I've recommended Donor Perfect to many of my peers over the years. I know it is a product that is user friendly, for any size organization, and outstanding support. It's a winner. And it helps me win every day!

I've been a user of Donor Perfect for several years...and it has never let me down. We keep track of all of our donors--every phone call, every interaction, and every GIFT that they give. All of our partner relations team love using it while they are on the road, as well, connecting with our partners. Donor Perfect has, and will, continue to meet our needs going forward!

Donor Perfect is "perfect" for all the needs of our organization.

We would hard pressed to run our non-profit organization without the help of Donor Perfect. We use it for our annual mailing memberships and tracking where funds are being donated. It allows a historical review of donations by amount and date. Lists, letters and labels are all created to your exact specifications.

The Donor Perfect software is invaluable to our small non-profit organization. It allows us to easily keep track of our donor base, who has contributed what amount and what the donation was intended for.

Customized mailing lists are easily created with personalized letters and mailing labels.

If you have ANY problem, whether it's how to create a customized list or how to sort your results correctly the customer support is the best I've ever experienced. The are always helpful and polite. Once your problem is solved a follow up email stating the problem and the solution is emailed for later reference if needed.

Bit of a challenge to learn all the software can offer - but they offer webinars and additional community support which really is a positive

6 hours of training is not enough. It should include the 2 day training that I attended in Toronto. Gives much more information on reporting.

I wholeheartedly recommend DonorPerfect. It's built by people who understand what it's like to operate a database in a real nonprofit environment. It's reliable--our experience has been as stable as our internet connection. The product continually keeps getting better in small ways. We've also been impressed with the honesty and professionalism of their business practices--not naming names, but our previous database provider was a very big name with very dodgy billing practices. With DonorPerfect, your quotes will be accurate. It's a great tool, supported by an outstanding staff.

DonorPerfect is built to manage data in the real world. It's very well thought-out--intuitive, logical, and reliable. It's incredibly easy to accommodate your organization's special requirements through adding and renaming fields, reorganizing your display, creating custom reports, flagging records. The documentation materials--both "official" and the online community--are genuinely helpful. Support is fast, responsive, and professional. The training is excellent--we did the webinar format, and it was an ideal experience.

Honestly, there's not much to dislike here. I've worked with donor databases for 20+ years, and this is hands-down the best product I've worked with.

It is a flexible database that can be adopted to most non-profits.
Customer Support is fantastic, questions are answered quickly and with a high level of excellence.

The Database interface is intuitive and easy for and end-user to become custom to. The structure supports many layers of customized data fields, triggers and calculations.

Delivered Reports are ridged and cannot be adopted to include our various user created data fields. Core Features such as Events Management, Moves Management are not flexible in their design and reporting and do not allow imports to add/update all information.

The system is fabulous. It is so easy to use. The support is amazing as well.

We looked at many systems - and found DonorPerfect to be the most comprehensive - especially the integration with Constant Contact and ReadySetAuction.

We don't have any significant cons. ReadySetAuction is a bit clunky - but the integration with DonorPerfect is fabulous and we have learned to use it and love it.

Victory Mission utilizes this program with the same features of many of the higher priced programs. We appreciate the value!

There doesn't seem to be much the software can't do.

Donor Perfect is the software you need when fundraising.

Getting used to the system was easy. They have great tutorials and webinars. Their support people are fantastic and very pleasant.

It is a system that has all the data points you would want with integrations for your website and for keeping in contact with people through Constant Contact. And it all updates to the donor's records.

We have worked with the system to include memberships and another level of engagement with people, especially people who have a special connection with our organization, such as our officiants. We can keep or add data points that are important to us and they are easy extracted using the reports module.

The only con is the integration with PaySafe (where and how you accept debit and credit payments) and reconciling with the bank. I hope they are working on a resolution for this because it is the one thing I have heard from others when attending conferences.

Best thing our organization did. We are able to run reports quicker, and clean up the software as well. Also create donation pages.

Easily converted our old antiquated system into theirs. The transition was seamless and the staff were beyond helpful. The software allows us to analyze and track all of our constituents and create donation pages.

Upcharge to have access to phone assistance. Its a long tedious process for training however training is an all year thing, for new employees who do know Donor perfect, they would be able to use the free trainings to understand it.

It has been good over all, but I worked in RE for 8 years and it was hard for my brain to acclimate to DPO because I was used to doing things differently.

Cloud-based software, easy access, nice reporting options

I get frustrated when I want to design a new report. It never seems to produce the data I want.

This system is excellent for recording donations received; the fully integrated donation receipt system takes the strain out of chasing donations & inputting ones received by other means is very easy. Pulling reports is a joy; During tax receipt season, the customer support team are a dream to work with.

DonorPerfect has made our normal weekly, monthly, and yearly accounting task so much more simple. From recording donations to end of year receipting.... DonorPerfect has helped us every step of the way!

Donors are unable to update their own contact/giving information. It has to be manually changed by the administrator.

DonorPerfect is great, user friendly and if not you have the amazing customer service team.

Customer service is amazing. Rather you're chatting or calling with a question. You can always reach someone and they make sure your problem is handled!

Reports! If one parameter is wrong the whole report is wrong. I understand the parameters needing to be correct, however there are so many it'd be nice to be aware of which ones are the best for needed information. It would also be nice to have webinars for the most basic reporting.

I have recommend DonorPerfect to several other nonprofits when at nonprofit networking events.

Great entry price, easy to navigate and intuitive to use. DonorPerfect does regular user improvement/features and releases. Great user support agents.

Added prices to customize online giving. Donors cannot login to modify their giving - must contact nonprofit (eg update credit card)

DP support is excellent and we are able to achieve everything we need to in our nonprofit organization.

Easy to use. Helps track changes in donors and constituents contact information and giving history. Integrates well into Constant Contact allowing for email communications to our data base.

Doesn't have direct email capability. Dual addresses are not super easy to manage.

I've been using DP for over 5 years. Every interaction I've had with them has been pleasant, whether it is on the phone, email or in person at the Conference.

Love that It's just as easy to get my data OUT as it is to enter it!

Great system for donor tracking and report building, ease of use and great resources for learning and sharing ideas and knowledge. I've learned so much from the webinars and your trainers are great!

Ease of use and intuitiveness are some of the best features of this system. I really like the shortcut icons when entering gifts and the reports can be built and filtered easily!

Sometimes there are slow downs in the system, have to back out and log back in.

I love working with DP. It is easy enough for someone to get started entering and using the data, but it is complex enough to be able to do a variety of complicated things as you get into it. Looking forward to exploring even more.

I've been using this software for several years now and keep learning more useful things. We use DP for everything from receipting donors to generating a newsletter mailing list; tracking volunteer info to managing our golf events. I love that DP listens to it's users and implements the ideas users have for making positive changes. The support team at DP cannot be beat. Whenever I need to call support I am connected with someone who knows what they are talking about and also is very courteous and patient. The training webinars they offer are awesome as well.

The only thing we have had significant problems with is the event management tool. We would like to be able to generate spreadsheets and reports with custom fields that are in events management as well as those in DP itself but apparently they don't talk well together, and as of now you can only use certain pre-made reports. Entering and using the information could be easier and more intuitive.

Using Donor Perfect has enhanced our ministry and ability to stay current with our financial base of donors.

We have been associated with 4 non-profits over the last 30 years. Donor Perfect by FAR has been the best vehicle for us to manage our donor base. With one click, we can see up to date recording of donations that have been received. The donor information is also readily available for contact reference and ease of updating donor information. Using Donor Perfect, especially in times of sending out postcards and letters, makes the administrative task of collecting data a breeze.

There is nothing about Donor Perfect that I don't like.
