With ClickMeeting, we educate investors about investments in renewable energy sources sector. We are presenting our green project to people all over the world via webinars. It is a great software to us.

User-friendly interface, easy to use by presenters and attendees, multilingual platform and support. ClickMeeting is also a polish-based company.

ClickMeeting should also think about 24/7 support via chat/mail/phone/Skype etc.

It has helped us maintain regular communication whenever needed. It has not generated inconveniences and has several features that promote team collaboration and even remote support to third parties. It is a cost-effective tool and ensures that users have a good experience through its features for video conferencing and third-party collaboration; it is worth a try.

It is an exceptional platform to promote internal and external communication. Its video conferencing capability is quite optimal, as is the video and sound quality. It has features that enable regular communication and collaboration between team members.

Overall, it is a good platform. Making it more difficult to delete events could improve it.

Clear interface, chat support is very fast and mostly competent. Answers to most doubts are available on the website.

Tool does not block new registrations after the max. number of participants is reached.
The same account can be used by different multi-users, that can also delete events. But we cannot track who exactly deleted the event.

ClickMeeting provides all features we needed and complies with our DSGVO regulation. This was one of the mots important aspects for our customers.

Overview of scheduled meetings could be improved. We would appreciate monthly clustering as we schedule about 20 meetings per months and about 4 months ahead.

For me the most important features are the whiteboard, the automated recording, upload of recordings to YouTube and . Moreover, and compared to other webinar tools, I like the straight but elegant design. Participants are not distracted by unnecessary design elements.

Technically, it has everything I need. Compared to other webinar tools, the pricing is above average.

The most important tool during home office and to organize webinars. ClickMeeting has an extensive dashboard while giving a webinar. My favorite thing about it is the surveys and polls you can create during a presentation.

You can create your meeting and schedule it ahead of time. You can also use for conference calls for up to 25 people on cameras. Really easy to use with clear interface.

Everything is ok for me, but it would be easier to have an option to speak with customer service over the phone not just by livechat.

ClickMeeting provides token security via API, what is a leverage for high level developers. Easy to deploy and a hard job for the enemies to break.

It would be good if online chat room had some features via API to show pieces of text randomly on screen; ClickMeeting doesn't have 24h online support; Support team does not speak Portuguese.

ClickMeeting is the best alternate for the Zoom app. My organization started using ClickMeeting during the lockdown period, it helps us to join and discuss current and future business move.
