Overall, I have been very happy with DonorPerfect.

Support for this platform is excellent. I have used chat and phone, and both options have been great. I also love that there are a lot of options for customization of this platform to fit our needs.

Because the platform is so robust, I find that I'm not aware of all of its capabilities and how to utilize them for our organization.

Very happy with DP. Plan to take additional training so we can utilize more of it.

DP is a very good product which has a lot of features for nonprofits. The Customer Service has been excellent when calling in with issues or for training.

There are a lot of features with DP so it can be a little overwhelming to learn and remember all of the parts.

We have used DonorPerfect for several years now. It has been very effective helping us with fundraising and managing our donors. The updates have kept the software up to date and running smoothly.

Entering new gifts & donors is easy. Reconciling gifts is simple. The receipting feature makes creating thank you’s to donors easy. Their tech support is great - either by phone or email. You can also use the screen designer to order things on the screens or add new fields to a screen. You can make recommendations for changes to the software.

Sometimes it is hard to figure out how to set up a filter for a search but support is always able to help. Overall, very good software that is fairly easy to use.

Amazing software with an eager staff always trying to make sure that I know everything I need to about Donor Perfect and, most importantly, that I know how to do it myself. I have not had a bad experience yet with this software and the interface is simple and easy to understand!

Great Customer Service. Plenty of articles that help users navigate the software better and provide extremely helpful and thoughtful topics about fundraising and donor engagement. Professional and easy to follow instructions provided through webinars, workshops, and videos. Eye catching and informative report buildings that are really simple to follow.

Donor Perfect provides so many options and perks that it feels like I am not utilizing it's full potential.

Overall, this is a good fit for our small organization. I would recommend this tool to other colleagues.

DP is very easy to use. Tutorials and online webinars are great when learning the basics. There are many features DP offers that I want to explore. I love the community chat and live help available when I have questions!

Unfortunately, I was hired on 3 months AFTER the organization chose to go with Donor Perfect. The software wasn't the wrong choice, in my opinion. The staff member that organized implementation merged our QuickBooks info and created a mess to try and clean up. This resulted in many hours of clean up work.

I would have liked to have options with more personalized training as opposed to free online tutorials. The conferences are a great option but timing and funds did not work in our favor.

I would give this site a solid 8.5 out of 10. We absolutely love Donor Perfect!

We have previously worked with two other donor management systems and neither were as user friendly as Donor Perfect. We love how easy it is to navigate through the site. We feel like we get an incredible value for what we pay.

Just like any new site, it can be a little overwhelming when you first start out. There are so many features that we don't even use, so that can be a little much. I am still trying to find out info about some areas I do not understand.

I believe that Donor Perfect is worth at least looking into, if someone doesn't already have it.

Creating reports, adding/deleting codes, and the fact that it's accessible by webpage makes it incredibly user-friendly.

Creating batches can sometimes be a little difficult and confusing

Every person associated with DonorPerfect has been amazing to work with; beginning with the sales person to the person in charge of the migration...right down to the support group that answers my (sometimes) stupid questions. This was the easiest software transition I've ever lived through!

The reporting in some cases is not very intuitive.
The Quick Books integration does not work the way we use QB, that was a major disappointment.

Great. We have been happy with the overall experience. Donor Perfect has lots of great features and fairly easy for basic data entry.

Has lots of options. I like the reports and that I can mail merge after my entries.

Some areas are more detailed to navigate. They offer great training's however which I was luckily to attend one.

I am extremely pleased with the day-to-day use of this product. Being online I can work from anywhere, I know our data is securely stored without the additional expense of a separate server/maintenance.

We use Donor Perfect Online (DPO)-The implementation process was well-orchestrated by the DPO Team members. They helped map our prior software and walked with us every step of the way. We have the Premium package - worth every penny.
Screens are customizable using Screen Designer, which was fairly simple to learn.
There are basic reports that can be used, or build your own using your own filters. Having had experience with Business Objects it helped me to know what fields to choose. Exporting fields is very simple. Knowing what we wanted in reports had a lot of trial and error, however, the reports are easy to change up and save to be used by all staff or save just for me.
Tech Support has been wonderful - immediate help with whatever is needed. They also send a detailed email of our discussion, and save it in our Community are, so we can refer back if needed.

We have had challenges with the NCOA process, so prefer to use the data we receive from the NCOA/PCOA reports run by our marketing company's vendor, and we manage the data ourselves.

We've had Donor Perfect for over 6 years and we love it.

Donor Perfect is a user friendly donor database. It is easy to set up the general ledger, solicitation and sub solicitation to keep track of donation types. The mail merge is simple and makes it quick and easy to write acknowledgment letters.

The report generator takes a little while to get used to.

I am very happy with DP. I find it very user friendly and I like that I can access it from my phone or laptop.

Coming from 3 years with a different donor system that was not nearly as user friendly, I like that DP is web based, offers great training tools and support staff are always available.

Cannot think of anything off hand. I have not come across any issues that could not be resolved quickly and easily.

I like using this product and it has made record keeping easy.

The ease of Donor Perfect is what I like most. Everything you need to keep track of donations and contact donors is at your fingertips. Also, you have the option of getting just the information you need when requesting reports.

I have had the occasion of finding more than one entry for the same donor. It is easily corrected, but I wish a red flag had gone up before the double entry was made.

The Donor Perfect support team has been exceptional in addressing and answering our questions. The training and "How To" tips they provide are very helpful!

We like the ease of searching the data base, gift processing and reporting.

Some of the reports do not meet our needs but we overcame that issue with the Easy Reports.

I am beginning to have a deeper appreciation for DPO software, but I wish there was "standard training" for a new DPO user working directly with each ministry (by having a client rep) for a more customized training at a more affordable cost to seal nonprofits

DonorPerfect is a robust donor management system suitable for many organizations of all sizes. It is full featured and really shines in it's reporting capabilities and importing ability. Additionally, the QB integration is excellent.

Event management is not robust enough for very large events but the importing capabilities makes it easy to add event data after the fact.
The basic form package is not sufficient for most organizations. I highly recommend the Pro version.

I highly recommend Donor Perfect, both for the beginner and more advanced users.

We have used Donor Perfect for many years and love the software. It is easy to learn and use, and manages the info we need for our day-to-day donor operations. There is a good amount of customization features to fit your needs. The support is fantastic, as well as the online learning tools and DP community outreach.

Our only issue is that we needed a more robust form builder for online giving and registrations, so we had to look elsewhere. However, we had some fairly high expectations so it was understandable. Other than that, we love Donor Perfect!

I've been using DonorPerfect for almost 4 years and they are constantly making improvements. I also like the videos that we are able to watch with simple instructions.

I use DonorPerfect everyday at work. I am able to tell my boss who our biggest donors are, who gave last year, but not this year, what do we have in pledges and in recievables.

I know there is so much more that DonorPerfect offers that I don't even use.

Donor Perfect has been a great fit for our schools donor and alumni for over 20 years.

I am very happy with Donor Perfect. This program is better than the other programs I have used in the past. I do however, recommend integrating it with QB Online in order to streamline the bookkeeping process.

Extremely easy to use. The donor reports can provide almost anything that you may need to see!

We sometimes get logged out automatically when too many people are online at once.

It would be great if Donor Perfect could integrate with QuickBooks Desktop.
