The app is very very easy and understandable to use. I was introduced to it from my job and normally I'm not big into downloading new apps due to malfunctions, memory storage, etc.. I have had no issues with this one. I highly recommend

No cons here. Didn't use a lot of storage ( which I don't have ) very easy and simple

My overall experience with this here I have received points and was able to get me a Bakers rack. I was looking for for my kitchen very satisfied.

I like this because it feels like a treat from the company recognition of you doing a good job. I’m just wanting to represent their employees within nice reward.

There is nothing I don’t like about this. You work for it you earn it you deserve it. You’ll get it.

I love that you get the opportunity to publicly or privately celebrate our colleagues for any size of contribution to other colleagues, departments, or the company as a whole. Anyone can recognize anyone (our CEO recently recognized an individual contributor), and because we have it integrated into a Slack channel, everyone can see what we are celebrating. As a tech company where revenue tends to be highlighted most, it gives all roles and contributions an opportunity to be recognized and celebrated.

I love its ease of use and the value that it brings to a culture of an organization. It is great for our culture and gives everyone an opportunity to be celebrated and recognized.

There isn't anything that I don't like about this solution.

I enjoy the cool rewards having amazon as a way to get cool items is really nice plus being able to buy tools or parts with it is nice.

I enjoy my company noticing my hard work and rewarding me for it besides just a paycheck and nicer than a pat on the back.

Kinda not happy with getting dinged for taxes for it though.

Overall, I really enjoy Awardco and think it is a fun incentive to put in our best at work and show support towards each other.

It's nice to be able to show appreciation to my coworkers and give them something back for all that they do. I also think it's good incentive to want to do the things that help make you stand out to your coworkers/peers.

I wish I had more points to give every month. I only am given 25 points every 6 months and can only give 5 pts at a time to any given coworker.
I wish I could do more to show my appreciation more often.

Awardco is a very nice way to show appreciation and again it is a great morale booster to drive business.

It is motivating to receive Awardco points and it is a morale booster. Awardco is like a little account that is there for small things.

I don't think there are any cons (in my opinion).

This was the best thing that I've ever used in an office setting. The fact we have a whole mini market at or fingertips to appreciate a multitude of things around whole company is amazing. I've received gifts from people in my company that I would've have never connected with if it wasn't for this tool.

I like how it's a very easy platform to navigate for anyone. Multiple choices on complimenting coworkers, and also receiving compliments or encouragement. And awesome how easy it is to exchange these compliments for physical rewards!

I don't like how I have to go to my email to remember my login.

My experience is and always will be great while using the app. Would definitely recommend to all of my friends and family.

Love how fast, smooth, and easy it is utilizing the app. Easy to navigate from available options to different menus.

I don’t like the plain look of the UI. Stronger colors and good letters to make text tone pop more.

I love the effect Awardco has on my company. It adds a new level of added support and care to the job. It brings the team closer and improved the level of happiness across the company.

The system is a little difficult to navigate, hard to see how many points I have left after giving some out.

Highly satisfied. 4 out 5 stars. Website is easily accessible and well maintained. I would prefer to have a darker theme with lower contrast for visually impaired individuals to make it easier to read.

Occasionally the sight has minor glitches and lags. I also have some concerns about privacy.

I’m not sure if there is an app that you can download, but if there isn’t, an app would be a cool addition.

I love that Awardco has a link directly to amazon and lets me build a wishlist. It makes it easy to spend points my company awards me.

The only thing I could think of for cons is that Amazon is the only direct spending aside from gift cards, tickets, and such. However, I understand the limitation there as Amazon has the widest selection of items.

The hardest part was figuring out what to select. Once I made a selection, I received a email notification that my item was in process, and the following day a shipping notification and had my item within day.

Using Awardco was super easy and a lot of fun to view all the items. I like how everything was broken down into award groups as well.

Perfect for Employers that give incentives to their employees. Super flexible and immediate incentives paid out. Never had any issues.

I like the categories of items that are available. Also how we are offered new and improved items that are worth spending for.

The confusion of how much optix actually cost. Like when you spend how much the actual dollar to optix is.

The products are good quality. The system is easy to maneuver. And I'm happy with the items I have purchased.

Sometimes it's difficult to remember where in the system I found an item. However, I'm learning to save items for later. It makes the process easier.
