I really enjoy Fivestar. I will continue to use the product and I would definitely recommend it to others. Very easy to use and very accessible.

Very user friendly. High availability at retail outlets. Rewards program is very generous. Product and reward updates are great.

I have nothing negative to say about this software and I have not had any bad experiences.

I would highly recommend to a friend because of the ease of use, great rewards, and the needed push to go out into the community.

Overall, I still use this service because I am still saving points with each purchase and I am able to get special deals and discounts.

I am able to save points to earn special discounts usable at stores near me! All I have to do is punch in my phone number at checkout time, and I have a choice of whether I want to save, or use a discount. It also introduces me to other new restaurants in the area by offering discounts for those places as well!

I also have this option enabled so that I get text notifications if there are event specials at my favorite restaurants! Your account is mainly linked to a phone number, and if your number changes, you simply email the support service and they'll link the account to the new number!

Recently I haven't been able to open the app on my phone, but luckily the merchants say I am still saving points and I am still able to apply discounts. The new interface (before I wasn't able to open the app) was hard to use; it was like looking at Lyft for restaurants and wasn't entirely intuitive or navigational.

Overall I think Fivestars is great. I would appreciate a confirmation stating discount was accepted. Also, can I redeem multiple at one time?

Love discounts and rewards programs. Enter phone number easily. Map showing locations and offering search area is helpful.

Not always sure if discount has been accepted. Sometimes screen times out before I know if employees have seen. On a particular occasion I saw a 10% discount but not sure if it timed out or was accepted.

I like having the rewards for purchasing the items. This is the reason I am using Fivestars and the reason I go to Fivestars stores.

Sometimes the app does not load my points or how much reward I have.

Just okay. I wish it automatically popped up at the time of payment. I have to remind vendors that I need to enter my number, which is mildly annoying.

I like that you can accumulate points to use as a discount over time.

It is hard to find the machine to enter your phone number at some places.

I really enjoy using Five Stars because it is useful and very environmentally safe. I wish more stores use the Five Stars program.

I like this because inatead of using paper stamp cards you just need to input your phone number. Even if you forget a stamp card, you can still get points. Also, there are different rewards for different amount of points which is very useful.

Others can use your reward if they know your phone number.

It’s a good experience. Fivestar is used in a lot in my neighborhood. And I can always look up places to use it.

I'm satisfied with fivestars. It makes my day more useful and worthy. The only thing that i wish about this is.. why don't you make some different benefits about the amount of purchase? "1 star per 1 visit" seems nonsense sometimes. It means whether buying 10 dollars or 100 dollars, we can get only 1 star. that's it. except that part, I really like fivestars. Thank you.

Fivestars can help to make relationships between customers and restaurants. I think that's a really good point. also It is very easy and comfy to access and get points.

Some of employees they didn't know how to deal with this app. I met someone who even don't know about this app and points. that makes me so embarrassed.

Basically it is a decent system that is user friendly. I would recommend this to others.

My name is James Beverly and I like being able to accumulate points to get free movies/games. Who doesn't like free stuff? Lol
It is simple to use. Not burdening to join or keep up with like many points systems.
It is free to use too!

I wish it would allow you to use all your points at once if you wanted to. Like a free DVD from Game Castle in Thomaston GA. is 40 points but you can only use that once each day. If I want three DVDS I can't use 120 points to get that sadly.

We just moved and it helps us get to know the restaurants around here and what people think of them while also showing us deals and rewards.

This app is pretty useful for long term commitments to restaurants and other such places that support this. I'd recommend getting this just to keep points because it is a lot more convenient than say a point card. It doesn't get lost.

This app pretty much does what it advertises itself to do. It gives rewards based on previous purchases. It tracks awards pretty well with a point system, and people can redeem these at any firm that supports them.

There isn't really anything bad about this other than the fact that rewards can expire, which can be annoying if you don't have an opportunity to go to the place you have an award for for a while.

I have enjoyed using Fivestars...their customer rewards are such a great perk! So easy to use too....just sign up with the program, and every participating merchant you only have to enter your phone number during your transaction, and points just add up! Awesome 👌🏼

I have never had a problem redeeming my bonus with this program. Everyone is super friendly.

I shop at these local places anyway, so who doesn't like getting money back? I recommend this to all my friends.

There are no cons. It is easy to use it. No personal information about yourself except your phone number.

I find that if more stores used Fivestars, it would provide them with the customer spending behavior they are looking for as well as potentially increase patronage.

I like the universality and rewards of Fivestars. I have been able to utilize my rewards and I feel that it is worth having, as it costs me nothing other than making the purchase I already planned to make!

Not a lot of places are Fivestar members where I live (Hals Moon Bay, CA).
