Very easy to install and integrate with the CRM, auto dialer is great, auto recording and transcription feature is the best and dashboard is also very easy to use. I can easily track my calls at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

CloudTalk: Great Software But Can Be Amazing
Date: Mar 04 2021SummaryCloudTalk is a great software but I believe it has the potential to be amazing. It has got all the basic things right, which is perfect but still missing a few key features. Adding these features will make a go to software for most companies. I hope the above mentioned features are added soon which will make our work effortless.
Positive- Accepts billing address from numerous countries (in my case - India; this is extremely important as it makes it easier to show expenses during taxation).
- User-friendly interface which makes it easier for other executives to adopt quickly.
- Numerous integrations available although I use none of them.
- Ability to create SMS templates and send SMS' to clients from the software itself.
- Ability to have conference calls. I will use this feature soon.
- Ability to create separate groups for separate clients and divert specific clients to certain executives only.
- Ability to track all my executives and analyse the calls using the software itself.Negative- I hope CloudTalk team can come up with more customizable options for the plans. At the moment I'm paying for a lot of features many of which I don't use.

Positive-It is very simple and easy to use and the interface is user-friendly.
-I was able to track calls, record them and also analyze the data to improve our metrics.
-The price of the software is very affordable especially for us, I run a startup and in our startup cloud talk is a lifesaver in terms of pricing.
-The quality of the calls, be it national or international, the audio was crisp and easy to hear and understand.Negative-It needs a strong internet connection to function otherwise the audio gets a little bit distorted.

Date: Jun 18 2021SummaryI still use CloudTalk, and I probably will for a while. It's a great solution when you don't have the time or skills to set up a PBX system yourself, and you're not required to bind to a contract for more than a month at a time. I do wish they let you remove and add seats in the middle of a billing period and the price would adjust to that, as we have support agents that we want to test out, and some do well, others don't. Therefore the amount of seats in a set billing period might sway a little bit, and I wish that their pricing automatically took this into account, and you only got billed for as long as the seats were in use.
PositiveThe dashboard is very easy to navigate. It clearly shows where all the information is, and you don't need any prior knowledge about VoIP to use it. It also has a neat desktop app that means that your agents don't need physical IP phones, or a 3rd party app. It's also easy to get numbers from just about anywhere in the world through CloudTalk.
NegativeThere is little thought put into the customers who actually do want to use physical IP phones with CloudTalk. For instance there is no way to dial voicemail, all the voicemail is kept on the website and sent on email. As a user of a physical phone this is very impractical as I have my voicemail button, but can't actually use it because CloudTalk doesn't have an internal number for voicemail.

Cloudtalk with Zoho Integration
Date: Mar 22 2021SummaryEarly days so far so we have some technical issues to iron out (which will be sorted with Cloudtalk's help) but overall experience has been great. The ability to call any country without worrying about costs and scalability makes life much simpler, and the integration with our CRM means it's simpler to work across the team. This is especially true during lockdown.
PositiveIntegrates with our CRM and allows us to route in a smart way based on the inbound call country and the account manager of the incoming call, if one is already defined.
NegativeThe sync between the mobile app and the desktop app could be better in terms of agent status.
