We use ClickMeeting mainly Customer Training on new software features that we send out. Then post the recording for later events. Works brilliantly and would recommend to everyone.

I like being able to set a custom window for sharing my screen - super handy. Instead of having to choose the whole screen or a particular application. Also like the new recording feature where you can pick what parts go into the video.

Disappointed that I lost a recording - did not record right and customer support was not able to recover it for me.

The organization will use the program in the coming years, a program worth recommending, with a very simple and clear interface.

Small number of participants, small number of presenters, no possibility to engage participants by voice, poor transfer of invitations.

ClickMeeting is very easy to use. This is our second platform to webinars but it is amazing! They have amazing support and they always help us with all the problems.

ClickMeeting packs a feature-rich webinar platform at a a very low price. It's integration with Wordpress and Salesforce is a big plus for our marketing and sales efforts.

ClickMeeting is inexpensive and works well for small webinars (like 50 attendees). Easy to work with and only a plugin to install if you need to share screen.

Sometimes there are audio issues (difficulty hearing participants and audio delays that cause the presenter to "talk over" the participants when they are asking questions or making comments).

ClickMeeting platform is a very useful tool for our organization. We don't need to spend much time organizing online events.

I like the ease of use. The platform is easy to configure, and webinar hosting is very friendly. In any case, the support is helpful.

I would like to improve file handling while adding materials to the webinar.

It can be fully implemented and tested without a huge financial obligation imposed to the organization. It is the most competitive product I have found at this price point.

ClickMeeting is packed with competitive features at a fraction of the cost. I have like the ability to brand meetings and invitations with a professional and polished look. The video and presentation side by side lay out allows the speaker to stay engaged with the audience while still sharing content. A really nice feature is the ability to poll the audience!

The biggest drawback of the software is the need to upload content in advance. Ideally an integration with Google Drive would be my suggestion. Even so, with minimal planning the software works and works consistently.

I like the ability to send out webinar invitations and login information instantly and on demand. Tech support is also quite customer-friendly and reliable (a very different experience from the service I previously used, who luckily shall go unnamed).

We are using ClickMeeting to provide webinars to clients and potential clients on both trending topics as well as "toolkit" approaches to compliance and "maintenance" of best practices. Clients appreciate the information and see it as a true added value.

The online recording editing tool leaves a bit to be desired - not easy to "trim" exactly where I want, but I appreciate at least having the editing capability.

This platform has had an important position within our entire company, I am grateful for all the results provided so far, with the help of this platform we have been able to develop several seminars and we have also been able to develop various events and online meetings, thanks to the platform we have We have been able to meet with each of our clients when we have a business proposal for them, in addition, when we want to meet with other employees for a specific topic, we have been able to use this platform correctly, making the corresponding invitation to each of our employees so that they can Access the virtual meeting. I was very delighted with the general experience obtained within this platform, I consider that it is a very beneficial platform that helps you to customize the number of participants, you can have an analysis of the audience, you can make notes within the meeting that you are preparing, and you can also enjoy great video quality and HD audio. I consider that this platform has been really complete, I will continue to use it within my business area since it helped me a lot to be able to meet with each of my employees and to be able to communicate a specific topic simultaneously with all the employees.

ClickMeeting has been an essential platform to be able to develop all kinds of online events and to be able to personalize video conferences and meetings with our employees or our clients. The things I liked the most were:

1- I really liked the quality that this platform provides me to communicate with each of the participants of my online meetings and also during video conferences or meetings, this video quality helps a lot so that I can communicate in a concrete and also that the participants can visualize me correctly, in addition, I also liked the audio transmission, at no time has the audio of my meeting been interrupted, which helps a lot to be able to communicate widely.

2- This platform allows me to send invitations immediately to anyone just using their email, I no longer have to use my company's inbox to send invitations to meetings or video conferences, just by using this platform, I can create a personalized invitation and with an optimal design, in addition, I can send invitations simultaneously to a group of people, that helps me a lot to be able to invite new participants to videoconferences that will take place on specific dates.

3- It has a fairly perfect reminder system, since this platform is capable of detecting if the client or that person has accepted the invitation that we have sent them by email, and it sends constant notifications and reminders so that that client or person can responsibly attend our event or our videoconference. It is important to highlight that this helps a lot to save manual work, since we do not have to send Reminder notifications manually to each participant, but this is executed automatically.

4- This platform provides me with a general view of each of the people who have accessed the videoconference or meeting, and it also shows me the people who have not yet accessed. This function is very important for me to keep track of each one of the participants or of the people who have attended the invitation that we have previously sent, this function is one of the most important, it allows me to visualize in real time the people who have attended the meeting and the people who have not yet accessed.

The main features I didn't like about this platform were:

1- One of the things that I did not like about this platform is the free trial, this free trial is available for all new users, however, I do not recommend it at all, since it is not used to create video conferences and meetings with a high participation, as it limits the number of participants you can accept for each meeting, in addition, the video quality is also affected by this free trial, it does not offer optimal video quality during each session. In addition, this free trial lasts very little, which means that I have no users who cannot get to know the platform correctly.

2- I also did not like that this platform offers quite high prices, despite being a fairly optimized application that offers a higher quality than any other platform, I consider that its prices are very high, and I do not recommend it for small companies, since It will take a long time to not have a return on investment due to the high weights that this platform has in each of its plans.

3- The application for mobile phones does not offer the same expectation hello my regret that is obtained within the application for computers and the web version, this application for mobile phones offers a complicated modality to create new events or to create a seminar, in addition, also has complications when it comes to viewing the analysis of the participants in real time, it does not update the analysis of the audiences in real time.

We already used it and we are planning to use it for future events. We are very happy about the platform, as well as the communication with Jakub.

The platform is very professional and easy to use. It is convenient for people to register and attend the event we are organising.

There is nothing that we don't really like. Maybe the design is not what we prefer or the design of the promotion, but it's really a detail and it's not really important.

I've used ClickMeeting less than a month and I planned one webinar. I like the way I can invite people to my event. The interface is nice and easy to use.

I like that I can easily create a webinar and invite a lot of members. It's super important that I can invite people who don't have a profile at this platform.

I don't like that I can't add a photo to the event invitation.

I have recently joined ClickMeeting and the process has been so smooth. Their customer service was quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I had before joining and Hana in particular was brilliant. There are so many exciting features that I can't wait to use as my business grows (which it will with such a superior webinar experience).

The tool is a strong competition to other webinar solutions, it scales easily to small and large meetings. During 12 months of use, I did not find any functionalities that would be inoperable or unnecessary. You can see that the company is constantly developing and improving the platform, which is a good sign. Several years of using ClickMeeting has made it unnecessary for us to look around for a related/competitive solution for our organizations' needs.

Occasional connectivity issues, e.g. lag and/or A/V sync problems. No major problems were experienced.

Very good communication platform with a lot of useful features. It's not free of disadvantages, but I would highly recommend it because of its design and ease.

Very easy and intuitive design allowing presenter to set up various options to his own preferences. Possibility of creating a report, changing functions in real time and automatization of many processes. ClickMeeting allows to gather even 500 webinar's participants and to create register form with automatic reminders.

Meetings were limited to 25 people (including presenters). Presentations uploaded to ClickMeeting server's memory sometimes lose their quality. It's impossible for participants to turn on a camera during webinar – only presenters can do that.

We needed a way to give training/onboarding webinars to 50+ people at a time, with a presentation slideshow. Our old platform allowed only up to 15 people per session, and ClickMeeting has allowed us to integrate polls into the presentations to increase user engagement.

ClickMeeting provides a simple and effective way to conduct training seminars for our company. It allows more people to enter a room than Google Hangouts, which was our previous platform. It also facilitates easy tracking of attendees during and after the events.

We sometimes experience audio/visual issues with ClickMeeting, causing us to have to type our information into the chat box rather than talking through our points. This detracts from the personal aspect we're trying to convey during the webinars.

The ClickMeeting platform significantly influenced the activity and strengthening of the image of the ITAKA Foundation as an organization that comprehensively deals with the issue of disappearances. The number of webinars we organize has increased. We can organize them faster, more efficiently, and at the same time we can reach more recipients. Thanks to the online formula, it also saves a lot of costs. The same is also true for internal meetings.

ClickMeeting is an intuitive and easy-to-use platform. You can use the ClickMeeting platform from your browser, you don't need to download any application. We also value this tool for its good video and audio quality, as well as quick technical support. In addition, thanks to the automatic recording of webinars, we can use their fragments in our SM channels to promote subsequent events.

So far, we have used the ClickMeeting platform, which is perfect not only for organizing webinars and internal meetings. We are satisfied with the quality of the services provided.

We are very glad with ClickMeeting in general and would be much more satisfied and working smoother if the above implementations could be incorporated.

Our company previously worked with Adobe Connect, so we chose ClickMeeting as the video conferencing service most similar to Adobe Connect in terms of interface.

We are very satisfied with the image and sound quality.

- To cover the guest list, we must cover it with the chat. If we block the guest list, the names stop appearing in the chat. We want both things: that the names appear in the chat and at the same time do not have the guest list enabled.

- From the mobile app we cannot make any type of restriction (hide guest panel, set panels, etc.) but users can move everything at will.

- The number of moderators per account is extremely restrictive for us, which was not the case with Adobe Connect.

- Default configuration:
* The "Image change" tab maintains the configuration that we have previously left, but the "Waiting room" and "Automation" tabs must be configured each time we create a session.
* Same with certain settings of the "Details" tab. We would prefer that by default, the access type is always "Open to all", in case we ever forget to change it and inadvertently "Access type: Password" remains, something that would cause us a lot of problems.
* Within the videoconference, the default recording option is "Presentation, top bar". We have no option to leave the default option we use: "All windows". Sometimes our moderators forget to select this option when recording and we lose the chat recording.

- IMPORTANT: the REC button is activated and deactivated with just one click. No confirmation pop-up appears. This is extremely risky, as both moderators and presenters can inadvertently click and stop the recording. Perhaps this is one of the most critical points of ClickMeeting.

I absolutely adore the online chat option. I use this to talk to reps when I am having issues with the meeting I am currently conducting.

Good experience with ClickMeeting due to their online chat option. We hold our company meetings on click meeting. All employees work remotely, so this is our way of meeting.

There have been some updates to the program here and there that are challenging at times. Also, I would like to see some links that we can send to attendees (this would be automatic in the invite) that gives the invitees the links to the flash players they will need in order to be ready to participate in the meeting.

If you are looking for a webinar platform in German that offers a variety of solutions and offers enormous possibilities for customization, I recommend ClickMeeting:) Jakob adapted the offer perfectly to our needs and we started working within a few days.
