The overall interface of ClickSend is not only welcoming, but very much easy to pick up and get started. Never have I felt so much like I’ve done something before, that I haven’t.

The one thing that could be fixed is the character limit being too short, but even that is something that can be looked at as a positive from a perspective to keep messages short and to the point.

When I installed it, it took me a few minutes to understand everything. It then took a 15 minute meeting to teach everyone how to use the program and how it worked. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the project.

My team and I have been using ClickSend for almost 2 years now and we have easily adapted and used the product. Sending messages between each other has became EXTREMELY easy and has allowed us to work smarter and faster.

ClickSend has payment options which are very affordable, which stood out to me the most. Setting this software up was not a hassle at all - I could easy navigate to where I wanted to go. Additionally, I liked the fact that there was both online SMS and MMS Gateway, and the first 25 messages were also free.

The delivery times are faster than other programs I have used, and the support is reliable and quick as well.

In some cases, there was a lack of customization and submitting API requests did not work. Although, this is not that big of an issue and doesn't interfere with my experience.

ClickSend is super easy to use and to work with. Just as few flaws. But that's normal with any company.

The best thing about ClickSend is the availability of options, I can use their platforms for SMS, emails, and more.

You can't auto-delete bounces or no-delivery. The bounced numbers isn't automatic.

Overall my experience was pleasant. Masterful UI meets simplistic navigating brings a very delightful user experience.

Simple, precise ability to send receive communication. Secure, private. Instant notifications, no mode waiting and wondering when/ if response is sent. Quick load, very responsive. User friendly and intuitive.

Slightly "clunky". Navigating was a little difficult. Categories could be laid out better.

ClickSend is a really good app. Overall it works perfectly and is very helpful. Also it seems like it was worked on and executed very nice.

Sometimes it was kind of buggy. Some messages were delayed also sometimes the app would crash at random.

The one thing that is not amazing but still great is the character limit.

It was overall pleasant, the service was really fast and efficient. It also provides a more efficient way compared to traditional ways.

I am satisfied with the pricing and the functions that the program offers while I believe that using this products does help me to increase my revenue. And I think it still needs to be improved, not only the customer service but also more functions.

One part of this program I really like is the Email to SMS function. It works well with my outlook and gmail. Its strengths help us to fill some of the gaps in our email campaigns to make our marketing strategies more powerful. I also like ClickSend that it is easy to setup, save me so much headaches so I can put energy to delicate my business.

I wish they have a better customer service team so I can get the response ASAP when I contact them. They’re kind of failed to follow up. Time is sensitive to the business so that the problem shouldn’t be hung in there.

All in all, ClickSend is a great app with a plethora of features, and it helps our company in terms of business communications. I would definitely recommend this to any business owner who is looking for a service like this.

The user interface of ClickSend is simple to use, especially for newer employees. This app not only is easy to use but also expands the marketing possibilities for my business, and other businesses across the world. Being able to fax, post, etc. is good because sometimes we may have to use one or the other. For my company, we integrated ClickSend with Google Sheets, and it works nearly flawlessly. It helps a lot in our work environment and makes things run more smoothly.

There are not many negative points I could add about this app. One thing that could be better is the character limit for both the Standard SMS message and the Unicode SMS message. Although it is sufficient, sometimes we have to put more than the limit and cutting it down is a hassle for us as we do not want to leave out any important information.

Great product for my business and my co-workers say it brings something new to the table for us and we will continue to use it. I recommend others to try this out as well.

- The dashboard for this software is extremely user friendly, and after showing this app to others, they did not need to ask for help at all due to it being very easy to use.
- Additionally, the API's are quite reliable and I like that I am able to view the variety of docs.
- Really efficient for my business, and it took less than 30 minutes to set up (mostly) everything.
- Having the ability to schedule a product demo is nice as I can view the product before everything else.

- Lacks some aspects of customization. Dark mode, themes, etc. Have heard this from others as well.
- Fax gateway, for me, is not as simple to use as the others, but it is still easy.

Overall, I'd rate this program a 9/10. It really does what it's supposed to and is easy to understand and operate.

This app is amazing. The fact that it can handle Email and MMS is incredible and easy. It makes everything available and handy when I need it!

It seemed like it was a little slow, but that might have been on my end. other than that I haven't had anything go wrong and that's not normal to say for most products!

Genuinely happy with the platform - my account manager is happy to help me (even if i'm a bit slow at times!), and the service does exactly what I need!

We wanted to send SMS to large groups of people for marketing, ClickSend is quick to set up, easy and intuitive to use, and when i had questions it was easy to chat 24/7 to their support team, and even set up a call with my account manager within the space of an hour so i go the help I needed very quickly!

I don't really have any cons as such, I just wish I found it sooner! :)
