The platform offers useful features such as displaying questions from the chat, the possibility to use additional pointers during the presentation, and a drawing option, which enhances the interactive experience for both presenters and participants. Another pro is their customer service, who act fast even during on-air event and are able to quickly solve the problem.

One of the cons is the inability to search for presenters when creating the room on the platform, which can make it challenging to locate if there are lots of past presenters we don't want to delete. Additionally, when the presenter shares the screen in full mode, they are unable to see the chat or the camera feed, which can be inconvenient for some. Several presenters have highlighted this as an area that could be improved.
