    Customer service is excellent, most emails answered sometimes within minutes. Great company to work with and they are constantly improving and adding new features.

    As a new owner of an NEMT business Bambi was easy to navigate and the scheduling part of the software is very easy and the interface is very clean. The Bambi AI, called "run Bambi run" is a great feature when you have multiple vehicles and drivers. The price per month is a flat rate, not some intro rate and then you need to buy all sorts of add ons
