I enjoy using Awardco and glad my company decided to use them. They have plenty of options to redeem points.

Awardco is very easy to use. I like that they have plenty of giftcard options as well as amazon products. I love the blender that I got with my points!

The only con was that I received 125 points but i was not able to use them to get a giftcard and i had to pick something from the Amazon store, but I love what I chose so it worked out.

Impressed with the wide array of goods available and the follow through after the order was placed.

Awardco honored processing order even though an error existed on site. Commend Awardco for standing behind their service.

Improvement could be made if able to search based on certain number of points that want to be spent.

Awardco platform has been fantastic for our operational teams. It has allowed us to double down on our employee engagement and incentivize our employees to hit our monthly KPI goals. In addition, we've begun to see an increase in peer-to-peer recognition, which is essential as we transition even more into a remote environment.

My employees love the ability to receive recognition from management and peers. In addition, they love the vendor options available (Amazon, ticket purchasing, hotels, etc.).

My employees would love to have the ability to add funds to complete the purchase of an item that they have on their radar. In addition, the ability to take Awardco points and use your debit/credit card towards the remaining balance of purchase would be incredible.

Ability to make changes and make recognitions public or private. The ability to buy products directly from Amazon using the Awardco platform is a huge plus, no other company offers this. Highly recommend.

Great option for recognition! Everyone can choose what they want and the administrators can see trends to consider.

With companies giving awards to employees, this a great portal for everyone! you can use your points on what you would like, instead o getting a water bottle or T shirt that does not fit. You can shop with named brand vendors you know and trust.

It would be good to be able to roll over funds year to year.

Love this as a reward system/perk at work. Lets an employee be who they are by letting them choose their own rewards.

I get to choose my gift/reward/award. Our firm uses Amazon, and although not everything on Amazon is available through, there is quite a broad array to choose from.
My employers don't know what I want, and instead of giving us stuff we may already have or don't like, we get to choose our gifts exactly.
Shipping is fast and free.
You can save up points to get something really expensive.
The online chat has been very helpful when I have questions.

Can't always see the full description of an item as it is listed on amazon, like dimensions, etc.

Must front load dollars to account in order to be able to distribute funding through rewards to recipients. Since we have a quarterly budget it's not an issue for us and it actually helps us stay in alignment.

I like the selection, the prices are reasonable, money I don't have to tell the family about. I'm an Apple user and would like to see more affordable things.

I love the Amazon selection! Could be more under movies though. Gives me the option to shop and not have to tell anyone.

Great selection. I ordered the bed in breakfast tray, an awesome fan, and a fire extinguisher. My husband and I are thrilled. It was an unexpected award. Very cool!

Great online store with lots of places to shop and redeem gift cards . My job uses the online store for rewards to give out employees and I find it great I used my points to get a Starbucks gift card a it was easy to use and received my e gift card quickly.

There is none pick what you want and in minutes you’ll be shopping .

Overall I enjoyed it, not hard to navigate, super good quality of items. I cant complain about the overall success of Awardco.

Love Awardco, quick shipping, great products. Loved the packaging that my items came in b/c it was so secure.

I don't like that Awardco only lets you purchase specific things , I wanted a desk but it only allowed desk approved by my company even tho other desk were less points.

Overall, I've had a great experience with AwardCo and totally recommend companies to put this into place. It makes the employees happy to see their hard work rewarded in real time!

What I really appreciate about AwardCo is that they have so many options when it comes to spending my points. I could book a hotel room, buy an air fryer, or even get a gift card to my favorite makeup store without feeling guilty! Also, every time I receive an award from my company, it's really cool to be able to see the fruit of your hard labor in real time. I also appreciate how fast the awards arrive to my home. I've never had an issue.

Sometimes there are specific points that I can't use for certain products so I may have to save up a little longer for more top tier items.

Over all it was a great experience! It is nice to be rewarded for the work that I have provided for my company.

I really enjoyed the award of my time working at Guitar Center and it was an outstanding compliment to my tenure getting to pick a product that I can use as an award.

The products were a little limited but nice. I did however find a document shredder that I needed.
