I love that there are so many options to spend our Awardco points! I buy things from health items like protein shakes, and small hand weights. I get sheets and batteries and everything in between.

There are no negatives! When I need something, I come here to shop on Amazon. My items arrive relatively quickly and I'm always satisfied

I love Awardco. Ever since Outdoor Venture Corporation has started working with Awardco I have been able to obtain so many things from them that I wouldn't have otherwise been able to achieve. It motivates me to get to work a few minutes early every day, so I can get more points from the app. The app is super easy to use, they celebrate my achievements, and they are super responsive to questions.

Awardco is Amazing! I get free stuff and or gift cards for showing up to work which I have to do anyways. They have a huge selection of items and gift cards from all the retailers I use regularly. I love getting those Amazon online gift cards!

I have no problems at all with Awardco. Awardco is super easy to use and it helps me save for things like electronics, gift cards, or birthday gifts that I otherwise wouldn't have been able to obtain.

Cool thing. I have no trouble understanding it. It was very simple and cool to understand. Just have to read.

GREAT PLATFORM FOR RECOGNITION! ENGAGEMENT. I would recommend the platform to other nursing facilities to utilize with the HR dept.

I appreciate the Awardco platform due to the encouraging / motivational insights it offers to the employees. A great way to have peer to peer recognition!!

No concerns, no adjustments for recommendation etc. the platform is an easy one to utilize.

I really appreciate being able to award my colleagues with something more than just a "thank you!" When someone goes above and beyond or jumps in to troubleshoot an issue, it's nice to be able to reward them. Since we all have a limited number of Awardco points to distribute each quarter, giving (or receiving) one holds extra meaning!

Awardco adds extra excitement to "thank you" with the possibility of accumulating points for prizes. I love to be able to give Awardco points as a thank you and I really appreciate receiving them as well. I saved my points to get Airpods and LOVE them. I feel like they are a token of appreciation from my company and colleagues - I love that. I really love that our company has implemented a meaningful way for colleagues to show appreciation.

Some people don't love the public nature of it or think that points shouldn't be used as motivation.

Good stuff, super easy. I won't ever delete this app. It's memory space used well. I'll tell all of my coworkers to download this app.

I like Awardco because it's easy to use and lets me know that my employer appreciates me. The platform is self-explanatory and anyone can figure it out, quickly.

I can't think of any cons to this app. It makes appreciation from one's employer fast and easy.

Great experience and just a quick and easy process. From start to finish its designed to be a wonderful experience and you can select from a wide variety of places to redeem your reward points.

Very simple to use and redeem your points with a wide variety of choices. The process to apply these points is ultra safe and easy as well. I love it!!

Honestly, I have nothing to dislike. Its the go to for getting awarded with no hassles to redeem.

10/10 I always try and recommend my coworkers to use. I always think of Awardco as a reward base system.

The fact that it motivates me to do more tasks and allows me to help out my coworkers with any jobs they might have.

That you can only send a limited amount and you can only use it once a day per person

I have used my points for things for myself including many items from amazon. I used points last Christmas to help with my gift giving. I am saving up points now for concert tickets. This is the best program I have ever used and would highly recommend.

I love Awardco for many reasons. It's a great way to recognize someone on your team, welcome a new employee or just let someone know you are thinking of them. Points can be used in any number of ways for goods and services. There is something for everyone.

The only con is sometimes I forget to award people. You get more to give every month so make sure to use them.

An improvement from prior award programs used in the past. I really enjoy being able to select my own rewards and Its encouraging to earn more so you can save up for some of the more pricier items.

Easy to redeem, great selections to choose from. gift cards amazon. with having gift cards as a choice this makes your selection easier.

It is internal that only the high end people get to distribute points. i have always been at organizations that would give managers an amount of points to give to their employees when they did something good or at anniversary.

I like that option because it is safe, it motivates me to sell more to earn points, it has a great variety of products and gift cards

It is a tool that allows the employer to incentivize their staff, and it definitely does. I use it frequently

When comparing prices, sometimes the prices are higher than on Amazon

I love that it fosters an environment where teammates are encouraged to recognize the accomplishments and successes of their coworkers. In this way it also inspires employees to do their best and to exemplify the company's mentality and ethics. I also feel like its a great way for employees who don't work in the same building to recognize each other for help or deeds they reached out to each other for.

I love Awardco. It motivates my team in contests and allows me to show my appreciation for those who have done exceptional things. Best of all, the redeeming process is quick and easy! My agents can reward themselves with what they really want.

I have noticed price differences from Amazon through Awardco, and regular Amazon.

Exceptionally easy to navigate, very user friendly. I have dealt with other award sites and this one is by far the Best.
