My experience with DonorPerfect has been nothing less than stellar. I appreciate the updates from them, their accessibility, their appreciation for users' comments and suggestions, and their constant strive to adjust and improve.

DonorPerfect is the easiest donor software I have ever worked with. I've been a fundraiser for almost 15 years and have worked with multiple fundraising and CRM platforms and I love DonorPerfect the most, hands down. Reports are easy to create and the system gives you exactly what you need to see in order to get your work done. Their support staff are always available and happy to help, whether it's a quick fix or a full walk-through of how to create a report - they are knowledgeable and friendly.

I am relatively new to using DonorPerfect, but I honestly haven't found anything negative about this software. It helps me do my work and communicate with our donors, it keeps clean and easy records of their gifts and our contacts with them, and it's not too much. I've worked with software before that simply had too many options and filters to be user-friendly. DonorPerfect is just right.

Customer service is always available when needed. I often need help with getting a customized report and the staff are patient and clear in explaining what I need to do or they write it for me.

I don't have any complaints. I never hesitate to call as I know I will get the service I need.

I have been a happy customer using the platform for nearly 10 years. I worked in a Pennsylvania nonprofit and now an Oregon nonprofit. I brought it to both organizations and have been very satisfied with platform and the support over the years.

The only real con that we've experienced is linking it to Quickbooks. We know it can be done but we just haven't managed to work out that link.

Need to record more webinars and the put out the powerpoint in the library for all users. THen support can reference these to the people who need help.

I find DonorPerfect very intuitive and effective in helping me perform my job. The support team is incredibly helpful. The Suggest and Vote feature lets the users request changes they would like to see and the DP team is very receptive to this.

Support team is second to none, cloud based for easy access, Online forms will automatically download gift information, reports can usually get you whatever info you are looking for, they are constantly upgrading and making improvements based on user input.

Not much - as mentioned above, they are very open and pro-active when listening to the improvements their customers want.

Overall, great experience as a user and a customer.

I really appreciate the clean design and setup up of the database. I believe that design is very important to the user-ability of a system like this, and it make it very intuitive and easy to understand. After having worked with 4 other systems, DP is by far the least complicated while offering the same level of reporting, data management capabilities and services.

I would appreciate more how-to videos on reporting. There are so many pre-written reports that it often takes me awhile to find the one that I want. Perhaps more details categories of reports would also be helpful.

Donor Perfect has become the single repository for all of our donor records. Previous to DP, donor records were kept in spreadsheets scattered across numerous computers. Finding all records in one location has improved the efficiency of the agency. We are now easily able to create mailing lists, track donations, and quickly send thank you letters.
A bonus is the partner relationships. We seamlessly merge our email records from Donor Perfect to Constant Contact for email communications. The donor gateway is huge step up from relying on PayPal for donations. We have access to so much more information from our online donors and the form builder works well with our website.

The report builder component is not very intuitive and difficult to create simple reports.

I like how organized DonorPerfect keeps up with donations and donors. It's made our lives easier.

Cannot think of anything offhand. Once you get used to the program, it's easy to navigate.

I find DonorPerfect to be fairly priced, straightforward to use, offers many great features like the Weblink online donation system, has the ability to run a wide range of data reports, and has fantastic technical support.

I love that it is cloud based so that I can access it anywhere, at any time. I find the software easy to use and the phone support is amazingly helpful.

I have used DonorPerfect in many different organizations and it continues to evolve over the years. The support is outstanding, very reliable. I would recommend it highly for a small fundraising shop.

DonorPerfect does everything you need to track donations successfully. We use it for events, annual appeals, tracking meetings with donors and prospects, even in-kind donations. It is very easy to use. I can train a volunteer on the basic in about an hour, so you can get data entry up and running right away.

I wish it had more reports using the in-kind or fair market value donation field. We receive a lot of in-kind donations and all our reports have to be done by exporting the data into Excel.

As a Donor Perfect user of approximately 2 years I'm continually learning and finding new ways to support our fundraising team. DP is great at making updates and innovations to the platform which I appreciate. I also love that it's cloud based and I can pull it up wherever I am regardless of device.

I can't think of any cons. If I run into problems they're always user error and not DPs fault.

Overall, the options to make each donors information unique to them and their preferences is great. I love that you can add categories to make it totally customization.

I am a fairly new user trying to navigate on my own. I appreciated the tutorials on the welcome center portion of the site & I love that it's web based!

I do wish the tutorials didn't actually add the donor into the database but instead would have a separate are where the trial and errors could be stored. (no worries, deleting my fake donor was easy)

My overall experience with DonorPerfect has been great. Any issues I've had, I've been able to get resolved quickly and professionally through their very responsive support team.

Has everything we need as far as functions go. I like that they continue to improve this platform, and that they consider user suggestions.

Just a few functions I feel could be a little smoother, allowing me to have to click between screens less often. (Would love to be able to click on a button to take me directly to the contact screen from the search results!)

Donor Perfect is a great way to keep track of your donors. We are finding more ways to keep track of our donor information all in one place! We used to have multiple spreadsheets to keep track of things, now we only use Donor Perfect. The support team is also fantastic! They are always willing to help with the simplest of questions or the more difficult questions. They are patient and answer questions in ways I can understand.

I don't have anything I don't like about Donor Perfect.

DonorPerfect is a well designed donor management system with a phenomenal team of support staff. Whenever any issues come up, they are extremely quick to help troubleshoot. I've recommended them a number of times.

The Constant Contact integration could be a little more intuitive and their online forms lack some advanced design elements.

We have used DP for many years and overall, like the functionality and the ease of use.

We really like that Donor Perfect is user friendly and whenever we have a question, the Support Line is quick to answer or find an answer! The reporting is good and the data entry part is easy to use.

I feel as though Donor Perfect isn't always quick to develop donor centric strategies. For example, if a donor makes a donation in honor of AND in memory of someone, we have to manually type the second name in. Not very helpful or donor centered.

Being new to donorperfect, I know that I have a lot to learn, but attending the conference has already shed light on things that I can take advantage of to make donorperfect an essential tool.

I have used Donor for many years. When another non-profit was looking for a solution to their record-keeping and reporting issues, I recommended Donor for transparency and ease of use. Both organizations are extremely pleased with their decision to invest in Donor Perfect.

The database is easily manipulated to give you exactly the information you want in a report format. Support is always extremely responsive when you have any issues generating reports.

There is a learning curve, but that is overcome with frequency of use.
