- Another of the features that I liked about this platform is that it has an excellent file recovery option, this means that if for some reason a user has recently deleted a file, you can always recover it within this cloud, since it has a trash function, which is capable of storing deleted files for up to 30 days, after combining that 30-day period, those files will be deleted from this trash automatically, however, that this function exists helps us to be able to recover files in a simple way, if for some reason or by mistake we have deleted an important document or file for us, we can always recover it thanks to this trash function.

- The third feature that I loved about this platform is that you can integrate a password to each of the files that you store in this cloud, creating a password for each file helps us to share it safely, if for some reason that link share of that file is leaked on some web page or some unauthorized person has access to that link, you will not be able to access that file if you don't have that password. I really love this security system, I really love being able to define a password for each file, this helps me so that no intruder or authorized person can access these important files for me without my authorization.

- Another feature that I liked about this platform is that it has an excellent synchronization system between devices, I have noticed this mainly because on several occasions and stored files from my mobile device, and after they are fully processed and stored in the cloud, I can immediately access those files using the desktop version or the web version, it has excellent file synchronization, which is capable of showing each of the files immediately on all the devices that you are using Dropbox.

- I really loved that this platform has a shared folder, this shared folder allows me to share files with my work team without the need to use external links or send these files through any integrated platform. This shared folder works great, and it's integrated into the Dropbox paid plan, so every time someone purchases a paid plan, they'll have access to that shared folder to use with their team. Each of the files that are uploaded to this folder can be viewed by all the members of this work team immediately.

- This platform does not have a backup function, so if you try to use it on your computer to make a backup from time to time, this will not be possible, it is very necessary for this platform to implement a backup system security, which allows me to store different backup versions in the cloud of each of the files that are on my computer, since on some occasions I have had problems with my computer and I have had to format the computer, and for me It would be great to be able to recover all these files automatically, if there was a backup system that is capable of automatically storing these files in the cloud.

- The second negative feature about this platform is that currently you cannot have a statistic of the number of people who have accessed a file through a shared link or through other means, this feature is very important, for me the fact is very necessary In addition to being able to see how many people or how many users have accessed a file, it would also be great to be able to see how many people have downloaded a file to their computer or how many people have read an online document with Dropbox. This statistical function is very important to me and I hope that soon it will be implemented within this platform, this would help me to understand how many people access my files, and it would also help me a lot since when I share a file with only one person, it helps me a lot. it would help to know if only that person has access to that file or if they have shared it with someone else.

- The third negative feature of this platform is regarding the modification or editing of documents online, this platform does allow you to edit documents online, you can even modify or edit all types of documents regardless of the format, however, if you try to edit several documents with several participants simultaneously, this will not be possible, since the platform does not allow you to edit documents with the collaboration of your work team. For example, if you try to edit a document that is located in the shared folder of your team work, and someone else tries to edit it simultaneously, the platform will present problems, since this is currently not possible.

I believe that all the videos that are stored within this cloud should remain with the same original quality, so that it is an optimal video transfer for any company.

2.- As previously mentioned, the upload of Videos within this platform is quite deficient, since it greatly reduces the quality of the video, but also, another negative thing is that this platform does not have any type of video editor built-in, so if you have a video that has been previously uploaded to the cloud and you want to cut it to send a specific part of that video to someone, you will have to download the video and carry out this process through your computer, since this platform does not It has no kind of video editor or function to remember the video and later send it to your colleague.

3.- Although as I mentioned previously, this platform has a document editing system, but documents cannot be edited simultaneously or with the collaboration of specific people. For example, within this platform you can only edit documents individually, because if several people are editing a document at the same time, the platform will automatically create multiple copies to cover the number of people who are editing the document. It would be excellent to be able to edit documents within this platform in real time and with the collaboration of several participants, this would help strengthen collaborative work.
