The Campaigns feature has simplified our outreach, we can manage mass emails and track open rates without a separate, expensive marketing platform. We've also found that the Kanban board view for opportunities is really helpful for our team to visualize the sales pipeline and of course workflows helped to automate lots of routine record updates.
