    Quality Desktop & Mobile Signatures

    The platform is simple and intuitive. Its speed and integration with Office 365 make any changes and individual use a breeze. Snapping into and out of multiple signature options with the Outlook plugin is a wonderful feature as well. I would recommend this product to any company looking to amplify their email signatures, and try AB testing with different marketing methods.

    Easy initial setup. The platform allows for quick design and individual user edits. The Office 365 plugin makes it easy to swap between different signatures.

    Customer support is great when available. Sometimes it takes a bit long to get a response over email, and I have not much luck on the phone without needing a callback. I also didn't receive notice when Mobile email signatures were pushed to Client-side subscriptions, which cause some issues with mobile signatures we did not know were active.

    I have been having an excellent experience. I love the application, as well it makes my job way easier.

    Very easy to setup, design and use. I love that signature could be hidden and attach to each user, making all company signatures unified.

    Negative

    I do not really like the design platform, I wish there were more tools to customize my own icons and other items. It is not clear who I should contact in case I want to add and modify my current signature. Also I think it would be really cool if I can add banners to specific users when they are going to be away from the office instead of having the need to create a separate signature and include and exclude them from groups.

    Very intuitive and rarely encounter issues, really enjoy the option of being able to schedule multiple versions and the quickness of deployment of changes

    Being able to add multiple signatures and customizing attributes. and timing of when signatures should be made live and turned off

    Negative

    Sometimes the inherit feature may not save correctly, when adding extra text to a preexisting signature template. Issue is erratic and has only been encountered a few times.

    Now that the onboarding and hard work is completed the signatures does exactly what it should. great look and feel.

    The end look of the signature is fantastic and works dynamically which is great. Creates the uniform brand that we are looking for and ensures everyone is aligned across the business in all geographies.

    Configuration and effort need to onboard and get this successfully working took a lot longer than expected.
    We use Gsuite and works well on the web version however on the mail apps it doesn't show the signature and stamps it after send (server side) end users don't always know they have it.

    I've used Exclaimer at other companies before. When MycoMedica designed a standard template, we were unable to uniformly apply it to different platforms (e.g.: Outlook Desktop, Outlook iOS, etc.). Exclaimer allowed us to use the same design for designated users across all our platforms.

    From an administrator perspective this tool allows us to control email signatures from a corporate level to ensure consistency. It also allows for flexibility within that framework. So its not just one signature fits all... we can make customizations for everyone if needed.

    Overall, would not consider moving, there are only a few slight annoyances in terms of designing but overall it is an incredible platform and has solved so many problems for us, it makes managing signatures and campaigns so easy.

    It was so easy to setup and manage and is relatively inexpensive. We used to have to add everything manually on Outlook and some emails would go without signature but now everything is done automatically and it was so easy to implement. The support is great too especially when we were getting setup.

    It takes a while to get used to the designer and you have to sync manually, but for the ease of use that it provides this is not a problem at all.
