Excellent! I like getting the tips for shopping sales! I like the coupon codes sent straight to me! I like being able to connect at the establishment and my fivestars points comes up! Helps you save even more money on buys that you are already saving on!

I really like fivestars! I like the app, it’s easy to navigate. I love the coupons! Alerts that get sent right to my phone via txt msg! Fivestars keeps up with my points so I know how much I’m earning each time I’ve made a purchase at a location who uses fivestars, like once upon a child! Next time I come in to shop I know if I’ll be getting my 20% off or not with the point system! I get alerts when sales hit! I think it is a creative nifty system that is less likely to get lost such as paper rewarding systems (stamp cards.)

I wish more stores used fivestars! So far I’ve only picked up on once upon a child and Plato’s closet nearest to me. Christiansburg, VA.

Overall this is a great system. I love the convenience of entering my number every time I come in and gaining points to redeem later.

It is not available in every business. If more places had this, it would be even more better.

I love this product because it keeps track of my visits and I feel like I get rewards much more frequently than not!

Sometimes I get confused when they show the rewards and I’m not sure if I have to click them or if the cashier picks them. That could be set up differently. I just tell the cashier and they move it forward.

Discount, promotions, coupon notification. All I need is my phone number to check in.

I haven’t noticed anything yet. So far so good. I will keep using it and if I notice anything I’ll post it.

Haven’t seen any. Filling in for the fifty characters. That part has been the most annoying part of 5star so far

I love being able to use the app to see what deals I have and to be able to track my points and offers. It’s also great when you receive bonuses and get extra deals like bogo. Super easy to use and convenient.

I wish more places had this loyalty program, besides that I cannot see any cons.

This is a nice addition to my shopping experience at one place in particular that I frequent. It’s easy to use and the rewards are nice. I wish more places used this app.

I like the ease of entering my phone number at my favorite bakery and finding out on the spot that I have a reward coming. Being able to save the reward for later or add points for a bigger one is convenient. I also appreciate the notifications telling me I have a reward waiting for me.

The terminal was not working a few times when i went in, and I had to count on the store to keep my receipt and add the points in. I still don’t know if that was actually done or not.

Very useful and gives me helpful rewards! Gives me rewards to the stores close by! I am able to view rewards here on my phone and it’s very convenient!

This is a very good product although I am just a user for it.

Nothing was really wrong that I could notice on a consumer end.

Very easy, need more options, or told where five star is available. I've never been told.

I put in my phone number and it adds points up for free stuff. Pretty easy

I don't see this option in more businesses, so I'm not able to accumulate more points at other stores.

I love Fivestars because I eat out ALOT. Being able to get something back for all my money spent is awesome!! Especially when all I have to do is put in my number and get rewards back! I love Fivestar and I’m very glad I signed up!

The only thing I don't love about Fivestar is that I want rewards faster!! I know that means spending more and thats okay Fivestar is awesome!!!

Positive but I want even more coupons more often. There should be spend one hundred or more receive an extra 10%( on top of earned 20% if applicable) promotions, and percentages off equipment days, percentages off toys days, percentages off clothing days, etc.

Efficient way to keep “stars” and use them at once upon a child store. Quick way to be notified of promotions and easy to use in store and on my phone.

I wish there were more specialized promotions sent to my email encouraging me to shop more often

I love being rewarded for things I buy no matter what. Occasionally I get a free drink just because and other times I save my earned points for free coffee! Easy to enter you phone number and have as an app.
