We loved how intuitive the platform is, adding new features is a big plus, Q&A is a real live saver.

Possibility to create an event for a large group of people, Uploading a presentation in advance, Q&A.

There are some small adjustments that can be made with the invitation (sometimes landing in spam) but overall the platform is great.

The best thing with ClickMeeting is the most reliable and effective tool for both online meetings and webinars. We use it to create video conferencing and meets that enables us to engage with our customers globally and also our employees who are working remotely.

In my opinion one of the best application on the market. We are very happy with ClickMeeting and its representative. We are using it for events and planning to do even more in the future. Highly recommended.

The connection has always been great, something I didn't always experience when I followed a webinar from another platform. This means there are no disturbance when I talk. It has all the functions I need, for eg. sends reminders, records automatically, saves the chat history, etc. Plus, the customer service always helps me right away and in a super clear way. I'm not a technical person so this is crucial for me.

Maybe I'd like an even clearer interface. Often times I need to search a little to find a certain function.

The only downside I see is how the online streaming is not included in the standard subscription. Should be added to the subscription because user is forced to pay extra for it.

I liked that you can run several meetings at the same time. I our organization it is important to us because most of the time we can only have meetings after 8 pm. It is also important that we can meet a large group without time limits. ClickMeeting is intuitive, is stable. You can have a chat conversation during the meeting. While I share screen I can't see participants. However, we are very happy with using ClickMeeting. Thank to this, we can develop our competences on- line.

ClickMeeting offers very easy management of "presenter"/"participant" statuses and communication between presenters and participants of webinars and conferences. It is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia.

In our opinion, an option for improvement, is the possibility of closing the event (webinar, conference) by the presenter. Our experience shows that this option should only be available to the administrator.

The ability not to install this tool is great and saves time and hardware also cost of operations. I highly recommend this tool to all organisation and business enterprises.

The most prolific and robust feature I like is the ability to customize registration form and follow-up activities according to our needs.
Having a tool to collaborate with teams and clients and having a stable communication has increased our ROI and significant increased our marketing and sales.
It also allows us to host or attend different events and also join live online meetings that are very stable and great video and image quality. Presentation mode, automatic recordings of the meetings are also great features.

I hate it when this tool doesn't allow us to upload our own branding elements like logos and backgrounds so we kinda feel customizations is bit limited.
