No cons—flawless service so far since I use it....

Customer Service is hands down the BEST. Always there to help and solve problems night and day. Quick to answer and super knowledgeable. Sales are up HUGE with the connections I have between my Shopify store and Ebay/Etsy. Fantastic and never looking back. Keep doing what you are doing!

Connection between any channel other than your store is tricky and it is SOOO important to have good people guiding you. I have been with 2 other channel connector apps and they pale in comparison to CED. I have my Shopify store connected to Etsy and Ebay apps with CED.

It is complicated but that is the nature of the beast. You won't find any other company that does it this well.

CedCommerce products are as good as their after sales service, and the after sales service has been excellent, their plugins are easy to use and have a lot of in depth options so a lot of thought and experience has gone into this, friendly team I have had regular live chats with, even where my 2 year old daughter now says hello to my contact agent when she can hear his voice.

The Onbuy plugin at the time of this review is free, with an options install/support option of just $20 usd, syncing with my woo store I am now able to have live update price and stock keeping from my woo, it was important for me to manage and centralise stock levels, and have a pricing option, in my case an increase in price on Onbuy to cover selling fees. I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and effectiveness of support as I reached out for help with the syncing, they went through with me setting up one product which I then was able to copy into the entire catalogue and get all inventory synced and priced as I wanted . . . I was so happy with this I turned to the eBay plugin which has a cost, but now familiar with CED products and the differences in only being a different marketplace this has been value for money, I purchased a support package with the eBay plugin and they installed and set it up for me. Great. I know have a managed pricing strategy, stock control and promotions manager all from my woo store that automatically updates into the Onbuy and eBay listings. It's been worth every penny.

I have yet to find a fault with the product or service provided.

I'd still recommend this integration tool for ease of operations. There are some limitations but mostly due to Etsy API limitations.

Set up was relatively easy and day-to-day is relatively seamless, and even when it is not, the support team is helpful.

The subscription plans are on the fairly expensive side.

I have greatly appreciated the tremendous Customer Service. I have never had to wait long to have a problem solved and the team is so responsive. I love the easy of linking items to my Etsy shop. It's really made things so much easier for me.

I seem to have trouble deleting listings, but I reach out for help and it's handled immediately.

I love the app and the customer service that comes with it. Nupur recently did a great job resolving something that was bothering me so much Thank you.

It is the most easiest and convenient app for Amazon Sellers.

We have been working with CedCommerce for few years now and overall Good experience , they are extremely helpful and quick to help with any issue.

Sometimes things don't work as expected and we find it too late.

If you are looking for a way to share your retail products with your online store and eBay at the same time, then this app is your answer.

And if you have an issue, their support staff is super-fast in responding to assist you. And they will stay online until your problem is resolved.

Perfect option for Ebay marketplace selling. And there is no Ebay app in the Shopify app store. This works. And works well.

And best of all. The customer support team. They are incredible. They walked me through the setup process when I started. And when you chat with someone they are right there. No long queues. And I never waited for a support staff member. They were just there. Ready to help.

All the agents are very nice and helpful but I would like to know more so I can add more products without bothering the agents so much.

I like the function when it comes to adding product but with not knowing and not enough information or training on how to use this system makes it hard.

I'm having a hard time when adding the Attributes because of not any information on what to set to custom and what to leave as Shopify, the YouTube video is way too fast to understand plus its from some years ago and what is being asked is different.

I'm enjoying the use of this program and I recommend it to anyone who wants to save time when they are using it on a daily basis.

The pro's are that the system works in automation and there is a template to modify you attributes....the program is very smooth.

Can't find any so far and I can't imagine I will and if I do they have a great support team..very quick and knowledgeable.

Overall with the power of great customer service, I enjoy using this app.

We are satisfied with the product. It allows us to sync our Shopify inventory with Amazon. The customer support is also very responsive and helpful.

The customer support is very responsive and on top of trying to fix any issues you may have. They allow interaction through Skype messenger which is a lot faster than email.

Sometimes it is difficult to add new products and have it sync with Amazon. This is mainly Amazon's fault since they are particular with certain aspects of a product and brands.

So that's a great Thumbs up for them and their 24*7 active support that made my life easy to work this threw.
The best I felt was that they know their Partner to the tee and got us through to their each requirement to get us Live over Fruugo with our Business limitations.
I will Highly Recommend Cedommerce's Plugin for Fruugo WooCommerce as well as their Support who are polite, knowledgeable as well as proficient to handle my business needs being a great helping hand in it's growth.

I would recommend their service to anyone wanting to sync their products on Shopify to larger pre existing marketing ecosystems such as Amazon and eBay.

Customer support is excellent! I had many questions when starting and all were resolved through calls, and chat.

The prices are also very fair. It's no more expensive than other apps I've tried. You quickly get used to the controls.

Finally found a great partner.

I stumbled upon this app by accident as I had another app that was getting worse and worse. Now I finally see a good solution for everything that has to do with feed creation. the chat was very patient and very friendly. settings were made that I had set incorrectly.

Now i immediately saw positive changes at GMC and will definitely be able to solve my other shop problems with it as well.

There is nothing bad to report.

Does the job for me in terms of syncing orders and product listings. There are many options available to offer flexibility to the customer.

I like that the customer care is very fast when there are any issues. There is always someone available to help out.

The software is quite complicated for me, so I have had some issues. Luckily there is the fast customer care support team to help me out.
