Great overall experience. Makes it easy to take my work home with me and share work/files with co workers.

Being able to access my files from any devices as well as share files with other users makes things easy.

No issues experienced with this software - very easy to use.

I almost stopped using it because its complications, comparing to other storage solutions out there.
They need to simplify and offer a competitive storage packages that match other similar solutions.

At the very beginning when it started, it was maybe the only one in cloud storage solutions out there.

They didn't upgrade their self enough to compete with other similar cloud solutions that came after them.

Dropbox has been the perfect platform for my work sector, thanks to this fantastic software I have been able to establish stable connectivity when transferring files to anyone. I am very grateful to Dropbox for the great performance it has had from the moment I started using it. The platform was very easy to use, its interface is quite fast to process any user action and the file management is quite simple, folders can be created without any type of limit and in just a few seconds. I am satisfied with Dropbox, it has been able to keep my files totally safe and it has also allowed me to protect it from end to end.

Dropbox is the environment or the panel that everyone would like to have in their company, due to the great potential it has for cloud storage. During my experience, I have had several positive factors that have achieved a correct file management and have allowed me to have excellent file transactions towards anyone. One of these positive factors or characteristics of Dropbox are:

1.- Dropbox has a very fast ystem to import or export all kinds of files or documents. In addition, the file sending system is very varied, since files can be sent through shared links, through emails or through shared folders.
2.- The design of Dropbox is very attractive, and the organization that it has in all its sections is the perfect one to allow the user to avoid confusion using the platform.
3.- Dropbox allows you yo change the viewing permissions of each file stored in the "team" section, in order to share files with specific people.

During the use that I have had with Dropbox, I have not presented any problem, its willingness to upload and share all kinds of files in just a few seconds, is impressive. Some of my colleagues have had problems with the mobile application since the App requires that it be updated to the latest version, however, I have not had that problem since I always have automatic updates on my cell phone. The mobile Application is fantastic, it works with the same speed as the desktop version and allows great fluidity in file sharing.

It has helped me to be able to keep my personal and important files safe and that I can count on them anywhere without requiring USB or micro SD memories. I can share files via email without uploading the file to the email platform, just attaching the public link of the file in Dropbox is enough. Teamwork has been very useful since when we edit project documents such as an Excel and simultaneously with others it is important to know who has made the modification and when, thus having control of the files and that everyone has it available.

The drag and drop function, is very useful since it is easier to upload a file without so many complications when looking for it. The storage plans are the best over other cloud storages. I can upload almost any type of file to store it in the cloud, this helps me a lot to be able to have my files anywhere in the world and any device with an internet connection. I can work collaboratively with my team, and I also love that there are plans for teams instead of individual Dropbox accounts.

Synchronization is a bit slow and consumes resources on the desktop, also if I have an older version the synchronization is slower than normal, many times that kind of problem has happened to me. It took me a little while to configure the file sharing settings and how I can share it. Lately I have noticed that when I have many files in the Dropbox website manager it is a bit slow to organize, if everything is based on the cloud why does it consume Google Chrome resources?

This is the best document storage software out there, which is why I have been a user since almost the beginning. I share and collaborate on documents all day - every day using it.

Easy to collaborate on documents with people all over the world. Works offline when set up properly, and I have never had an issue or a missing document.

Some of the UI is a little bit difficult for some less tech-savvy people that I work with. Also, sometimes you give someone editing permission, and it seems to expire or end without notice for some reason.

Overall this is a must for any team right now so I would recommend the lowest plan to get a bunch of files shared among your team.

I love how you can invite folks in and out of the business to add, view, or remove files in shared folders. This is very handy in a remote setting now.

They push a lot on using the App or browser extension, I really don't like that but otherwise, the web app is fine.

Good platform for files, an easy one to set up and get using but some random user experience issues can be improved, especially the file request feature.

Generally a good platform, have upgraded to business accounts, we have a lot of digital assets that we utilize. Folder structure is easy to use as well as sharing etc.

As compared to Box and some other platforms they have less storage for the dollar. Also a very random issue that is annoying and they haven't fixed...if you request a file from someone (partner / employee etc) their platform appends the name of that person on to the file being uploaded. We create a lot of design files so renaming files takes up a lot of unnecessary time. We've thought about moving to Box or other platforms because of this issue, seems like a simple thing to fix. Also they need to let you close shared files or file requests in batches instead of manually, it can be come tedious for our team.

Before use of Dropbox i had difficulty in managing my files. Now with Dropbox i move with my files wherever i go because of its compatibility with Mobile devices. I no longer have to carry or print loads of documents.

Dropbox is so easy to use and an extremely convenient way of storing my documents, videos, pictures and presentations. I like the fact that it acts as a backup for my online files so that i can share them with friends and colleagues at any time and from any device.

I store even my most sensitive files on Dropbox and i am always sure their security is guaranteed. Dropbox is my favorite cloud storage space

Overall I find Dropbox to be a great storage alternative to physical drives. The functionality is easy to use.

I’ve used Dropbox for years to store files and photos. One of the features I most enjoy is the ease of the search function. Rather than searching through emails, I can quickly find files I’ve saved.

Managing multiple Dropbox accounts (business vs personal) can occasionally be cumbersome.

This is splitting hairs on cons because the software is so ubiquitous, well-designed, and simple. It just works.

I like that we can file, share and upload files easily and efficiently. It keeps our staff and leaders organized and able to view the files when they need too.

Dropbox has bailed me out of being able to keep my files housed in one place and get them whenever I want without requiring USB sticks or other physical external storage media. Dropbox has also allowed me to keep all the files of the company and my colleagues in one place and that they are available at all times for everyone.

Dropbox has always been a solid structure where I have been able to store my files within the cloud without any problem. Its interface is very simple to use, it hardly needs instructions to use it, most of the functions and actions are what we use in a file manager like Windows. I can share files via links without having to re-upload the files in order to send them.

I have small problems with the mobile application regarding synchronization, they also take a little longer to upload the files and I do not understand why if I use the same connection with the one I use on my desktop. I always have to be up to date to continue using Dropbox, this is a bit annoying because sometimes I don't have time and I need my files at all times.

Overall, Dropbox is great for business usage. It also offers multiple securities for data storage, I'm satisfied. The plans are also on the lower side. Loved it.

Dropbox is also very useful for office usage. The interface is well organized and easily understandable. I loved the data transfer speed, it was great on mid-level plans. Overnight backup works seamless.

No serious downside about Dropbox. You should try.

Overall i highly recommend this service. Both the free and paid levels provide a valuable service. They have been around awhile and aren't going anywhere so it is a safe bet. It also integrates with many other software products.

Dropbox has been a really good product for my over the last 6-7 years. I have used it for both my personal needs and for business. It has saved me numerous times having files stored online. I also love how the product offers revisions of the files, so I can revert back to a prior version. The ability to add extra storage space for free in exchange for completing activities is great as well.

I do wish the paid option was a bit lower cost. Sometimes the upload speeds are a bit slow too to sync new files.

Finding files through search is awesome. Allows users to send large files. Sometimes it can be slow. nonetheless a great product for this price.

The mobile version is not as great as the desktop version.

I'm a long-term user of a file-sharing software (used 2 products from Big-tech companies for a decade). It was okay in the cloud, but the local files management wasn't always a pleasant experience. Dropbox is way more convenient if I just want to save a file locally and be sure it will be synced. Very nice tool! Didn't check the mobile version though.

- Small amount of initial space. I know it can be increased by inviting other people, but initially it's smaller compared to some other popular services.

It has been great. I am able to upload a file and then view it from any location where I have internet access. It loads quickly and securely.

Able to send large files that you can't send through emails, able to share docs to other people outside your org. Security was a big factor as well to make sure your files are safe.

We didn't have any cons with using dropbox, they were able to do everything we need, and the cost was great.
