The Team at BrandMail are excellent! They enable us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience.

Working with the BrandMail Team is seamless. As soon as a request is sent to the team via email, the ticket is logged and the request actioned and implemented within the timeframe requested, if not before. They are helpful with giving advice and recommendations to improve marketing via their platforms. The way in which our marketing is integrated within our 6 campuses enables us to get our marketing message out there more effectively and reach a wider audience.

Honestly, I have not had a reason to dislike anything about BrandMail, or their Team.

Having a consistent, professional email signature on all emails, across the whole business. I use a marketing application that generates emails and I can rest assured that my email signature will be on every single email sent from that application. I also use an email app that only allows the most generic signature in-app...but with BrandMail, I know that my professional business signature will be on every single email to every recipient. I don't have to worry about brand consistency when adding a new team member - BrandMail takes care of that for me!

The BrandMail team is made up of absolute angels (especially Paula and Simon)! The product that they've developed is nothing short of magical and I don't even use all of the features they have available (yet, anyway). It could not have been any easier for me to have my business email signature set up - the BrandMail team was there every step of the way to ensure a smooth integration! My email signature is consistent, on every single email, from every platform, regardless of what application is actually generating the email - it truly is magic! Onboarding new team members is a breeze and retains a consistent brand image for the business. Help is only a few keystrokes away, should I ever need to reach out. On a product that I use every day, several times a day, this is a no-brainer!

Using the editing software is a bit tricky at first, but the BrandMail team is ready to help if ever needed.

I appreciate how hands-on and communicative the team is. They support you throughout the entire process and offer training to help you gain a better understanding and become more independent. Additionally, they are very patient with their clients.

There is nothing about BrandMail that I dislike or find bothersome. In my opinion, they are doing an excellent job!

When I first joined the company, there was no standard email signature—everyone used their own style. The biggest benefit of using BQ is that it makes all our emails consistent. Now every email looks professional, neat, and matches the company brand.

When we first started using BQ, it was a bit challenging, especially for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. Sometimes updates or syncing take a little longer than expected. But once it’s set up, it works really well. The banner tool can be a bit tricky, but the BrandMail team is always there and ready to help.

Overall, my experience with BrandMail has been a good one. It has made it much easier to keep our client communication on track without creating extra work. Instead of sending out bulk emails every time we need to share closing dates or information on upcoming events, we just add a banner to our signatures.

It is easy to implement, and you can change banners as you need to align with what you want to communicate to your clients. It even allows for multiple banners to be active at the same time.

I don’t have any issues at this stage. The system works well for my needs.

We are very happy with BrandMail and have had many clients, vendors, and other dealerships that we work with say they were impressed by our new signature.

BrandMail is a very professional product. The administrator console is easy to learn and any problems we had with setup were handled quickly with understanding from their staff. We are in the US and even though there is a six-hour difference in time zones they were always available when we needed them with support.

No cons with BrandMail. We had slow Microsoft integration for a couple users, and I verified it was a Microsoft on occasion.

The software is easy to use and provide better customization of emails and signatures.

It also performs tasks quickly.

I'm enjoying BrandMail and the features it has. We recently created a banner and attached it to my email signature which changed every time I was sending an email, and I loved how easy it was to setup the banner and the attraction it got.

No cons to provide. Happy with the overall features of the software and the assistance that the support team is providing

**Unlike the Windows/Outlook Setup, Installation Quantum on Mac requires a different approach- Often involving more manual steps or workarounds. This can lead to confusion or delays especially for teams using mixed operating systems.

I would recommend this product to people in my industry. It's got great functionality, and it really allows us to represent ourselves in a professional manner.

Great thing about brand mail is their support staff and their functionality. They walk you through the whole set up process and on boarding as well as creating your email signatures from scratch.

The back and portal was a little tricky to navigate, and I think they are taking steps to improve that user interface

The set up process in terms of look and feel takes time to refine and some IT knowledge is needed if you do not have an IT department to assist.

Upon evaluating, what initially seemed like a drawback has actually turned into a strength. Some users opt to use only the signature feature of BrandMail. This still serves to maintain brand consistency by eliminating formatting discrepancies and allowing us admins to update branding and mission statements effortlessly without needing user input.

BrandMail's flexibility allows users to engage with it to the extent they prefer, without imposing any constraints or intrusions.

It has been easy to enroll new users onto the system. I Love how easy it is to change banner designs.

The ease of use on the product, everything is straightforward and easy to use. It's easy to change banners.

Experienced glitches in the beginning, however the team managed to resolve it quickly.

It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients.

Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. Paula has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. Simon has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups.

I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup.

Very good experience with the product and the the staff of BrandMail. We do still need to figure out how best to utilize the full suite of products.

Great staff that always help out with the execution of the product's features. A good feature to add to the email workflow options.

Not fully understood in how to best use the product and features

The transition from our previous application was seamless. The setting up and changing of signatures and banners is easy. The reports produced data which is beneficial to our institution

Ease of use. The ability to schedule banners. The stats and the reports that can be generated for analysis.

The product is expensive for schools as we have to purchases licences for several software solutions

I have found the staff to be helpful, efficient and friendly. The attention to detail when designing banners has been impressive.

I was impressed with the friendly and efficient service from the team. The banners add a professional look to all our emails and assist with promoting various events.

I don't have any issues. I have only recently started working with the team and I have appreciated their willingness to assist.

Excellent- Easy to install, easy to implement, no major team training as it's intuitive, easy to upload new templates or reusable pieces of information, and it totally achieves its objectives

Re-using content used to be a big challenge because
1) personal data would be incorrectly left in
2) it would be pasted into different documents with different styles and would look yuck
3) My teams didn't know where to find great examples I'd created because it was buried somewhere in a client's folder
4) context wasn't adjustable (single vs married, children vs not)

With Brand Mail, I can enter the client's name and it's re-used everywhere, the templates are so easy to create that I"ve made context specific templates, and the styles are locked in and transportable. This makes it highly efficient, saves me time and embarrassment and I trust that it's accurate. And each time I find a new way of doing things, I can just upload and everything's easily available to everyone.

So, in the end, it removes the dependency on me, and the result is that it's like i've cloned myself to more people.

It was super easy to install and integrate into our existing life because we're Microsoft Office dependent(I am the tech department!), and the customer support has been phenomenal - with the BrandQuantum team building us little help videos that we can access from our toolbar. I use it every day now, and am so excited to build it out to every area of our business.
