I started using DP when I first came on and have used it everyday since. It is easy to use, and so vital to our organization. I love the reports it can process to give me exactly what I am looking for.

DP is the perfect way to keep track of donations, donors and have an updated mailing list. I use DP all day and I cannot imagine doing my job without it!

Nothing! This is a fantastic way to track gifts and it gives us a way to keep a record of donors and how they are connected to our organization.

Well worth your money for your fundraising needs. If you are starting out this is the program for you.

DonorPerfect is very easy to use and the support staff are experts at what they do. They are available when you need advice or help with getting what you need. "The Community" is also another source for support.

I would prefer that all personal information (Birthdate, length of service, etc) be put on main page for quick reference.

DonorPerfect is great. If you want the best program, seriously consider DP. My only complaint is that I cannot recommend Donor Perfect to the nonprofits who are just launching their giving programs. As soon as a nonprofit can afford DonorPerfect, I recommend them switching.

Reliable Reporting

Cost- It's high, but it's the best. I wish I could start every baby nonprofit I work with on DonorPerfect so they can learn the best practices of fundraising reporting.

I like it. Well placed donor software. The breakout sessions are good at the conference.

Drag and release options as well as reporting options. I loved the option to have had a one on one with individuals at the conference. Great software options.

A lot of filters. Does not integrate well with Quick books.

New to Donor Perfect, but not development software, I'm satisfied with the product and how it works for our small non-profit.

Donor Perfect listens to its users - changing/adding/revising to make the system more logical and intuitive. Actively soliciting input from users is the best way to improve the product.

Customer Service has NEVER let me down!

Tips, pointers, webinars, etc., all help with new (and seasoned!) users.

After spending time with filters and reports, it becomes easier. A bit of a learning curve, but worth the effort.

Overall, with the right training, it is a great tool.

The amount of information is great. I am fairly new to the program, but what I have used is helpful.

It can be very overwhelming at first to figure out how to navigate.

It is a great platform that is intuitive to you and great at updating the system according to suggestions from the community.

Donor Perfect has many security features built in it. I appreciate all the ways to customize the system including smart actions.

The database does not have a module for open solicitations.

Gave us the knowledge base to expand and grown in terms of donor relations.

It has been very useful to track our donor's. I have been happy with it.

It is a great way to manage donor's. It is easy to navigate, and the if I have questions, Donor Perfect has great support.

The price is a little high for non profit's. We wish it was a little cheaper.

I have purchase this software 3 different time for 3 different organizations. I have used it for over 10 years and referred it to some of the area foundation and funders. A couple years ago I purchase a different software to save some money and regretted it almost immediately. Within a year, I purchased DonorPerfect again. If I ever take a new position at at a different non-profit and they don't have this program, I will purchase it again. You will not regret buying DonorPerfect!

DonorPerfect is user-friendly making it very easy to learn. The conversions are very smooth, which means that you are up and running in no time. It is reasonable priced and the customer service is excellent. An added bonus is that Constant Contact comes FREE with the software so that saves you even more money. What more could you ask of your data management system?

The only con that I have is that one of the reports that every fundraiser needs is not automatically listed in the favorite reports, ie the year-end report showing the donor, address, gift date, gift amount, and gift designation with a total amount for the fiscal year. You can get the report... you just have to custom make it.

Overall I am more than satisfied with DP and would not want to use any other database for our donors.

I love the ease of using DP. Reports are easy to pull. On the rare times that I needed assistance their support team are so very helpful and help me get my answers quickly. I have used the chat option a few times and find that it is one of the best and quickest chats that I have ever used.

I haven't run in to any cons while using Donor Perfect Online.

On a day to day basis, Donor Perfect is very user friendly and doesn't take long to be able to enter basic information.

I like the ease of entering information and the training site that is helpful with minor problems. I have received help many times by calling DP's phone number and am pleased to talk to a person instead of going through multiple numbers as in many companies.

I still have some difficulty pulling reports. Also I noticed when I pull the report for monthly giving it seems to pull all names that have ever been monthly givers even though they may not be current.

There was little support included in the importing and the prior software we were using did not import very well directly to DP. 2 years later we are cleaning up data that, with more support on the sales end, could have been imported to the proper areas. If we had more guidance to help import our data properly that would have alleviated much of the frustrations we experienced over the last couple years.

The screens are user friendly, reading data is easy to read and navigate. The reporting opportunity is great!

Pulling reports can be very challenging. You almost need experience in computer programming to design the reports to pull and then set up your filters properly. Then there's a template that the info falls into... There are too many steps to pull data and get what you want to output.
