It has always been pleasant to go there. The staff are very good. It's always been a very pleasant experience.

We love the customer service. We take 2 dogs there, Harley and Chappie. They also love 4 Paws. The staff is very good to them. From the front desk to the groomers in the back, everyone is delightful. It puts our minds at ease to put them in the boarding part of 4 Paws. It's clean, and we wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else.

It is expensive, but it is also worth it. I feel like the money is well spent. There are other groomers that are more expensive, and not as a clean or friendly.

Super helpful in assisting you get great deals in your area! Really like that notifications are sent via text. Highly recommended.

Good as an app to track points. Simple interface - only when it works. Sometimes it indicates there are no participating restaurants/stores in the map area when I am sure there are.

Easy interface when it works. Like the purple theme as well.

Speed of the software - sometimes it does not load with content and/or takes a long time to pull up content.

Very good experience using Fivestars. Please keep working with more local businesses.

Ease of use: All we need to do at local businesses which partner with Fivestars is to plug in our phone numbers. Fivestars is able to identify my current location and pops up coupons that are available around me.

The software shows how many more points I need to earn before I can redeem an offer which can be confusing sometimes because it shows the available offers in the box. However, that is not something that can be redeemed right now. We have to read a little more careful to see that we are xyz points away in order to redeem that specific offer.

At the moment I don’t really have any cons on the software. However the fact that you are requiring I type at least 50 characters is a con.

My overall though is this is a great app and a great chance for local businesses to come out and get a chance to make more business for those that use the rewards off the app.

The app itself is very useful for another small business to join in on the savings and rewards for those customers that are regulars or loyal customers. I really like how it is easy and effective to use when trying to find your rewards and companies that use the app nearby.

The thing I would suggest would be for the new businesses to be properly trained in order for the customer to come in and out fluidly to use their rewards without a hitch.

Overall though it’s been really nice since I’ve been able to get rewards at places I go to very often.

Fivestars is pretty great. I like that it gives me some points so I can get rewards or upgrades in the future. And they sometimes will give you that when you haven’t been to a place in awhile.

When I use fivestars, I’m not sure if it appears in the place’s current system so I sometimes miss out on the rewards I have if I don’t see it.

It could be more efficient and there should be a way to check your points.

I like that it’s easy to enter your phone number and you get points.

I don’t like that you can’t check the number of points you have. Too many offers that are messaged to me that aren’t relevant.

After using Fivestars for several years now, I absolutely appreciate it and love earning loyalty rewards.

There are no cons that I can think of as a user of Fivestars. The only con is that not every retail store or restaurant offers its program!

Bonuses are usually for places I wouldn’t visit, which I find a little bit redundant.

I like it because you know which restaurants have it immediately when you’re checking out, you just type in your number and you’re like oh yeah, I have this! And a coupon, Hell yeah!

I love that the product texts me deals! I went to Tuccis on Monday and got a discount for $1 off my next time. Went again on Saturday and used that coupon 😊 I also love that you just have to put your number in at the cash register and it pretty much tells you what else to do. My favorite feature is that the application will offer you multiple deals near you!

I don’t like how quickly the coupons expire, sometimes I don’t go to the same place twice in a week

Easy to use and convienent being on my cell phone. Pulls right up and immediately we get the discount.

I love this system! I have multiple fivestars at a bunch of places, and it’s AWESOME!!! I love building up my points and getting so many goodies😊 I’ve never had a problem with it!

Easy to use! All you do is tap in your phone number! It keeps track of your points, and builds up so you can get discounts or free items wherever your fivestar rewards are!

No cons here, everything about it is great! So easy to use!

I do not see any disadvantage other than it is troublesome to type in my phone number.

So many discounts, and point are so easy to add up for great purchases.

I like gaining points toward promotional purchases. I am able to receive many discounts easily just by purchasing my favorite ejuice!

I really haven't had anything I don't like about the app.
