As I said, using this customer rewards system is so simple....just enter your phone number, get credit for your purchased $$ and it relates back to me in the form of $$ off in future purchases or $$ discount coupons to other familiar retailers in the area. Smart geographic orientation,....shop where you live and work and take advantage of those retailers in those areas.

Easy, fast, simple,....fair. Offers rewards at many retail locations, including several that I frequent.

Really,...it's so simple to use,...there is nothing I can think to criticize it for.

Maybe "limited" participants on the retail side. But as that base continues to expand, the service becomes more valuable and desirable.

Enjoy using hasn't given me much problems and is easily to collect points and keeps me informed every time I collect them

I am in the bay area where so boba stores are around. This app will help you to save a lot of money especially if you tend to go to the same stores. Entering phone numbers at the store is very convenient to collect stars.

i suggest having activation for certain coupons so the expiration dates can be more reasonable, seeing coupons just expire kinda sad

The folks who work 6 days a week to keep the doors open doing something they love deserve to have a rewards program for their faithful. It's also a great way to find such establishments when you're in a new area. Brilliant idea!

No enough small businesses know about you... Yet! Spread the word and get more to participate.

Hit or miss...again, the quality of the program is dependent on the waiters, when you can’t enter your number into the system and have to rely on someone else.

Great way to earn perks, Five stars is wonderful when the store has the app at the point of sale.

At some stores, restaurants (tasty pot), the waiter doesn’t always enter your info. Into the five star system. Its happened to me several times at one restaurant and makes me less inclined to participate.

I enjoy Fivestars because I am rewarded for purchases I will be making anyway. The free offers are a bonus also.

Occasional free offers and upcoming sales. The app is easy to use and allows you to track your points. It also shows you vendors that use the Fivestars reward system.

Takes quite awhile to gather points. I spend quite a bit at the health store and I don't need to return each week but it still takes awhile to gain "points" for actual cash off products

Sometimes I don't think I'm getting full point for example at aquarium depot if I spend like $30 I only get like 19 points and it's supposed to be a dollar a point

Overall good perk system it’s good to see what’s around and what store have it I know it will grow.

Pretty solid, not much to complain about. I appreciate the simplicity of it especially.

Convenient with the phone number and seeing your reward status/progress. Available at a lot of places I frequent that accept card. Also saves hassle and paper compared to stamp cards!

Sometimes not enough time to view my progress and rewards (it’s like 10-15 seconds or something).

I still favor using the app and will be likely to shop at retailers that carry this point system (if not their own) versus other companies where I don't get rewarded for my business purchases.

It's an easy app, that I've had since back in the days when they gave you a mini key card for your key chain.

Not all the retailers carry this app anymore. So it's harder to get credited for ones points, so I only shop at vendors that give some sort of reward system.

Overall it great you just need to get more restaurants on board.

It’s a well done, well functioning, and great program overall! It works properly, and if you have any problems, you can find assistants who can take a look, and fix them! It’s a great program!

I save a lot of money when I shop at Fivestars sponsored stores (idk if that’s the proper title for that, so just bare with me on it) frequently!
The point systems make sense, and they work well!
It’s a solid, functional, system!
If you have any issues with program, someone will always help you out with your problems!

I have nothing negative to say about it! I have never ran into any problems with it!

My overall experience has been really good. I have accumulated over 60 points with this system and I have been able to do this with ease.
