I don't have a lot of negative things to say about Box, it's a software that does what it promises, although I do have a few things that I would like to point out. Firstly, I dislike that it takes a long time to upload files to the platform, this has never happened with any other tool that requires uploading files to work on the cloud, but for some reason, it happens with Box, we usually do file back-ups from time to time and it takes so long that it becomes inconvenient at some point. Secondly, I don't like that some formats are not supported by Box and some formats are supported but the viewer makes it hard to actually work on the file. If they improve these two aspects, I feel like Box could be a top-tier tool for collaboration on the cloud.

The things I didn't like about Box were:

1- Box does not have a good editing of documents simultaneously with the participation of several people. This platform does not allow several people to modify a document at the same time, when this happens, the platform creates several automatic copies to avoid conflicts in document editing. This is a complete disadvantage since I have not been able to work online and modify documents with the collaboration of several colleagues, the .word and .excel documents that I have stored in the shared folder with my work group, it has allowed us only to exchange and share documents, but it has not allowed us the simultaneous editing of these documents, this made me very upset.

2- Some documents cannot be viewed in the web version of Box. This web version is not capable of fully loading documents that contain a lot of information or images within it, this web version is only capable of loading some documents, which have limited information, causing users to compulsorily download some documents in order to view them or edit them.
