We are looked online platform for a long time. We tried the ClickMeeting and immediately understood that we are found our perfect platform! It's very simple for using and has a lot of function. The best option is online work, no need to download.

It's super easy for using and has mailing and remainder. No need to download. And customer service is good.

Relatively high price, but there are great opportunities, so the price is also acceptable.

We are able to provide high quality education to our membership. It's a great but not perfect platform so I hope they implement my suggestions soon.

It is very simple to set up a webinar. I appreciate that you've provided a general link for each webinar to share with individuals. The presentation board is great, and I love that you can draw and have a pointer.

The recording is of your full screen. I don't like that the recording has a watermark.

The ease of use of the webinars is what we like about ClickMeeting. ClickMeeting has Screen pencil, easy to use chat and our customers are really excited to join meeting.

Quick help in solving problems is very important to us. Help desk employees are able to solve any problem very quickly and effectively and answer any question at an express pace. What is important to us is: the option of scheduling meetings, recording them, saving the chat, generating the attendance list and, above all, very easy and quick contact with ClickMeeting employees.

Thanks to this platform, we can 100% carry out our trainings through quick contact with participants, regardless of their location.

The choice of ClickMeeting was primarily influenced by ease of use. You can schedule a meeting very quickly. What is important for us, there can be 3 presenters of the meeting at the same time, thanks to which we can make the training more attractive thanks to the participation of several presenters at the same time. You do not need qualified personnel to operate the panel because anyone can operate the panel, even a person who is not proficient in using IT tools. An additional advantage is the recording of training sessions, chat recording and the ability to generate a list of participants. The employees are very helpful and in a very short time they answer all questions and solve all "difficult" situations. I recommend.

At the beginning it was difficult to figure out how to invite participants and how to send the presenter's link in the panel, but after a few clicks everything was ok.

It is easy to use and set up but I have difficulty using some of the more advance options. They seem great but fall short when executing, such as the Thank you page. I would like to be able to customize it.

Ease of use and setting up permanent events. If you want just the basics and just want to get it done, ClickMeeting has the quickest set up. We have 8 locations and conduct interoffice meetings without having employees travel to another location.

Needs more customization. I would like to be able to set up meeting rooms on behalf of the other presenters.

Communication was a breeze. Great quality of picture and sound, stable connection throughout the meeting. Highly recommended!

Switched from Webex to ClickMeeting for webinars, and I find ClickMeeting significantly easier to use, and of course, way cheaper. Works well for small audiences (under 50) and integration with HubSpot seems to work well as well.

Easy to use and everything logically places. Friendly and fast customer service chat, which has been great to lean on to on many occasions. Ready made templates for invites and the "waiting room" look good, so haven't felt the need for a custom solution.

One bug in particular caused headaches when I first started using ClickMeeting. If I uploaded a powerpoint presentation, the fonts changed from our company font to a standard fallback font, which is understandable, I guess.

I recommend it to anyone who needs to organize large and small online meetings, especially webinars or online training. I recommend it mainly to novice users due to the ease of use.

The platform is very easy and intuitive to use, even for beginners. Lots of different options and settings. Meetings run smoothly even with a large number of participants. Possibility to create polls and record meetings. Thanks to the ClickMeeting platform, I can also enlarge my mailing lists.

I did not notice any serious errors or defects that would lower the assessment of using the platform.

It's easy to manage, reasonable price, many automated functions, 2 hosts and 2 presenters at the same time.
It's easy to use even by people not much skilled in technical things. Our clients declare problems with using this platform.

Finally, the recording option couldn't be easier. No annoying conversion process to have to go through, and I like the fact it records online so we don't have to worry about the local machine failing.

I like the simplicity of use for our participants. Nothing to download to their machines. They simply click the link and they are in our room.

I also like the flexibility of being able to require registration or not, and the home page that allows me to publish our events.

I don't like that when you play a youtube video for the whole center to see that if there is an ad banner on the bottom of the video you can not "X" out of it. You can see the X, but if you click it nothing happens so that your webinar has to see the banner ad.

Webinar interface customization, professional look of registration page, lots of useful add-ons that add extreme value. Use for both webinars and internal meetings.

We use ClickMeeting for informing audience / customers of the importance of cyber security and why they would benefit from our services.

Not a huge fan of the email function, much easier to use my own resources instead of going through ClickMeeting. Wish the live meeting dashboard had more options of layouts.

I was using 3 or 4 more webinar apps, including most popular commercial tools and this one is so far the best. I strongly recommend for small enterprises and small events.

I'm using Live 25 (up to 25 participants with 8 cameras on) which works perfectly fine for me.

The interface was nice. I liked being able to customize the meeting interface, and it was pleasantly easy to use.

The functionality, easy to use and manipulate the colors and layout. the affordability is awesome as well, as this product was the cheaper, dynamic option.

I have had issues with the layout while presenting, and issues with the question feature, and the layout was a little more complex than we were looking for as we just want to show our screen.

ClickMeeting platform is a very professional and easy tool for our me to organise webinars. I have all I need and even more - i see opportunities to improve my events.

The most important value for me are: ease of use, good communication tools with users and good quality of records.

Only one problem i have is inviting users from previous webinars excluding speakers.

For months I have been looking for a solution that I could use for my e-learning schools. ClickMeeting works great! I wanted to build a professional contact at every point of contact with the customer, and it has succeeded. ClickMeeting sends automated meeting invitations that look very professional. Also, I was able to refine the waiting room, which now looks really good!

I use ClickMeeting very often. I conduct either project meetings or consultations. Several times a week. It is a very intuitive system, it is easy to navigate. The admin panel is very clear. It is easy to plan each event, and the notification system sent to the invited person makes sure that there is attendance at the meeting. For me ClickMeeting is one of the most important discoveries of this year :) Before it, I tested three other systems, but none of them worked so well for me. I can use a whiteboard during a meeting, ask follow-up questions so I can build enthusiasm among the participants, and even collect feedback after the meeting by sharing a survey.

At this point I have not found any special flaws in this system. Well, maybe it would be useful to integrate ClickMeeting with some external system for booking appointments. So that a person booking an appointment, for example, for a consultation with me, would immediately get a notification and details of the invitation to an e-mail address. This can be done a little differently. A way to book an appointment is to use a profile page where you can put all your events as an organizer for viewing. Participants can then select a specific event and register for it.

Very wholesome experience. I manage 40 students with my current plan easily. Never faced any server issue with ClickMeeting. Bandwidth usage is good but needs a little improvement.

User interface is really easy to understand and also it runs on all platforms including web, iOS and android. Support is really responsive and helpful. Beside all this, pricing is really reasonable.

I don't like the logo in our communications. I would like to put my institution's customised logo instead.

Honestly incredible. The operation on platform ClickMeeting is very well thought out and intuitive in use. By that platform we transfer knowledge quickly, efficiently and effectively.
