I use Fivestars all the time. The app on my phone is very easy to use, search, and see the points you have accumulated. We love it.

Very good, it's great that many stores use it! It's fast and convenient and easy to use.

Simple and clean platform. It is very easy to use and the design is excellent. I really like that you don't have to make an account and everything is simply linked to your phone number.

It's hard to track your points and rewards, and typing in your phone number can be a hassle at times.

It’s convenient, fun and full of special deals and savings. I have recommended Fivestars to family and friends. Many whom I know have taken advantage of the benefits Fivestars has to offer.

The discounts and special offers are very frequent. I utilize the offers whenever given and have enjoyed the savings on food and drink.

Would like more restaurants in the area to work with Fivestars. Working on that but it's difficult because most already have their own points system.

Very easy to use. It works about as well as others apps and doesn't require much maintenance

The app interface is very easy to use, they send me notifications to remind me promotions are about to expire, and it gets me great benefits at many local small business places.

I have loved using this app over the last several months! I have discovered several local places near me that use the app that I have in turn tried, and ended up enjoying. I like that it’s not selectively just restaurants, there are several types of different local businesses listed. Since finding my favorite nail salon near me they have recently started using the app as well, and it is probably where I use the app the most to get my points toward $$ off my services!

Some businesses send me tons of notifications. While I do eat out a lot, I’m not one to go to the same place more than once a week, and definitely not more than once a month.

Good. I use it, it is easy, and I don’t have to pay for it, I just plug in my number where I usually buy things.

Put in your number. Get rewards. Afraid you might miss one? Nah. They’ll text you. Love it.

Overall I like that I can redeem free stuff. I like that where I use it, I am able to get a lot of points per visit and that I can use them at other places.

So far I’m really enjoying working towards free products. I like that I don’t have to use the points until I’m ready.

Overall I like the system over the classic punch cards so many businesses used prior to 5 Star. I think that stores were willing to send out more promotions, based on actual coming into store to look to look for an item to purchase, vs just when an actual purchase is made, businesses would see an increase in overall sales.

I like that each time you spend money you are able to accumulate point towards % off or dollar amount future purchases.

I do not like that the "bonus" rewards come so infrequently and only if you are a frequent shopper that remembers to enter phone number with every purchase.

Simple and sleek design leads to a positive overall user experience. Will definitely recommend to others.

I love that I get digital coupons and reminders every week! Honestly as a mommy I seem to forget or lose things and to know I’ll be saving money while using FIVESTARS while still being able to shop for me and my daughter is amazing. The apps just a few taps away!

I like the fivestars program because I can use my phone number to sign up with no passwords. It also sends me emails and text messages on current or future rewards I have. I like the text message updates on my rewards because it reminds me to use my rewards.

Teapresso Hilo is absolutely the best boba in Hilo... I've visited other Teapressos and the Hilo location stands head and shoulders above the rest. It is always a pleasant and consistent experience... and the flavors... their drinks, AMAZING! I'm nearly a daily regular... somedays more than one visit!

Parking can be a bit tight... but service is quick, so it normally isn't long before a parking spot opens up.

I've been a Fivestars rewards user for about 6 years now and I'm still a Fivestars rewards user today. It's not often that I use it since some businesses don't really promote that they use Fivestars rewards to attract customers, but when there's a business that does, I always make sure to get some points in. It's a really great idea but it's a shame that a lot of businesses aren't on this train. I personally think it's efficient and love this program. I feel like it could be better and more user-friendly.

I really like how versatile it is. When Fivestars was just starting, I got a physical card that works like any shop rewards card but I made sure to link it to my phone in case, which makes it easy in case I forget or lose the card. You can check your points and any stores you've visited on the website. You can also see stores that use the Fivestars rewards program locally or far away. On the website, I can also save some deals and try new places. Very convenient and easy to use. One card/phone number helps you get rewards from many businesses that have the program. It's free for customers to be a part of, too. The program relies on the phone number and there's an easy tablet-like computer in which you can input your phone number and see if you've earned points or if you want to use points or not which gives customers the freedom to choose whether they want to save a reward they've earned for their next purchase or use it now. They also send information about certain promotions to my email.

I wish more companies would use this type of rewards system. It'd be more efficient if they did. Therefore, there's a limited use for the card if there isn't many places that do Fivestar rewards. Some companies may choose to stop Fivestar rewards at any time and then you could lose your points without any warning, so it'd be best if customers know ahead of time especially if their rewards or promotions are expiring to better manage them in a user-friendly interface. Fivestar rewards uses our phone numbers for adding and tracking points so maybe if there could be an opt-in part where we can text a number and ask us any pending promotions or points that we may have for the shops we've visited so far and accumulated points. The website is something I don't frequently visit and so I wished that they could send notifications (as an opt-in or opt-out choice) to your registered phone. Sometimes it's difficult to see the emails because there are so much emails that come in per day and I end up missing a lot of promotions or alerts. If I was more aware of the notifications of promotions or rewards, I might be able to increase my usage of the rewards program.
