Ecwid is a versatile platform that made it easy to integrate our online stores into existing websites. I like its ease of use and the speed with which a store can be set up. In addition, the automatic product updates and real-time synchronization reduce the workload of the technical team, allowing them to focus on other critical areas of the business.

Integration with certain business management systems can be complicated, requiring additional time and resources to ensure a seamless connection.

My experience have been delightful, I make sales from the store, get analysis on my email at month end. Ecwid makes everything easy.

With Ecwid I list my products in the virtual store, my customers easily check through and make purchases. Payment and delivery is very swift. Ecwid is easy to use and manoeuvre, does not require any high technical skill to get the store started. I only followed the simple instructions.

I wish Ecwid will have the payment options and process right on their own, not an external payment process method.

The paid extensions of the software are the ones that provide the best tools and functions for an optimal performance, but each of them has an additional cost that is not so cheap.

So far we are really happy with Ecwid... it provides what we need for our small business at the moment. Hoping our business grows with Ecwid.

I find the value for money on this product to be amazing. For the basic functions needed by the bulk of the small e-commerce businesses it is perfect.
The only thing they could improve on is adding paid Once off budget friendly add ons which cater for specific businesses.

Great online e-commerce shopping platform. Very easy to install and works well within the WordPress framework which I use as the basis for building my websites. Extremely user friendly on both sides of the e-commerce shopping experience.

Great storefront, really easy to install and get up and running. Lots of great features in the basic package. Very good customer feedback about the ease of use particularly with the older less tech-savvy customers.

I use it for all my online store builds now but because of this, I see a lot more of the Ecwid advertising wherever I'm online .. preaching to the converted. I do however feel that the pricing on the upgraded offering could be a little more cost-effective.

The limitation on the Free plan, the fact that you can not accept Credit card payments on it. The email marketing feature that is only available when you upgrade to a much more expensive plan for a small business like mine, can not afford it.

It is easy to use and really gave us the all in one solution for going online. I had excellent experience with customer support. They provided me with custom codes that suited our vision better. Personally I really like the emails I am getting about theirs new blog posts where I find so many usefully info about marketing or specific details how to set up, that I haven't been aware of. Also the key factor for choosing this platform was that we began with free option where it didn't required entering card details, so we could easily explore if we really would need to upgrade. Eventually we upgraded our plan and never regret it.

Nothing that I am aware of. For now all was working fine and properly and we got even extra support.

I'm satisfied with Ecwid so far, it offers me a powerful platform at a convenient price. Ease of use is a big plus.

Product bulk editing options are somewhat limited.

Great solution for new shops. It allows an owner to "test the water" with a functional online shop for free (up to 10 products) without having to commit funds from an endeavour that's not yet generating an income. Awesome platform, built to grow with you.

A minor irritation is not being able to default the display to the lowest cost shipping option on the shopping bag estimate (before the address is inputted for actual calculation).

I really don't understand how Ecwid can be a shop system for so long and have such a bad reputation, when it comes to SEO. Nowadays, if you have a page speed score of 10/100 (page speed insights), your business will suffer.

In other words, Ecwid will make your business suffer.

It is quite easy to use and you'll have an online shop quite fast.
It is also easy to manage products.

The page speed is very slow and you'll get ignored as soon as you point this out.

Only those who don't know anything about SEO will be fooled by this shop system.

Overall happy with the site and have/would recommend to anyone thinking of starting a business. Is so easy to follow and even not so computer savvy people would be able to easily use Ecwid for their website. I’d definitely recommend paying yearly and go for the highest product listing option you can afford.

-No additional (product) images integration into the existing catalog import functionality. ECWID asks to use a 3rd party file import program or use APIs. Since the main product image is part of the catalog import datafeed, how difficult is it to add additional image attributes? Remember, consumer research shows that consumers need an AVERAGE of 4 product images to make a purchasing decision...1 product image is not sufficient.

Listing products is very easy, but it's not so easy changing content elsewhere on the website.

When my storefront was closed due to covid, I had no income & was lost. While I tried to figure out our next move, ECWID offered me 2 (two) months w/o payment. While it hasn't work out for us, ECWID was kind enough to give us this courtesy, for which we are appreciative.
