I love Fivestars! I love that my favorite places offer Fivestars during checkout so I’m able to get points and redeem them for discounts!

Whether it is at a coffee bar, smoke shop, cafe - it’s so universal and not just set for a specific business! I love that it’s simple and quick; all I have to do is type in my phone number and DONE!

Only thing I can honestly think of is that not EVERY place offer Fivestars which is a BUMMER!

Always work, always fast and accurate, never crashes or gives trouble

I like not having to install a different rewards app for every brand I visit

More merchants would be great and also more offers

Overall, it has been a postiive experience and I enjoy the concept of an all-in-one "stamp card" . There are a few kinks as previously mentioned, but if those were to be fleshed out, this would constitute a "killer app/concept".

I really like the amount of different shops, chains and restaurants that use the Fivestars platform! They also have a very clean design. As someone who works with UI designers a lot, it is very well designed, user-friendly and intuitive!

There are a few glitches with reward notifications so that can confuse the user a bit. I also don't really like how the rewards for one varies by location (i.e. a store in Irvine has different point rewards than the same store/franchise in Buena Park).

I like it and I get stuff out of it. It's almost like a game lol

Not very many people have a key phob machine and I feel that is easier

I like to use reward programs and this is one of the easiest, most convenient ones I have ever used.

Overall my experience with this product has been wonderful.

Fivestars has some really awesome loyalty programs and gives local businesses a way to compete with larger companies.

There is currently nothing I have found that would be a con.

Not many places have Fivestars. Some places only do 1 star per visit, regardless of how much you spent. Very slow rewards, not even worth it to sign up. Would be better if get 1 star per dollar

I love using Five Stars, particularly at Beehive Boutique and Juiceland in Austin. I always get great rewards by simply typing in my phone number each time I buy something there. I wish I used the app more to take advantage of all of the other rewards, but overall I love this service.

Only con is that this isn't used at places I shop and visit more often.

I’ve experienced free rewards in times of need. For instance, buy one get one free is awesome because it results in me to have backup items for special occasions.

I like how we earn points per dollar because it’s almost similar to a rebate-like deal! You can earn points and it is beneficial for future savings and rewards

Sometimes the expiration dates are inconvenient with my schedule. And some of the stores don’t always register with the system. By this I mean that the dealers (shops) claim they’re not involved or very knowledgeable about the system. Therefore they’ll try to dodge the reward.

very positive user experience, so I’m happy with what I’ve got.

All I have to do is enter my phone number at a vendor. No password to remember or card to carry and pull out.

What’s not to like about it? At this point, i have no complaints.

FiveStar Rewards Program is great. I purposely go to places with FiveStars.

Not every place has FiveStars.

Easy to use. Easy to track. Even easy to have points transferred to my account when the staff member assigned them to the wrong phone number by mistake.

Great way to track points and receive offers. Easily to look up/track with only phone number.

No cons have come up so far with the system in my experience. Would be nice if you could use points on sale items as there are so often sales that I can use the rewards or miss out on the sales. Feels like a waste collecting points I can’t use easily.

Overall, the program is run greatly. And I don’t have any issues day-to-day (just those rare issues from time to time).
Very great rewards system and I will always be happy to connect at other stores and/or recommend it to any retailers looking to create a rewards program!

I don’t have any cons as a customer, but from the retailer perspective. I do wish it was easier for customers to know when they actually had points to redeem. Sometimes I get customers that are confused thinking they have something to redeem when in reality they don’t (could just be miscommunication)!
I wish there was a way for us to edit a customers information if the number they entered is taken by another account. Or if there was an easier way to report the issue to five stars. Just because those situations are tricky because we can’t guarantee their points won’t be used by whomever had the number before them.

Wish more businesses participated. Some icons are a little small but nothing that makes it hard to use.

We like the flavor variety at the Orange Leaf. They have common flavors people would like, want to eat and different ones people might never think of putting together but that actually taste good! I like the cleaniness at Orange Leaf. The staff is always friendly.

Sometimes it's so busy we can hardly find a parking spot because everyone likes going there!
