Dropbox is undoubtedly the best cloud storage. It has been a great resource in our business to organize and share files. It also helps to back up important business assets and files. Overall, it's an excellent tool.

The files are easily accessible and downloadable on Dropbox. The user interface is clean. You can also schedule the file backup. Its web version is also mobile-friendly. The premium plans are cost-effective.

It doesn't gives control over sharable link validity.

It is helpful but perhaps could be improved upon with more functions or features to make designated files stand out more.

I’d appreciate the ability to delineate our files better, perhaps to highlight or use different colors. Sometimes the info all seems to meld together.

Dropbox is absolutely excellent at what it does. Lots of good features such as sharing folders with others, and keeping files in sync between your systems. I've never had a reliability issue or had to reinstall or troubleshoot it. It just works. Pricing isn't bad, but could be cheaper. Cloud storage hasn't exactly been going up in price.

This software is easy to install and configure, and absolutely excels at its job. Way more reliable than Microsoft's product.

Two things. One, trying to configure permissions for different team members left me feeling like there just weren't enough options for fine-grained control. Two, the new restrictions on the free version have hurt me personally. I always used the free personal edition for myself and the paid version for my customers.

Other than its pricing I don't think there is any issue with this and it trusted by many big companies out there and pretty much serves everything required.

Premium upgrade is expensive and the free tier is very limited ( only 2 GB ) as compared to some other cloud storage.

Overall it's a genius idea to be able to safely share file, videos, etc. There really isn't a viable second choice when it comes to Dropbox.

We love to use Dropbox in the family. We love to share photos back and forth. I also use it daily for work.

I wish I had more storage with dropbox without having to refer someone. Just some bonus storage for using it daily.

Overall, Dropbox is a good option if you want a cloud storage, they give you free 2gb which enough for documents and can be extend to 3TB (paid), features like auto sync, multiple access and version control are now big need of business to keep their data secure and backed up. It is a good alternative but the price for the paid service is a bit expensive, but worth your money.

I am using this for a while, it helps a lot and saves time as I do not have to make multiple local backups of file to access them from my all devices. It is quite like Google Drive but more user friendly interface and has less traffic and less restrictions compared to other cloud storage providers, which makes it more seamless to use.
The feature I liked the most is version control, we can revert back to a version saved within 30 days which helps a lot when you work involves installation of a lot of softwares and changes.

My experience with dropbox is really good. Dropbox is a lifesaver in cases of laptop crash or if you lost your laptop you can easily access your files. Sharing files using dropbox is very good, security will be taken care of. The biggest con is pricing, which should be lowered.
