Support is super responsive, I was on a Free Trial looking for the features for a customer, but I couldn't make it on time to cancel the free trial and then I got charged, I connected with them the same night that I got charged(around 30 minutes after), and they gave me the refund immediately, but I didn't read the policies, so they charge you a fee of 100USD as a penalty(I think now they just don't give refunds), I know they're a small company, but when you see a small company charging this kind of fees at their stage(they've been in business for more than 5 years), something's wrong.

It's a great app, it's user-friendly, nice design of the app, and the customer support is super responsive.

They have tricky policies, you really have to pay attention and read them.

Been using Contractor Foreman for a few months now and so far me and my team have been happy with this software and its support team. Prior to choosing CF, we looked at a series of different software's, and no other software in the market was the same or even close to the price of CF. Although the alternative software's in the market have many more advanced features than CF, they were also extremely expensive. One major thing we like about CF, is the number of users they offer with all plans rather than being "pay per user". CF offers all the construction management tools you need, although I wish there was more customizability within, however, it does get the job done right. If your a larger contractor (15M+) then you might want to look at alternatives to CF as it may be too small of a software for large volume contracts. However, I highly recommend CF for smaller contractors and specialty trades, as there is no other software in the market which provides these features at this value. (Trust me I looked at all options).

Overall, this software does the job for small contractors, and there are no other software's available at this price range.

Overall I enjoy working with this program, they fix bugs almost every month which helps. They take really good feedback on bugs.

This app has made it really easy to communicate with guys in the field without bothering them. It has replaced a lot of paper documents reducing waste and making everything available.

The only problem we are having is you can't use offline.

My overall experience with Contractor Foreman was good. It ended up not being the solution to our unique situation, but it had nothing to do with the quality of the software.

The best part of Contractor Foreman is the outstanding customer service. They are always responsive, polite, and helpful.

Document management was my least favorite. Uploading was clunky, organizing was impossible, and there was no option to batch delete.

It's so comprehensive and covers everything any small to midsized construction company would need. It takes few months to fully adaptively use but if your committed it will be worth the switch.

Is a fully comprehensive system for your construction company. Has more features than Builder Trend (Who we came from) Procore (Who we considered before selecting) and others we researched prior to selecting Contractor Foreman.

Estimate system is a bit laggy sometimes.
System education takes some times and videos don't give enough details. But you can get customized help group or individual which is much more helpful.

Best system on the market at a value that you can't beat. I cannot think of anything that this system cannot do.

Ease of use and customization to fit your individual needs. Recommendations are always taken into consideration and if they cannot, they let you know why. Very friendly and easy to work with. We don't know what we would be doing without it.

Can't think of anything I don't like about the program. There are so many features available and the ease of customization, I cannot say anything bad about the program.

Experience has been very positive. It can be deployed basically immediately on a limited basis without any training. The video tutorials or guided training is available to expand use.

Think the weakest feature at this point is the scheduling application and that it can not be controlled from the mobile app - they have said they are working on it and hopefully that is true.

Overall the product is very helpful both in the office and in the field job and time tracking is very helpful.

Very easy to navigate and keep track of jobs that are active pending or finished uploading pictures is easy.

At first it can be hard to navigate but becomes easier.

Contractor Foreman is an affordable solution to project tracking for all our needs. It is easy to use and the trainings are readily available, customer support is quick and efficient.

Contractor Foreman helped my team streamline projects, improve communications between team members, clients, and sub contractors, and helped us to better track financial costs.

I haven't really had anything I didn't like but the few issues I did have were resolved right away by customer support.

CF has helped get our whole team on the same page. We share receipts, photos of projects, and other useful information all in the same location. Before we were using text threads back and forth and it wasn't very effective.

Photo sharing and daily logs are a great way to show daily progress on a job site. It also helps someone else coming in behind that day's work see the progress and know what they are getting into before they arrive. The time card feature is also very helpful.

There is an integration learning curve to working your way around the software. There are tutorial videos throughout to show you what to do but it is not intuitive.

Love it a lot, our department is moving from other software to CF which all FOS company get trained to use it.

Reporting is lacking. Interface feels like early 2000's software.

Narrowed it down to Knowify and Contractor Foreman. These two had the most similar features, but Knowify was more than twice as expensive, so it wasn't worth spending that much more for a better UI.

Overall, this software is the best priced and most functional project management software we have found. We are happy with its performance so far.

Our company has fully migrated our operations to CF over the past few months. It has been a great organizational tool to manage all of our ongoing projects. The best part about CF is their support team, and they are always available to assist and answer your questions about the number of features.

With the constant development of the software, we run into issues every once in a while with existing features. But a quick message to the support team, they get it fixed quickly.

We were able to adapt the software to our business rather than fitting into the software. The other software was overly complicated. Only allowed 5 active projects. Had to create a project before sending an estimate or invoice. Overpriced. Layout/interface didn't make sense to me. No dashboard. No accounts receivable. No confirmation an estimate or invoice was viewed. And more...

Software designed by people that have been in the home remodeling/ general contracting business. The software is flexible/customizable so it can be set up the way you run your business not forcing us to try and make the software fit our business. It's updated monthly with new features being added. They take suggestions and allow users to "thumbs up" other user's suggestions. The price is very reasonable compared to competitors.

Some minor website glitches. Some things could be simplified.

We chose Contractor Foreman because we wanted ONE program that would accomplish the tasks of the many (6 or so) programs we were using. This software helped to consolidate our efforts and bring our company together in regards to standard operating procedures. We are still in the beginning stages of implementation, however we've been able to run many projects through from start to finish and we are very pleased with the plan.

This is a comprehensive software, that my company has integrated into everyday use. The aspect I like the most is that it is always improving. The innovators working in the background at Contractor Foreman are constantly seeking to optimize.

The program has monthly updates which demonstrates Contractor Foreman's dedication to be the best possible system, however sometimes various items would be updated although (for us) the original format worked well. Many times these were slight adjustments, but sometimes the changes cost us time in working out the new configuration.
