that recognizing someone makes a better overall outcome for both employee and employer. I have been a manager in a small business up to a corp level, and at the moment i am an employee working for State Farm. I like that as an employee, I am recognized for the hard work, dedication and better yet just being a good employee makes me feel like I matter, my opinions, values, ideas, and work does get noticed, and makes a difference. I have to say it does matter what the employee thinks of the position and company they are in and the company can overall gain (better production, customer service, support, management, outcome.)

The selections could be more. Maybe some of the pricing a little bit better.

Amazing selection. It was hard to choose, there were so many items I wanted! The website was easy to use and navigate. After I finally made my choice and ordered it, it arrived only a few days later.

It was easy to navigate the website. The selection and quality of items offered was awesome. It took me awhile to decide between several different products, but I finally chose a 32' Fire TV as my anniversary gift, and then I was amazed all over again when it was delivered a few days later.

I can't think of anything I disliked. The website was easy to navigate and use, the selection of products was amazing, and so was the fast delivery.

I am a user of the system, not an administrator, but from a user perspective I think the AwardCo system is great and I wish that the last few companies I worked for had used it. In my last few jobs my bosses would hand me a gift card to a restaurant I didn't like, because it was my work anniversary for example and they didn't ask me ahead of time. From their perspective, I understand why it would be hard to reward a team member without just handing them cash. AwardCo solves this problem easily because the "AwardCo Points" can be spent on almost anything and so I am always excited to get them because I can pick whatever I want.

My company has made great use of it to celebrate events or reward team members who participated in certain challenges. In fact, I even started a contest within my own department that enters users into a drawing each month to win some AwardCo points. It's a great system and I really don't have any complaints.

I have been trying to come up with some negatives, but I really don't know what the downsides are. If I had to come up with something I would ask for more features, more rewards choices, and more integration with other SASE tools. However, I already think they have an excellent selection of rewards, features, and integrations.

My employer allowed me to choose what I wanted and I feel really appreciated. We got an awesome cedar mop which we love to clean the house weekly.

Overall, Awardco is easy to use, easy to track points, easy to redeem and very user friendly. Highly recommend!

Awardco makes recognition so much easier and they have many options when it comes to redeeming your points.

I have had no issues with Awardco over the year that I have used it.

This is a great system for recognizing others' hard work and dedication. It's always nice receiving points.

With Awardco, it's very easy to give, receive, and redeem points. I like using it to give thanks to coworkers. Redemption is simple and quick with many options.

One time, I did receive a counterfeit pair of Apple headphones. The issue was remedied quickly but it was discouraging to experience. I would recommend redeeming for gift cards instead.

Good over all experience, never had any complications.

Would love acres outside of work but understanding that we can’t.

Awardco is a great platform for us, as employees, to boost each other up, raise morale and give incentive.

Nothing to note that I can think of. We are just now able to award each other with monetary awards. It is a great new incentive.

Love when receive points and able to spend on Amazon. Also, not quite used to giving recognitions on it yet, but moving forward plan to do it!

Recognition is so positive and encouraging. Awardco is an excellent way to express both! I had never heard of it and am so happy I work for a company that uses it.

I have enjoyed Awardco since i have been using it. It is easy for me to use and has no conflicts.

I can redeem my points and am able to get my item immediately. I don't have to wait a few hours or days to get it.

The only con i have seen is when you redeem a physical card it is taxed.

I love how it uses Amazon s as their partner. Everything I’ve been wanting or needing is on this platform. I can’t wait to get more points so I can get more things that I need for my grill!!

Good. I got what I was looking for and it wasn't like pulling teeth and not nearly as painful as such things have been in the past.

Awardco is simple and easy to use. Even for me and that is saying a lot. Thank you! Even I could figure out how to get what I wanted with only a little help from others in the family.

Having to work with computers is always hard for me.

I love to use it for my Amazon shopping, as well i like being able to purchase my Walmart gift card ti help with my daily purchases

I love how I can purchase cheap and reliable products, honestly this helped me so much on finding items quickly and being able to afford them!

I really wish I could change the point for real money, it would make it have more variety in being able to purchase and other stores

There not a lot i don't like about Awardco but if i had to choose I would say i dislike how to search for clothing your size. Its a bit confusing if your not paying attention.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, the pictures are wonderful could the points count for more than a dollar, how about 2 dollars.

Let me start by saying I appreciate what Awardco is fundamentally. I like the idea of getting small little gifts at work like movie credits for Fandango.

What I will say though is the selection of items above that dollar value ($25-$100 what I would typically receive) the selection of items isn't that desirable. I would also offer the idea of paying the difference of the points in cash for items I can't afford point-wise.

I Like Awardco, it's a nice platform for work incentive. And makes the day and month much more delightful.

I like the incentive that Awardco gives, makes the job more exciting and makes it fun at work again.

Need more of payout monthly lol. If the employees would get more of payout it would be a better incentive.

Very easy to pick and order what i want by utilizing the search bar and I can have it shipped directly to my house

The vast variety of items you can purchase and how easy they make it to purchase items and that they ship pretty decent
