ClickMeeting is just a click and meet with your client or team members even whom work in remote areas. It's easy to set-up everything and attend or host meeting is one touch.

For the 2 years I have been using ClickMeeting for online meetings and webinars this tool has continued getting better each and every day. The fact that this tool is very user-friendly and easy to use makes it easier for all our colleagues have a smooth time while using this tool as their number one team collaboration and conference meeting tool.
When hosting different events and for different webinars and this has generally improved and created a stable communication with our clients and team members. The customer support has always been proactive quick to respond to any challenge users are facing.

The only downside I see is how the online streaming is not included in the standard subscription. Should be added to the subscription because user is forced to pay extra for it.

ClickMeeting is an exceptional platform for hosting online meetings and webinars. The interface is user-friendly, and customization allows for aligning events with a brand's image. ClickMeeting allows for customizing the appearance of the webinar room, which is great for my brand's image. Additionally, the platform offers interactive tools such as surveys and chat, which help create engaging meetings. Screen sharing is another cool feature that allows me to easily present visual content and collaborate with others. It's also worth noting that the ability to record meetings is very useful, enabling the sharing of materials with those who couldn't attend live.

Certain advanced features, particularly are available on higher-priced plans, but they tend to make your job easier.

Calendar integration and Mobile support on ClickMeeting is fantastic and very effective sales data management platform with very responsive conferencing capability.

Through ClickMeeting its very easy on event management, easy scheduling and sharing files across teams is very easy.
The collaboration and online meetings management using ClickMeeting capabilities is perfect and the Audio and Video output quality is productive.
Recording tools are very active and Application sharing is also amazing.

I have no issues with ClickMeeting and the functions because after initial training the rest is very simple.

I liked that you can run several meetings at the same time. I our organization it is important to us because most of the time we can only have meetings after 8 pm. It is also important that we can meet a large group without time limits. ClickMeeting is intuitive, is stable. You can have a chat conversation during the meeting. All this make us like to use ClickMeeting.

While I share screen I can't see participants. However, we are very happy with using ClickMeeting. Thank to this, we can develop our competences on- line.

The effective sales and marketing campaigns management solution and on remote event management the platform is amazing. Documentation is perfect and quite easy on marketing content sharing and its integration options are effective.

ClickMeeting offers very easy management of "presenter"/"participant" statuses and communication between presenters and participants of webinars and conferences. It is a very good tool for our applications, i.e. for webinars and symposia.

In our opinion, an option for improvement, is the possibility of closing the event (webinar, conference) by the presenter. Our experience shows that this option should only be available to the administrator.

The ability not to install this tool is great and saves time and hardware also cost of operations. I highly recommend this tool to all organisation and business enterprises.

For at least 1 year I have been using this tool and I can say this is the best webinar and online meetings tool on the market. The most prolific and robust feature I like is the ability to customize registration form and follow-up activities according to our needs.
Having a tool to collaborate with teams and clients and having a stable communication has increased our ROI and significant increased our marketing and sales.
It also allows us to host or attend different events and also join live online meetings that are very stable and great video and image quality. Presentation mode, automatic recordings of the meetings are also great features.

I hate it when this tool doesn't allow us to upload our own branding elements like logos and backgrounds so we kinda feel customizations is bit limited.

Some lag has been observed during peak times but that's a rare event.

At times, it is hard to find chat logs which is kept deep inside under several options.

ClickMeeting has worked perfectly for our entire company, the platform is being used by the sectors of marketing, sales, finance, projects and the corporate sector of our company, I must clarify that this platform presented positive within each of the areas of Our company, to the degree that we can, we've been able to create various meetings for our employees but at the same time we've been able to design meetings for our clients and thus get a much larger audience. I consider that the behavior of this platform has been very satisfactory and has complied with all of them, making the meetings much more stable than the ones we held previously, in addition, we have managed to have an interaction and connection with the clients, talking with them through the transmission of the meeting or through Live Chat. ClickMeeting is a very complete platform and I recommend that for those people who use the services that they have complete customization of each meeting.

The things I liked about ClickMeeting were:

1- This platform has great access for various participants, the platform allows you to include up to more than 500 participants within each webinar that you carry out within it, I am very important since it allows you to have a fairly large audience in each of the meetings within from ClickMeeting.

2- Another important function allows you to receive payments within it, this is very important because if you have which you need to sell or you need to sell some type of product that you are presenting in that meeting or webinar, you can sell that product within ClickMeeting so that the participants in that meeting will buy the item immediately.

3- The video quality and audio transmission are totally stable and work in real time, therefore, it does not have any type of delay and the video transmission and audio transmission are totally consistent. Another important aspect is that this platform has a fully modifiable video quality, within the settings of each meeting you can configure the video quality you want for the participants of that meeting, in addition, you can also configure the number of total participants as a limit.

4- This platform has a fairly extensive compatibility for mobile devices as well as for computers, which can easily access each of the meetings.

5- The meeting page is fully modifiable by the administrator of said meeting, you can modify the waiting page for your participants, you can modify the general design of that waiting page and you can also modify the general design of your webinars, this helps a lot since you can use a custom design for your meetings.

The main negative aspects of this platform are:

1- Another negative aspect of this platform is the prices it has, this platform is much more expensive than other platforms that are better known in the meetings market. The basic plans and the premium plans within this platform are quite expensive, therefore, I do not recommend it for those companies that are just starting out in the labor sector, since it will affect their ROI.

2- The second negative aspect of this platform is related to the customization of the general design of each meeting, the platform does allow you to modify this design, however, it is quite complex to use the customization functions, since some sections of the meeting you have to edit them using the drag and drop editor, but there are some sections of this meeting that have to be modified through the backend, or codebase, I was quite negative since new users have complications to modify the design of their webinar page.

ClickMeeting's recording options are limited, and our attendees cannot save recordings in MP4 format, which is a drawback for some attendees.

I like how easy to share links with colleagues in order to attend meetings or webinars easily. The only dislike I have I am unable to create a recurrence for the meetings which needs to be manually done. This waste time.

Our Pros go to the tools, that are essential for high-quality online teaching: the new whiteboard, which simplifies collaboration with our course participants, with many new elements such as post-its or individually adjustable font size for a better overview.
A big plus is the transcription mode, which we use in almost every lesson. We also use the chat translation function a lot. The quizzes and the playful progress-check with the appealing Polls-Tool ensure a varied lessons.

On the whole, we are satisfied with the ClickMeeting webinar solution. We would still appreciate better optimisation of the file storage for the uploaded documents.
