I love ClickMeeting because it been a great and helpful tool which has boosted remote and hybrid collaboration in my organisation. It's an easy to use online meetings and webinars tool that users need only a working mobile device and internet or up-to-date browser. It's easy to attend or organise interactive meetings with up-to 40 participants and still get a clear picture and video and audio quality of high level. And also collaborate in real-time.
I like how we are able to share screen or Virtual whiteboard and share knowledge in the meetings is much easier.

Lack of custom where by user can't modify or move screen size and location. Also limited function to edit on registration page.

ClickMeeting features are straightforward and intuitive that's makes even simple for everyone to use it, further no need of installation it's a browser based tool that is easy to access on your phone or up-to-date browser.

I like how ClickMeeting is able to meet all our needs because it's easier to customize it according to our users needs. I appreciate the quick response from the support team which has enabled us to solve a lot of challenges and difficulties. Generally we use this tool for video meetings where we are able to share screens and record important information for future or later reference. It's also easy to use invitations and reminders for upcoming webinars.

I am fully satisfied how this platform is performing especially during meetings and webinars which has greatly boosted remote and hybrid collaboration.

We have worked with ClickMeeting for 4 years, and we have truly appreciated the automation and security of their platform. The Customer Service is Excellent, and our speakers also appreciate the ease of use. Setup of our classes is not complicated.

They are located in Europe, limited immediate customer service very infrequently was never an issue. I would recommend a reporting mechanism so that an educator/administrator can run a report to inquire all classes a learner has registered for.

Really like the way I can host my trainings and keynotes. It's very different from a Zoom experience.

We loved how intuitive the platform is, adding new features is a big plus, Q&A is a real live saver.

Possibility to create an event for a large group of people, Uploading a presentation in advance, Q&A.

There are some small adjustments that can be made with the invitation (sometimes landing in spam) but overall the platform is great.

In my opinion one of the best application on the market. We are very happy with ClickMeeting and its representative. We are using it for events and planning to do even more in the future. Highly recommended.

The connection has always been great, something I didn't always experience when I followed a webinar from another platform. This means there are no disturbance when I talk. It has all the functions I need, for eg. sends reminders, records automatically, saves the chat history, etc. Plus, the customer service always helps me right away and in a super clear way. I'm not a technical person so this is crucial for me.

Maybe I'd like an even clearer interface. Often times I need to search a little to find a certain function.
