I really like being able to choose things I need and will use and it has been really helpful when I want to get my kids a surprise.

I like that I can choose how I get rewarded for things I do at work and I am not just given things I don't need.

I think the way to search for items could be improved.

I can search Amazon and use the description to search Awardco for the exact products I want to purchase.

My company uses Awardco to allow employees to recognize and reward each other for achievements and hard work. Not only does it feel good, employees are able to buy something of their choosing, making it meaningful for everyone.

Sometimes it’s hard to find what you want to purchase.

So many wonderful products and i enjoy that my employer uses this to reward us for just doing a good job.

No cons no complaints its more easier to order from Awardco than Amazon.

I like using Awardco to recognize my coworkers throughout the month. It is a nice way to send a little encouragement or token of appreciation.

It's easy to use. Simple and efficient. It allows me to easily send praise and recognition. A great platform to use for work.

Nothing is bad about it. I wish I had more amazon buck to reward my team with, but that is a budgeting feature not part of the platform.

I never had a company provide all the great awards like Go Health. i love the separate different categories we have to choose from to claim a prize. I absolutely love the fact that I can get new supplies for my home work space.

I love that agents have a place to go to view and claim rewards. The program offers rewards for so many different great places and so many different things to choose from. I really enjoy having this option to go redeem rewards.

No Cons its great! The company is awesome for providing this benefit to its agents.

Everything from the placement of the order, to the shipping, was good. Items arrived on time, and the email sent notified me when the item(s) purchased would arrive.

It was very easy to use, and had a good selection to pick from. The choices to pick from were Amazon, prepaid card, or gift cards.

There was nothing I know of, that I had a problem with.

Overall, I really enjoyed the experience, and it was really easy to use my rewards. I would definitely recommend this to any of my colleagues, friends, or family.

Honestly, I got the whole process of getting an award, and then searching for different ways to use it, whether on Amazon or other gift cards was super easy. Highly highly highly recommend this service.

It doesn't have every store on their gift card registry, which is to be expected. But there were a couple that I was interested in but didn't see.

I like it because I can use my rewards in different things like Amazon hotels and more and I can use them when I need them.

I like because is easy when I need use my rewards and also always reminds me in my email that I can use my rewards.

I could say that there are a few things that I do not like because in general it is easy and practical to use whenever you want.

Very good! So excited that my Company is using this system, that helps the employees to get their products on time.

I like the fact that you can be recognized and awarded by the higher up in the company. It’s easy to use and you have multiple different types of cards you can choose from.

There is not much about this program that I don’t like.

It is a great program and I really do enjoy it. Being able to see people being awarded for there hard work and also to receive a gift saying what I did good feels good.

It is a great way to show other employees how much you appreciate them. It makes others and myself feel good.

I feel like we don't get enough Amazon bucks to share with people.

This a great place to get rewards and fast!! My employer release the points and the funds can be provided to a prepaid card which is my favorite!!

This is a great way to reward people by allowing them the option to choose the gift they want. It is shipped right to your home with a friendly UPS driver. I have been extremely pleased with the many options to choose from their inventory.

Many options to choose from based on your points. Cool gifts from air buds to exercise equipment. Based on point balance, you can get some really cool stuff for FREE. A great way to reward your employees for job well-done.

I wish some of the really cool items didn't require such a high point balance in order to achieve them.

One of my favorite perks provided by my employer.

Fast delivery of Amazon goods. Great selection of books and cell phone accessories. I hope to use it for travel perks in the future.

I do not have any issues with this platform.

Overall it is a great tool and I love it.

This assists teammates to give kudos for a job well done to their coworkers and gives management an easier way of rewarding hard work.

I think that there should be more options of where or even how to spend the Awardco bucks.

Overall, this a great platform for allowing us to recognize employees, but attach fund to it as well. This allows the employees to continue to be recognized, as well as, allow the employees to get something they want for their lives outside of work.

Awardco is not only simple to navigate through, but it allows me to recognize employees as a group or one on one with ease. I will continue to use this platform as it encourages my employees to want to succeed.

I would like to be able to provide points to my employees directly for accomplishing a training or applying the feedback that was discussed. Also, sometimes you have to copy the Awardco link over to Google to not be limited to some items.

It has been overall fantastic. It makes it very exciting to get recognized and shop for whatever I want on Amazon.

It is a great software for recognizing employees for their hard work, and improving morale company wide. I particularly love being able to browse Amazon's vast catalog to find something great to spend my points on.

It would be nice to be able to be able to see different colors and options for products.

Looking forward to using Award Co. more! It's a great way for companies to show their appreciation to their employees.

Easy to use, and was as simple as online shopping. Dashboard is simple, and I love how you can gift towards your other co workers!

So far so Good! I haven't had any issues, and Award Co is user friendly.
