So far so good. My overall experience is very positive putting in mind this tool is very easy to use and no of installation this saves our time, money and space.

ClickMeeting has so many useful and interactive features (live chat, Q&A). I also like how the automation is very helpful in planning and executing business processes easily.

Lack of custom where by user can't modify or move screen size and location. Also limited function to edit on registration page.

They are located in Europe, limited immediate customer service very infrequently was never an issue. I would recommend a reporting mechanism so that an educator/administrator can run a report to inquire all classes a learner has registered for.
