    Very nice product. Can see lots of helpful uses, however, we are just starting and have not been able to see a great deal of benefit yet.

    Wonderful! CLIO has kept me organized. I’ve got my business partner using CLIO too. The conference in 2018 taught me how to use the product. I had a blast!

    Clio is user friendly. I was thinking about hiring a law clerk to do the admin work at my busy family law practice and then I got CLIO and I didn’t need to. Billing is quick, especially with the snippets function. I created a specialized intake form. I’m thrilled with this product!

    I have had an extremely positive experience with Clio. They have met and exceeded my expectations in my estate planning and probate legal practice. I think that life in that world would be MUCH more difficult without the benefits of using Clio on a daily basis. I have recommended to others and they too LOVE it!

    I love that Clio helps with tracking time, billing, provides all the reports you can think of, tracks general versus trust account deposits, works with bank account and Quickbooks. It is helpful to track at any time where I am on particular client matters, or for the year, in my business. I honestly cannot say enough good about it. The technical support team are also very knowledgeable, helpful and professional!

    I do wish Clio Manage was set up for couples, as I do a lot of estate planning for couples. I understand it is great for single folk.

    Clio has helped my solo practice more than anything else

    The company is great to work with, they appreciate feedback, and they are prompt in addressing concerns. They will also provide an initial consultation to go over the different services they offer. My legal assistant and I would be lost without Clio. I appreciate the program every day I use it.

    Clio is the easiest legal software program to learn and use on a regular basis. I am not the best with computers and new things, and Clio was easy to use right from the beginning. The assistance they give you with one click of a button is fantastic as well. If I ever have a question, they answer it immediately. I store all of my documents and client information in Clio and the billing process is so smooth and easy to use. I have used two other legal software programs in my previous jobs, and they pale in comparison to Clio. I recommend it to all law firms, especially solo practitioners.

    Great product! nice design, ready for taking charge during the day and makes it an easier tool to take care the assigned tasks.

    Easy to manage and follow up on case management. I can handle thousands of files lots of space and drafts bill invoices.

    Sometimes interrupts the server, but it can be restored once it is reset. I noticed that when I work on a case and complete the assignment after I confirm it is done, it doesn't return to it's normal status from the beginning when it was assigned.

    It is the best legal case system on the market, which is why we choose to use it throughout our company. We have used it for everything from call logging to managing contacts by generating documents from them. It is a very complete tool and very easy to organize.

    Among many features that Clio can offer us we highlight the following: The real time tracking is excellent and effective, it allows us a simultaneous and accurate automation with Microsoft Word for job delivery improvement, the calendar management is amazing as it has no glitches and allows us to add to each report a personalized electronic signature.

    As a main flaw we realized that we can not deliver directly from Clio a PDF file, but you have to download in another format and convert it, which makes us lose time sometimes; also, the notes tend to be somewhat disorganized.

    Clio is an administrative software for legal processes of any kind, focusing mostly on the accounting management of each case you work with, and on the organization of all files, clients and contacts used during the execution of these through basic CRM functions.

    Switching between one case and another can lead to errors when working with several cases because Clio does not include a bookmark system to make it easier to identify them separately. In addition, there are no problems with the implementation of Clio for any area within legal management. It is recommended to work with Clio.

    If you have not worked with jurisdictional software before then Clio will meet all the requirements, but in our case, despite enjoying so much comfort in organizing work routines, we have been forced to learn almost from scratch about its use, mostly because of the different structure of clio.

    Positive

    Irrelevant of how many dynamics can be applied to the same case file, it will remain free of formatting errors and will not slow down the system, which would normally happen with any other legal case management system, since most do not offer good integrations as Clio does. Our recommendation about Clio is to learn to exploit the tools it offers not only in case management terminology, but also as a software operator of automated messages, notification-based reminders, and more. Its technology is recommended for any work department.

    Negative

    Clio unfortunately does not operate with digital tools for instant communication, so these services must be used in parallel if you want to keep clients updated on case progress and projections (only in a situation where live messaging or phone calls are warranted).

    Clio offers an affordable, scalable practice management platform which is easy to learn and use. It syncs with a variety of other programs and applications which saves a bunch of time and prevents duplication. Finally, the Clio team is very responsive to both technical issues and suggestions for improvement.

    Negative

    Clio still needs to develop drag-and-drop Outlook email management and filing. The current set up is clunky and time consuming, to the point that sometimes emails are not saved/associated with the appropriate file, and instead remain in outlook, where no one else in the firm has access.

    Simple yet Complete Front/Back Office Answer

    I like the easy to understand interface and the fact that it has seamless integration with Quickbooks and LawPay. It allows be a single answer to accounting, client intake, billing and storage/tracking of client communications and documents. The price for service is also reasonable given the areas covered by the app.

    I am a solo. I have had to adjust to working from home and not having any support staff. Clio has made my work life so much easier. I do not think that I could manage without it.

    I like that the app functions across all of my devices. Customer service is always responsive and knowledgeable. I like the chat feature.

    There is currently an issue as far as the email program for iPad. You cannot log from your email when you use your iPad. I am told that as more people are interested in the feature they will add it. I am very interested.

    Efficient Online Legal Billing Platform

    Compact and Easy to Use

    Overall, I enjoy Clio more than other case management softwares I’ve used. It has many features even at its most basic plan, and it’s compact in an incredibly useful way. Rather than navigating 3 other platforms to keep my law firm organized, it only takes Clio. Love that.

    I love that everything is in one place. Calendars, zoom integration, editing/updating documents easily, contacts, and billing are all in one place. I find its organization skills are excellent for both smaller and larger firms.

    Negative

    Updating contacts or adding a related contact to a matter can be quite difficult at times. I’ve found that rather than redirecting you back to the matter you just added a contact to, it will direct you to the contact. Additionally, sometimes it takes a couple minutes for the search options to actually update. If I’ve added a new matter into Clio, it will take around 5 refreshes before it actually shows up in the search bar.
