It's a very simple app but it tells me an overview of my account, which is really all I need to know.

Not a lot of clutter. There's very little on the dashboard so it's easy to see your rewards.

There's no way to see more detail if you want to.

Great, positive experience with Fivestars. Need to expand to more stores.

Rewards for everyday shopping. Monitored easily via the app.

Not available everywhere. Limited options for stores. No instructions on actually claiming the rewards from vendors.

I like that I don’t always have to have a punch card to gain rewards. Environmentally friendly and more convenient.

I can’t think of any cons besides maybe it might not be as cost effective as punch cards, but I have never worked anywhere with one so that is just an assumption which could be incorrect.

I love this system! It’s fantastic and makes me feel like I’m INVESTING my money spent on things (You get free items after spending a certain amount of money!). I find the system to be reasonable and WORTH it and I’ve already enjoyed many FREE items/meals/etc...with my purchases and birthdays by now!

It is a great way to earn points toward free items at a great variety of businesses. The birthday deals are unbelievable! I also appreciate the random freebies that pop up throughout the year. I have discovered businesses that I wouldn't have found otherwise.

I have had no negative experiences, other than occasional lags on my previous phone (Galaxy S7). No problems on my Galaxy Note 8.

Reward points add up quickly and it's free what more could You ask for?

A huge fan of having multiple spots in one account and the variety of ways in which I can earn points is fantastic.

Easy to use. Whether it is using my card or typing in my phone number the ease of use is unmatched. Being able to use the same rewards program at a variety of places is amazing.

Not more widespread. I wish more small businesses would adopt this product and let the app work for them.

I like it and we really like Bibingers so I have been fortunate enough to accumulate a bunch of points so allow me to receive some nice benefits.

I like that I don't need a card and I can just supply my phone number to get my points.

It is good to have the app. It is very user-friendly, have good deals in some stores. However, the business network has to be larger in order to have more businesses participate in the app.

It provides you rewards when your purchases are at a certain level.
Points never expire.

Not many businesses participate or some do not actively promote the use of the app.

I appreciate this feature because it gets me free rewards from the place I love but it has its flaws. Overall great though!

I like the rewards I gain from it. It also gives me incentive to come back to the restaurant to gain points.

I don’t like how you have to type in your number everytime, it should automatically add points when you put in your credit card. As well as it being on the slower side to gain points.

The overall experience that I have a Smallcakes Is above and beyond with customer service. Every hostess has a wonderful personality and cleanliness about the way they conduct their business.

Hello my name is Steven. I go to Smallcakes once in a while to pick up fresh cupcakes they are the most delicious moist tantalizing tasty cupcake with a variety of flavors that I have ever come up on. It seems as though every time I come in there the offers a free cupcakes always pops up my phone once I’ve left which in turn leads me to go back again and again find by me with all the different varieties and the specials I have no problem picking different types.

The only problem that I have is that my wife considers me the devil because once I come back from Smallcakes I normally get a half dozen and she said I shouldn’t bring those into the house because they’re irresistible. I don’t want to be considered the devil But those cupcakes are so tempting. Beware!!!!

I think this is a modern way to reward customers' loyalty. It's all digital - no punch cards to keep up with.

It's an easy program to use. I like the rewards. They have the device located at the register, so you see it before you check out.

I have no complaints. It's been a delightful experience.

It is an excellent program and allows me to consider all my local, independently-owned business to take my business to before thinking of any other chain stores, restaurants or businesses. It has been an excellent relationship and I have never been disappointed: quite the contrary --- I have been surprised and pleased!

The process is so easy, often with the cashier or customer service person at each establishment reminding you to enter your phone number to be eligible for the instant rewards.

I love everything about it, no complaints whatsoever!
