Overall I love Awardco and their huge variety of gift cards. Will continue to use and recommend others to use Awardco as well.

I love the variety of options which you can spend you points on, as well as the huge variety of gift cards! They also have fast shipping times which is great, and when companies use Awardco I believe they motivate their employees with Awardco points due to their employees being able to use their points on these great options. I would definitely recommend using Awardco to any company looking for new ways to provide incentives to their employees.

Sometimes you can only use your points on certain sections but if you don't have enough points for those you can't use them on the other types of options. Only con I can think of at the moment.

I love that the points are matched 1 dollar - 1 point! I recently cashed in 90 Awardco points for a 90 dollar gift card!! The site is super easy to search and navigate.

I love that I can convert my points into gift cards for all of my favorite stores, including Amazon and Kohls!!

I cannot think of any - you can spend the points directly through Awardco or purchase gift cards.. cannot go wrong!!

Over the past year of joining/signing up with the Awardco program, it has been a very huge success with my team of employees. To know they are recognized and rewarded for their hard work by being able to utilize the Awardco platform to save up Awardco points to purchase personal items has been a tremendous hit with my employees.
I would definitely recommend the Awardco program to others looking for ways to recognize and reward their employees as well.

I received an email from my company for my 10 year work anniversary date. I was provided with 100 points to use on any product in the selection. It is actually hard to choose from all the choices I had. I narrowed it down to what I really needed which was a Set of Kitchen Knives (you can't have to many of those) and they were needed in my household. I have since received them and use them everyday. The delivery was super fast and there was no damage to the packaging and it was exactly what I ordered.

I don't have any cons. Everything was what I expected it to be!

Awardco is a fantastic way for employers to shine the spotlight on those employees who rise above the expected and reach for the sky! I love that you get emailed when a new award has posted as well the ability to filter search if I am looking for something specific. I know in my office alone employee retention quadrupled since we first started using the software 3 months ago.

The ability to comment on other employee's recognitions.
Users can redeem rewards points for gift cards and other products. Users earn these points by receiving Kudos or Recognition from their Employer.
Users can search for coworkers, managers, products, or award categories easily with filters. Users can opt in for email notifications when a new achievement or award has been posted.

The first stages of signup are easy enough, but midway through you are left to your own devices with little to no assistance on what to do next. The software can be overwhelming at first for those users who are not tech savvy. There is no Co-Worker calendar showing birthdays, anniversaries or other events that usually come standard with these type of products. Users are unable to recognize a group or team at one time. In order to give Kudos to each team member, one would have to cross reference the team member names and input the award for each employee. The application is only available through the company website. It is not accessible through I-tunes or Google Play Store.

Don't get enough points at a time. I would like to have more points given often to get better prizes.

Love the prizes. There are so many different ones and the points are low enough to get nice things.

Very nice support when user has issue with the purchasing. Immediately respond with a specific case setup for resolving the issue. Follow up is quick and efficient.

Great customer support, many products for user to choice. Easy to use as it is connected to Amazon online shopping. Good features and design. Pricing is also reasonable and acceptable.

It will be great if the product choices are in line with all amazon choices.

This is a great program that has been an easy way to get office equipment that the company has provided us. I will also be a manager soon and out of training I like the idea of being able to leverage points to motivate my team.

There are a lot of items and category's to chose from. I love the chat feature. I have used it a few times already and have been happy with the level of service. Very easy to navigate. I like the gohealth swag shop. I like the idea of being able to sent points to others and being able to earn points.

It has taken a long time for one off my returns to process from amazon and to get those points back.
I think there is a glitch because I have earned 5 points from training class but those 5 points can not apply to the office category.

I had very good experience and had no issues the layout and the website are very easy to use i am excited to use the website again.

Ease of redeeming points and speed of delivery of reward products, great variety of items and gift cards. Check out process pretty simple. Easy to navigate and easy on the eyes.

I really like the website and design so really not having enough points is a true issue. Reviews for products would be great too because you have to log out and look at the amazon website for reviews.

Redeeming my reward points was so simple. And you immediately receive your gift cards the same day!

Previously we were only able to choose employer logo wear with our employee point system, but now we can select gift cards. I love it!

It is a great way for a company to reward their employees. I typically get one reward a month - one for my birthday and then for any kudos. It is great!

Once I pick an item it is shipped immediately, I usually get it within a day, 2 at the most. Fast and efficient, love it!

I'm getting a great experience with Awardco it was actually shocking to see how many different prizes were available at such great prices.

I love that the company rewards you just for being apart of the team. It's completely awesome!! Great prizes for low prices!!!

There honestly wasn't anything I didn't like it was great.

Overall this is a great program that gives us what we want with our company points/awards.

The access Awardco gives you with amazon has been great!
