I’m telling you Bordio is the better version of Trello. It might not have Trello’s background or color options, but it doesn’t matter because Bordio will make you more productive. I tend to think that having an app with lots of features will improve my productivity level, but it’s not the case. Usually, it become daunting to use an app that provide too many unnecessary functions. With Bordio, all your basic needs is there.. Even with the free version. Yes, free version is only limited to 10 projects, but you’ll still enjoy its single-board feature. Believe me, it’s the best one you’ll find out there, productivity-wise!

Nothing fancy about their features is their selling point. It makes it even useful because everyday about Bordio is useful.

Probably, the only think I didn’t like is it doesn’t have more color options. I tend to use darker colors for my task cards.

Bordio deserves a good review. It didn’t show up through flashy ads, it’s like a hidden gem I found in the middle of nowhere. And I’m glad I did. Leading an editing a team of 5, I wanted a space where everyone's thoughts and files could live together in one place. Google Drive used to be our go-to, but Bordio changed everything for us - docs, chats, you name it, it’s in Bordio.
The best deal about Bordio is the built in notes features and messaging box that keep my whole team connected and coordinated.

I can attest to how effective and helpful Bordio has become to our leads management. I don’t need to exit the platform and go to another tool just to complete assigning a task to our sales reps. Everything is right there in front of me. There’s no need to switch to other pages. Also, I’ve tried other softwares to manage my team, but Bordio is the easiest and most efficient for us.

I like how everything can be done in Bordio. I can easily create a profile for each lead we have with the simple notes feature included in each task card.

I wish we could put a profile picture for a potential client, so our sales reps would know how to handle their calls better.

We’ve tried a couple of similar softwares, but Bordio is the only one that has the most useful features. It just has the things that are important. And it is not complicated to use at all!

I wish they could integrate Spotify in Bordio because I enjoy listening to music while working.

Bordio totally saved us when we hit a major crunch time last year. Setting it up was a no-brainer – we just added our team, broke down the tasks, and started tackling them out, so easy. You don't need a manual or anything. No need for a crash course or bouncing between apps to talk like Slack. It keeps things and so simple.

We can maximize Bordio’s features without doing too much explanation or studying for how they work.

A built-in clock or timer would be a good add-on to Bordio.

Since Bordio is a startup company, they’re probably quite hands-on with every aspect of it. I just hope it continues until they become known in the industry. Because I really appreciate that I can get fast responses and helpful answers whenever I have to email them. I don’t have to sit around waiting for a week to get a reply to my concern. Also, the more I use it, the more I get comfortable with it. I feel like it’s become part of my system that if I lost it, it would be hard to make it throughout the day. For a $5/month fee, Bordio is a steal. It’s worth the try. I’m telling you.

Bordio’s customer support is easy to reach and responsive. Based on my experience, I didn’t have to wait for a week for a reply. Also, they keep updating their features.

I hope they read this and create a table option in the notes section. That’ll be a great add on!

Bordio’s kanban board is similar to Trello’s but a little bit better. I’d say that because I can easily drag a task cards and move it to a couple of weeks ago or months away. I don’t have to switch tabs or clicks to many times just to move a task. I think it’s the best feature of Bordio that everyone should try.

It feels better than Trello because of its simplicity and single board view.

Colors could be improved, too little for me.

Generally, Bordio has become helpful for me. I don’t have to use a printed checklist anymore to manage all the operations of our tire shop everyday. Now, I just use task cards to easily review the things I have to do in a day. Most importantly, everything can be viewed by the owner and other members of the team, so if an issue comes up, everyone can get involved in it. It makes my everyday operations less hassle.

I tend to use Bordio for my to-do lists for the shop. I get more things done with it because it is easy to use. I like its mobile version as well.

I can't configure bigger fonts & elements in the profile settings

The only reason why a creator cannot put out content instantly, it’s because he doesn’t manage his content calendar effectively… and probably, hasn’t found Bordio. Bordio is just a good way to manage anyone’s tasks because of its intuitive interface. It’s so easy to learn and adapt to.

Everything is easy to setup. Literally takes only 1-2 steps to use a feature.

A little bit of popping colors would be great because it makes me more inspired to create new creatives.

I'm not saying It's the perfect app, but I can confidently say it's one of the best. If you’re looking for an app that will does the tracking job for you, then get Bordio. Although its interface is pretty simple, it makes your process automated. Updates and messages are real-time and you get notifications about any changes made in the task card. Also, the app version is as useful and functional as the web version.
You know why its perfect? Because it is simple yet powerful. Its a startup brand, but it deserve some recognition thats why I’m writing a review which I dont actually do.

Minimal learning curve and useful features.

Would like to be able to insert a table in the notes sections for easier data representation.

I haven't really tried other PM app with this kind of Google interaction. Let me tell you why. First, setting up an event is easy.It is like creating a task card. You can also add the people you want to attend the meeting even if they are not in Bordio. You just need their email. Then, They will receive an email with the meeting's details and respond with a decline or accept status.Their responses will be in the task card so you don't have to check your email for confirmation.
Of course, this schedule will also show up to your Google calendar. How cool is that?

It serves its function as a project management tool.

I don't really have issues with Bordio's features.

I have never tried any project management software like Bordio. Its real-time messaging is really great. It’s the perfect fit for our small printing business. We can now get feedback and comments regarding the work we do in real time. It feels like our creative process has become smoother with Bordio. I just wish Bordio also had a paint tool of some sort so I could completely use it for our design work.

I love Bordio’s tasks views especially the kanban board. My team and I can easily create a plan for our new product design just by creating the kanban board. And we can easily talk on the chat, real-time, as we view the task.

Since we’re a printable calendar business, I wish Bordio had its own create-a-design feature or like a paint tool.

I'd emphasize how Bordio has become an indispensable asset for our marketing team at RelaxTime. From the initial brainstorming stages to the final analysis of our campaign performance, Bordio is very helpful. We consolidate campaign data for future examples so we can know which project is giving us good numbers. For the kind of business that we do, this is a great indicator of our success and Bordio gives us the opportunity to see it more accurately.

Bordio’s features allow us to do our work better. It might look basic, but Bordio delivers. It provides the most efficient service for us.

We wish there’s a downloadable version of Bordio on PC.

Generally, I enjoy Bordio because it makes it easy to capture task, set priorities, and assigning tasks to individuals. In the work that we do, brainstorming is an essential part so that we stay on the same page. It’s nice that we can attach our designs to a specific task and give feedback to it. But for me, it’s Bordio’s simple and clear interface that makes me want to use it more.

Bordio has enough and easy-to-understand features that allow us to brainstorm new design ideas for different projects.

Sometimes, I need like a brush tool within the notes page. It’d be great to have that, so I can easily draw the design idea or concept I have in mind.

I highly recommend Bordio for all business types. It’s interface is easy to use; no more unnecessary clicking and switching pages, just use a single board for everything.

It’s not often that people buy or request a door installation. It’s kind of a one-time purchase, so I prioritize my customer’s journey. From their initial request or in-person consultation to installation and customer support, I make sure everything is perfect. That is why I wanted the best project management software. Most of them were complicated to use for the kind of business that I do. So, when I found Bordio and gave it a try, it changed everything for us. It’s so simple yet so efficient. I didn’t expect that I could manage 30 clients in a month without having to sweat!

I can create multiple projects, add different folders, and sort them out based on the most important tasks to the least important. I can even add my clients to show them the progress of the project and set an event with them for reports and feedback. The best thing? I can do this on a single board. It is so easy!

Since I can easily see all of my projects on one board, I keep looking at it even after working hours. Sometimes, I wish I could set a timer when I could only use the app.

I find Bordio very helpful in monitoring our company’s tasks and prioritize. The mobile version is mostly efficient when I have to be out of the office because I can check any schedule meetings and deadlines. I can also add a new task on the go that needs to be urgently done. Communication has become better with Bordio, too, because I can reply to my team leaders’ messages instantly without going off the app. My whole company has been using Bordio for months now, and we’ve never been this organized and connected since.

I love the messaging features of Bordio, but I would enjoy it even more if it has gifs and emoji options.

In principle, I am satisfied with everything, the only thing I would like is more choice of colors.
