ClickMeeting is a great tool that is very cost effective and easy to use generally for everyone. With the kind of real-time support they offer makes it the best online meetings and webinars platform.

ClickMeeting was very helpful I remember during the pandemic of COVID most of us were working at home and this tool made us feel like we are still working in our offices. It's a great tool which we use for attending and creating video conferencing meetings and webinars. I like the video quality which is top-notch and also the recording feature for the ongoing meeting is great.
I like how the UI and UX are well designed that's making this tool so easy to use and very user-friendly.
Creating webinars that are interactive and workshops was one of the most industrious achievement we've had because they help to bring out ideas which are later transformed into real projects.

The only dislike and I don't know if to term it as a dislike is that the number of meeting participants is limited. Should get a way of increasing it. Nevertheless everything has been going on and smoothly.

We are happy to work together and are happy to organise online meetings. We recommend you use ClickMeeting.

We have been using ClickMeeting for the second year now and find the tool a great fit for our needs, especially when it comes to organising webinars. As an NGO that deals comprehensively with the topic of disappearances, we often organise webinars. One example is webinars aimed at educators and teachers, among others, which address the topic of teenage runaways (runaways are the most common cause of disappearances in this age group).

We also use ClickMeeting when we organise meetings of our teams that operate helplines (our Foundation is the operator of several lines). We collaborate with psychologists and therapists who live in different locations in Poland and work remotely.

The function we appreciate the most is the ability to record meetings and webinars. This makes it possible for us to use content from the webinar in the future. Moreover, ClickMeeting is a user-friendly tool, it is very intuitive, you do not need special training to use it.

We would appreciate the option that let you to choose the quality in which webinars can be recorded.

Overall, we can meet our needs using ClickMeeting. We sometimes have to adjust our expectations, and some options are hidden beneath the dashboard. However, because of the prompt assistance by support team, we were always able to get things resolved very much to our satisfaction.

I enjoyed how easy it was to utilise ClickMeeting. Setting up and managing a meeting was really simple and natural. The user interface was very pleasant and straightforward. Furthermore, ClickMeeting provided a host of capabilities, such as screen sharing and video conferencing, that contributed to a more productive and effective meeting.

The automated thank you email should be able to be altered. We no longer have access to that feature, so we now send our own customised follow-up message to participants.

The tool is very simple and contains a lot of useful options, such as sending automatic reminders to event attendees, recording, displaying presentations, chat moderation or running Q&A sessions.

We love that there are no downloads involved in using ClickMeeting. Unlike the competitors, ClickMeeting doesn't require you to install any additional plugins or apps to watch live presentations, which is particularly helpful when you're in office environments with strict firewalls.

I would love to see ClickMeeting move away from a flash-based platform into strictly HTML5 or similar.

Tool requires no installation and is intuitive to use. Creating an online meeting is very simple. We appreciate the speed and efficiency of the software even when handling huge workloads.

Meeting conference between Canadians, Europeans and African parties is carried out seamlessly with the help of ClickMeeting. I am loving it already!

Well designed technology. As opposed to Skype, the web approach of ClickMeeting is better for me. It allows a participant to self relaunch his connection in case of connection drop.

Problem with voice cuts. You should allow deactivation of the video transmission in order to prioritize sound. Sound cut too, is often even with good quality internet link.

We are looked online platform for a long time. We tried the ClickMeeting and immediately understood that we are found our perfect platform! It's very simple for using and has a lot of function. The best option is online work, no need to download.

It is very simple to set up a webinar. I appreciate that you've provided a general link for each webinar to share with individuals. The presentation board is great, and I love that you can draw and have a pointer.

The recording is of your full screen. I don't like that the recording has a watermark.

Quick help in solving problems is very important to us. Help desk employees are able to solve any problem very quickly and effectively and answer any question at an express pace. What is important to us is: the option of scheduling meetings, recording them, saving the chat, generating the attendance list and, above all, very easy and quick contact with ClickMeeting employees.

Thanks to this platform, we can 100% carry out our trainings through quick contact with participants, regardless of their location.

The choice of ClickMeeting was primarily influenced by ease of use. You can schedule a meeting very quickly. What is important for us, there can be 3 presenters of the meeting at the same time, thanks to which we can make the training more attractive thanks to the participation of several presenters at the same time. You do not need qualified personnel to operate the panel because anyone can operate the panel, even a person who is not proficient in using IT tools. An additional advantage is the recording of training sessions, chat recording and the ability to generate a list of participants. The employees are very helpful and in a very short time they answer all questions and solve all "difficult" situations. I recommend.

At the beginning it was difficult to figure out how to invite participants and how to send the presenter's link in the panel, but after a few clicks everything was ok.

It is easy to use and set up but I have difficulty using some of the more advance options. They seem great but fall short when executing, such as the Thank you page. I would like to be able to customize it.

Ease of use and setting up permanent events. If you want just the basics and just want to get it done, ClickMeeting has the quickest set up. We have 8 locations and conduct interoffice meetings without having employees travel to another location.

Needs more customization. I would like to be able to set up meeting rooms on behalf of the other presenters.

Communication was a breeze. Great quality of picture and sound, stable connection throughout the meeting. Highly recommended!

Switched from Webex to ClickMeeting for webinars, and I find ClickMeeting significantly easier to use, and of course, way cheaper. Works well for small audiences (under 50) and integration with HubSpot seems to work well as well.

Easy to use and everything logically places. Friendly and fast customer service chat, which has been great to lean on to on many occasions. Ready made templates for invites and the "waiting room" look good, so haven't felt the need for a custom solution.

One bug in particular caused headaches when I first started using ClickMeeting. If I uploaded a powerpoint presentation, the fonts changed from our company font to a standard fallback font, which is understandable, I guess.

I recommend it to anyone who needs to organize large and small online meetings, especially webinars or online training. I recommend it mainly to novice users due to the ease of use.

The platform is very easy and intuitive to use, even for beginners. Lots of different options and settings. Meetings run smoothly even with a large number of participants. Possibility to create polls and record meetings. Thanks to the ClickMeeting platform, I can also enlarge my mailing lists.

I did not notice any serious errors or defects that would lower the assessment of using the platform.
