Awardco is a great way to recognize people for their hard work when they might not get the recognition they deserve.

Sometimes I can't get to the site from the app and have to search for it.

I am very impressed with how easy it is to use this platform. The UI is very simple and direct which I can appreciate.

Very user friendly with super seamless transactions. It's helped me get groceries many times. There are also a lot of different options, not just places I would never shop.

I use many of the same ecards so it would be nice to have a way to save favorites for easy access.

I love how easy it is to order and check out it is a breeze. It makes it really easy to see. I love the sections

Using the Awardco product offers crew members a reward based incentive to report both areas of improvement but also areas/ items where things are being done correctly & to the high company standards.
The Awardco product offers easy cash out options to virtual gift cards, Amazon gift cards or restaurant gift cards.

So far I haven’t experienced any cons with the Awardco product.

I enjoy using this platform and rewarding my coworkers with something that makes them happy. I feel like my team at work enjoys working hard to earn these rewards.

There are many rewards to choose from and you can claim various E-gift cards at almost any dollar amount. E-gift cards you claim are instantly sent to your email address to redeem.

Some E-gift cards require a minimum amount of points to redeem. It would be nice to increase the variety of stores where you can redeem E-gift cards.

I was please at how easy it was to place and order and shipment was received quickly. The tabs on each page were easy to understand where just about anyone would be able to use.

I liked how easy it was to navigate and use points. order was completed and shipped quickly. The tabs were easy to understand.

I did not notice any cons at this time because I have not used that often.

Highly recommended site. Great products! Good prices!!! Plenty of things to choose from. Great value.

Lots of great products. Fast and easy shipping. Using Amazon a trusted site which is a bonus. Plus custom company merchandise.

No notification of when products should arrive. An email should be sent to follow up on orders that are placed and have been shipped.`

Easy to use. Reviews can be given quickly and efficiently. Acknowledgement can be viewed by team members and presented as a tool to make goals.

More Memes. When recognizing multiple individual you want to use different pictures.

Favorite rewards system! This is very helpful to celebrate co-workers and provide REAL motivation and show appreciation. The features to send similar Kudos to more than one person are very helpful for meetings or events where you want to show appreciation to a whole group!

Like I stated above app easy to use any you have so many options to chose from and easy o navigate around the app.

My company has been using Awardco for years. Employees really enjoy rewarding colleagues that have helped them and also is a great way make connections because a nice comment and detail goes a long way.

Awardco is a great tool to motivate employees when they do a good job.
It builds up employee morale and engagement to go extra mile.

I cannot think of a disadvantage to this amazing tool.

I'm so happy to use it. It's very encouraging and having wide variety of options to choose from. Glad to have it.

I will get some recognition from my work place every now and then through Awardco. It's nice to have all the recognition as coins(dollars). It's easy to use, within minutes you will have the link to your requested option. We also have the option to choose from a long list of categories almost everything, I can think of and the good thing is you can redeem from as low as $5.

I would like to have it opened on my personal devices apart from the work device if possible. No cons other than it.

From getting the notification that I received the points, to using the website to select my item and receiving it, I couldn't be happier.

Sizing was accurate, arrived in short order, good quality products to choose from. Great value for money.

There isn't anything that I consider to be a negative about this entire process.

It is a great experience overall! I use it a lot through my company and it has been really beneficial to me.

Wonderful The program is just another added benefit as a direct result of working for the gorilla glue company gorilla glue is always doing things for their employees and every little bit helps and I’m just one employee that appreciates everything because a lot of companies don’t do anything for their employees except provide them with a paycheck

I think it’s very thoughtful and considerate of the company to just add another incentive. We already have great benefits and they are always trying to do something else just to help out in any way possible it just goes to show me just how much they appreciate us. They never stop showing us.

I don’t have any complaints I just appreciate all the things that gorilla glue does to show their employees how much they care about us and how much they appreciate us. I think it’s a wonderful program and it’s very helpful to all the employees and always and and I look forward to using this every chance I get thank you

Very cool to browse items, i recommend it, just browse and explore and its easy to use, pretty cool.
