I would like the app to match the account so the discount applies

I appreciate the Discounts and finding new places to try

Discount showed in my app but wasn’t in my account when I went to pay

My overall comment is that I enjoy using Five Stars and am a very happy customer.

Five Stars is easy to use and I get great rewards, some unexpectedly.

One of the Cons is sometimes the keypad is not working so I need to depend on the cashier to correctly key in my phone number.

It’s a great app to have once your signed up and registered with your phone number with 5 star every business that uses this app and you may go into links you right up with the phone number provided.

You get rewards for going to the businesses that use this app. It’s nice to have rewards and discounts from visiting different businesses.

If you don’t use this app you don’t know what you’re missing out on.

Not everyone uses the fivestar app, sometimes the app and the kiosk do not work

Until I found my points disappeared, I had no issues with it.

It is nice to earn something for spending my money somewhere.

Apparently they expire? I had a $5 coupon at one point and got some reason now only 100 points. Also isn’t available very many places. Only one I know of. They also don’t ask you, you have to tell them you wanna use it and I have gotten the impression a few times that I was inconveniencing them by asking to give my number.

I love you it! It’s so easy to earn rewards and it makes me wanna go back to those places to keep earning more rewards!

I love how easy it is and it reminds you of rewards so you don’t forget about them. I’m a forgetful person so I like that this is just ur phone number and an app on your phone.

I don’t like how few companies in my area know about this product. It would make it so much better since I love local places if more places had easy access to this program.

Wish more places uesed Five Star... There are only two places that I know of that I use it at Euless Vapor and Itea boba lounge!!!

It sends out coupons. And it reminds me that some of my coupons are expiring soon.

I cants see my list of coupons. beacause sometimes I would like to see my list of coupons.
