    I’m telling you Bordio is the better version of Trello. It might not have Trello’s background or color options, but it doesn’t matter because Bordio will make you more productive. I tend to think that having an app with lots of features will improve my productivity level, but it’s not the case. Usually, it become daunting to use an app that provide too many unnecessary functions. With Bordio, all your basic needs is there.. Even with the free version. Yes, free version is only limited to 10 projects, but you’ll still enjoy its single-board feature. Believe me, it’s the best one you’ll find out there, productivity-wise!

    Bordio deserves a good review. It didn’t show up through flashy ads, it’s like a hidden gem I found in the middle of nowhere. And I’m glad I did. Leading an editing a team of 5, I wanted a space where everyone's thoughts and files could live together in one place. Google Drive used to be our go-to, but Bordio changed everything for us - docs, chats, you name it, it’s in Bordio.
    The best deal about Bordio is the built in notes features and messaging box that keep my whole team connected and coordinated.

    There’s no switching with Bordio.

    I can attest to how effective and helpful Bordio has become to our leads management. I don’t need to exit the platform and go to another tool just to complete assigning a task to our sales reps. Everything is right there in front of me. There’s no need to switch to other pages. Also, I’ve tried other softwares to manage my team, but Bordio is the easiest and most efficient for us.

    Bordio totally saved us when we hit a major crunch time last year. Setting it up was a no-brainer – we just added our team, broke down the tasks, and started tackling them out, so easy. You don't need a manual or anything. No need for a crash course or bouncing between apps to talk like Slack. It keeps things and so simple.

    Since Bordio is a startup company, they’re probably quite hands-on with every aspect of it. I just hope it continues until they become known in the industry. Because I really appreciate that I can get fast responses and helpful answers whenever I have to email them. I don’t have to sit around waiting for a week to get a reply to my concern. Also, the more I use it, the more I get comfortable with it. I feel like it’s become part of my system that if I lost it, it would be hard to make it throughout the day. For a $5/month fee, Bordio is a steal. It’s worth the try. I’m telling you.

    Bordio’s kanban board is similar to Trello’s but a little bit better. I’d say that because I can easily drag a task cards and move it to a couple of weeks ago or months away. I don’t have to switch tabs or clicks to many times just to move a task. I think it’s the best feature of Bordio that everyone should try.

    How Bordio helps me with our everyday operations

    Generally, Bordio has become helpful for me. I don’t have to use a printed checklist anymore to manage all the operations of our tire shop everyday. Now, I just use task cards to easily review the things I have to do in a day. Most importantly, everything can be viewed by the owner and other members of the team, so if an issue comes up, everyone can get involved in it. It makes my everyday operations less hassle.

    The only reason why a creator cannot put out content instantly, it’s because he doesn’t manage his content calendar effectively… and probably, hasn’t found Bordio. Bordio is just a good way to manage anyone’s tasks because of its intuitive interface. It’s so easy to learn and adapt to.

    I'm not saying It's the perfect app, but I can confidently say it's one of the best. If you’re looking for an app that will does the tracking job for you, then get Bordio. Although its interface is pretty simple, it makes your process automated. Updates and messages are real-time and you get notifications about any changes made in the task card. Also, the app version is as useful and functional as the web version.

    I haven't really tried other PM app with this kind of Google interaction. Let me tell you why. First, setting up an event is easy.It is like creating a task card. You can also add the people you want to attend the meeting even if they are not in Bordio. You just need their email. Then, They will receive an email with the meeting's details and respond with a decline or accept status.Their responses will be in the task card so you don't have to check your email for confirmation.
    Of course, this schedule will also show up to your Google calendar. How cool is that?

    I have never tried any project management software like Bordio. Its real-time messaging is really great. It’s the perfect fit for our small printing business. I just wish Bordio also had a paint tool of some sort so I could completely use it for our design work.

    It’s not often that people buy or request a door installation. It’s kind of a one-time purchase, so I prioritize my customer’s journey. From their initial request or in-person consultation to installation and customer support, I make sure everything is perfect. That is why I wanted the best project management software. Most of them were complicated to use for the kind of business that I do. So, when I found Bordio and gave it a try, it changed everything for us. It’s so simple yet so efficient. I didn’t expect that I could manage 30 clients in a month without having to sweat!

    I can create multiple projects, add different folders, and sort them out based on the most important tasks to the least important. I can even add my clients to show them the progress of the project and set an event with them for reports and feedback. The best thing? I can do this on a single board. It is so easy!

    I find Bordio very helpful in monitoring our company’s tasks and prioritize. The mobile version is mostly efficient when I have to be out of the office because I can check any schedule meetings and deadlines. I can also add a new task on the go that needs to be urgently done.
