I am very grateful for what Dropbox has done so that I can have an excellent storage space in the cloud, which helps me protect all the information in my files and documents. This platform offers me the possibility of adding encryption keys for all files and thus being able to encrypt them, this means that it will be impossible for someone without access permissions to view the information in my files.

Dropbox is very fast for uploading and downloading files, its general interface is quite attractive and allows the user to feel comfortable when managing their storage space. Dropbox is totally perfect for cloud storage.

Dropbox is a great software initiative to be able to control all your cloud storage in just a few steps. Since I started using Dropbox in my company, there have been several positive features that I really liked and made my experience with this platform totally effective and pleasant, these features were:

- The Dropbox free trial is totally attractive, offers great access to all users and allows the user to try a variety of features without having to pay anything. In addition, the free trial offers a good limit of storage space in the cloud, the essential to be able to store files.
- The shared folder function is one of the features that I liked the most because this function allows me to share files with my workgroup without having to send them a link to access the file, they only have to access the shared folder and they can view all available files.

During the general use of this platform, I never presented any type of failure, all my files have been kept safe stored in the Dropbox cloud and I have also been able to transfer and receive all kinds of files within my work area. However, one of the features that should be improved in Dropbox is its integration with the Slack service, since it currently offers too slow data transfer, and this causes delays when importing or exporting files through this integration.

With the help of Dropbox, files can be easily synced up and shared with anyone. It is a secure and powerful tool for previewing the file. If not for pricing issues it would be available for all my employees across the company.

Dropbox is a good option for all information that you do not want to delete but that takes up space that you need at the moment. It also serves as a tool for synchronization and data sharing with other employees quite useful although it has several shortcomings in that regard.

This application offers a full set of tools for saving information in the cloud. It allows us to synchronize data, make secure copies and specify which files can be shared or not. It also has a fairly reliable encryption system with which there are no inconveniences during data backups.

Dropbox lacks several essential functions for collaboration between workgroups as it does not have contact management tools or content and task management. At this level it is limited to various file sharing and data synchronization, which can be positive for personal use, but in work cases it is problematic.

It provides features like remote access and contribution by many people at a time and version control. These features come very handily. Its servers are always online hence an amazing option for backup.

Dropbox is a very versatile platform because it supports a variety of systems and formats, can be used on computers and cell phones, it is very practical because it allows us to upload all kinds of files without any problem regardless of the size of the same, you will always have your backup safe. It was very beneficial for our work environment within the company because it improved business management to 100%, with this platform we could forget about the attached emails, it was enough to leave a common folder in which all members of the entity could view the documents, always automatically synchronized at the time of use.

Dropbox allows us a large storage capacity in the cloud where we can keep all the company's files in one place and work more efficiently and organized as folders are created with the contents saved in real time and we do not waste time looking for what we need.

We are limited with the storage of the free version that barely reaches 2GB since acquiring more storage is expensive, but something indispensable. We are a bit affected by the fact that it does not have a recycle garbage can when deleting a file by mistake.

I highly recommend this as a great collaboration tool for clients and colleagues. Works with all computers we have tried.

Very easy to use software for sharing files between people or from one device to another. I have been using it for 4-5 years.

Sharing files from one device to another has never been easier. I can send someone a link to a file in my Dropbox folder or i can save something on my phone and view it on my PC. Super easy to use.

Sometimes the files don't always update, even though i have autosave turned on.

DropBox is similar to other providers such as Microsoft OneDrive and Google Drive. However, DropBox has been providing this service for a long time with very few outages or glitches.

3. Multiple plans available (individual, family, or business).

The family plan is $17 per month. It allows up to 6 family members but you are still only sharing 2TB of cloud storage. In my opinion, it would be better to offer a slightly more expensive family plan that provides 1TB for each family member and 1TB of shared storage for all members.

Overall, Dropbox is a secure and reliable securing platform compared to storing data locally in disks. It is also customizable and user-friendly. Aside from the subscription plan being a little too high, everything else is fairly good.

I am satisfied with the overall performance that Dropbox has had since we switched to a paid plan, as we have had the opportunity to share files as a business, and we also have the ability to share files with other areas of our business. Dropbox has been a completely fluid platform, we have been able to import or export all types of files in a matter of seconds and we have also been able to view images online and edit our documents online, without the need to edit them through an application.

Dropbox offers a completely accessible interface, an interface that does not present any confusion of use for any of the users who use it. One of the things I like the most about Dropbox is that it offers me a shared folder system with which I can send files to my work colleagues in a simple way, it is not necessary to send them any type of link or share the files by mail, it is only enough that they enter the shared folder, and they will be able to have full access to all the files that have been uploaded to that folder.

The free trial is one of the things I really didn't like about Dropbox. During the use of the free trial I had many limitations, I could not upload more than 10 files simultaneously and I also could not enjoy a storage space greater than the free 5 GB it offered. I bought a paid plan that offered me up to 5 TB of storage, but I did not learn how to use Dropbox during that free trial, as it was quite limited and did not allow me to know each of the functionalities that the platform offered me.

Dropbox is one of the oldest file synchronization services around. With that and the companies commitment, comes stability, huge customer base, frequent updates and a reliable desktop and mobile sync solution. However, the free version is not enough anymore and the licensing can be a bit confusing.

Overall a decent software that has capable and be can improve more. Apart from that there is no complain about this software it just works fine.

The pros of using Dropbox are that you can use it to store and have backup of all type of files, it is very much secure, you with different platforms to facilitate the feature of file upload.

The only con that I found is the price point. You can get better apps than this in the market with lower costs.

I would recommend using this and is very useful for work purposes. I would use this on a professional level and I have not had thoughts of changing platforms.
