Points build up and I get money off or save up points and get a dollar bottle of juice.

I like how sign up is by phone number, extremely convenient and easy to use.

eliminates the use of plastic cards and multiple vendors use the program

I find it hard to validate and check points and promotions unless I go into a store

Five stars is the best service for me personally as it gives me something easy to remember to get my savings on products I buy frequently

They rack up pretty quick and end up saving me some money at a store I love and visit often

That more stores in my area don't use it.
It is a real shame.

I’m always able to find something. Have never left empty handed and each purchase accumulates points to discounts on future purchases that might not be already discounted. I love this store!!

Everything is sorted so things are easy to find. New stuff all the time. Daily savings and frequent discount sales. Benefits go to veterans.

Is too much stuff so sometimes it’s crowded a bad thing?

i love the way fivestars is designed to give you discounts and deals for every purchase you make at your favorite shops!!

- good discounts
- simple (simply enter your phone # before paying)
- accessible (comes in an app form)

- could have better deals for lesser points
- could be offered at more stores
- could extend out of location base aka when one is traveling, they can find more deals while out of town

Love five stars and it gives me great excuses to go to places I already like going to

The ability to get easily discounts and updates from local places. Don’t need a card or an app. Easy to navigate screens and everything is strait forward

Sometimes when it shows discounts from other places close by it doesn’t really register in the phone when I select them and try to visit

What's even better is that it's an app used for my favorite store - Style Encore! And I've even shopped at Style Encore even more because of the Fivestars app!

Great service, great rewards and incredibly easy to use whenever I stop in. I'm over all very satisfied with the service.

I love fivestar rewards. I use mine regularly for double points, free atomizers and liquid. I like supporting local businesses over shopping online when I can, and this rewards system is a nice bonus for doing just that.

No real cons when using this system. Only problem I've ever had is that the liquid I buy only comes in the nicotine level i need in a 60ml bottle, and my rewards when high enough are only for a 30ml bottle.

Very easy to use especially the screen they have by the clerk to type my phone number in to check my points

Great app so far, easy to use, easy access at stores.

Occasional promos so I can go to places that I wasn’t intended to go. App is easy to use and most staff know how to redeem the rewards.

Sometimes the app dies or doesn’t load correctly. Some promos expires too soon (same day you receive it)

It is always well when the owner is there!! But if he is not there I won't order anymore because if he isn't there my food is not done right!

I love that the owner is very nice and he is always very welcoming when I walk in and he knows what I want and exactly how I want it he makes sure my order a correct

Alot of the workers are not so nice and never smile ...

I like how it tracks your points so you don't have to keep up with that and how nice is it to buy things and then get things for free!

I love the efficiency of the app, and how straightforward it is, in its usage.

Nada, all is well with this app , no need to say more.

Overall I would recommend this app to my family and friends.

It’s quick and easy to use. Anytime you go to one of the locations it’ll send you a message to remind you to use the app. And you can redeem perks at many locations .

Sometimes it’s hard to see you locations info and perks when you aren’t there.

I feel comfortable when using this system at my favorite places, but I expect there would be some improvements to make this system more user-friendly for the customers.

I like the fact that the program allows users to get points from their purchases, and add up to get free items.

The things I don’t like is when I purchased the items, it didn’t add the right amount of points according to the amount I spent. For example, when I spend $3.50, it only adds 3 points. So with multiple purchases like this, I will lose a significant amount of points. Other thing I don’t like is when I come up the machine, I have to type in my phone number and sometimes it wouldn’t enter correctly. I hope there is a way that users could just come up to the machine and tap their phones on it, without entering the phone numbers.

Times out quickly

When I walk into a business and see that they have a five star tablet I don’t really think much of it but you better believe I’m gonna sign up because who doesn’t love getting little rewards every now and then just for going places you were already planning to go to begin with. Seems fool proof to me and I haven’t regret putting my number in nor have a I received any phone calls or anything so my info feels safe. Thanks!

The free rewards aspect is what keeps me putting my number in.

Not me personally but people might be turned off by having to put their phone number in?

Overall this app and business is beautifully designed.

I like that it's easy to use.
Also you spend money, then make money.

I don't like I have to spend 400 dollars, just to make 10.
